Excellent customer service experience at ICU Computer Solutions during the past few days. Maui, Fouad, and Logan were awesome! Their assistance, support, and recommendations were exemplary and quite valuable. I highly recommend ICU Computer Solutions for any type of laptop issues, Mac/PC computer repair, virus protection, data recovery, network, and managed IT services... plus they're conveniently located on S. We are located in Orange County California, and need an immediate response to setting up a local office in Las Vegas. We were in need of some quick turnaround, with remote handling of the work required. ICU came through, providing what we needed in setting up our network cabling for our new location, the day after we asked them for help. ICU are very responsive, low priced and effective in their support. Thanks ICU for your help! read more

I called this morning about a hard drive I needed to pull files off of because I dried my laptop. I left a message in their machine. They called me back within the hour and was able to give me a quote for this specific job. I took my laptop in, he explained everything to me. The process, what he would have to do, where he would save the info, etc. told me it usually would be 2-3 days depending how busy they were. I ended up getting a call about 2-3 hours later to confirm the files I needed, and let me know that they were able to find what I needed, and promptly saved them to a USB stick. Not only did they save the files I needed, but they were friendly to boot. Had no problem with chatting about the latest computer hardware and gaming stuff as well. Showed one of the gaming rigs he build as well. Most definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family. Will definitely be coming back if I have any hardware installation or data recovery needs in the future. read more

People were friendly and helpful and provided great communication about my laptop issue. They had to replace the keyboard which was built into the case of the laptop. Highly recommend them for repair work. read more

These guys are great. I highly recommend them. I thought my computer died, but when I brought it in and Luogan did his diagnosis, it turned out my PC was fine. The problem was static electricity or an external cabling issue. When I got it home and hooked it up, all was fine. And they charged me nothing for the diagnosis! Luogan was great - in communication, upbeat, competent, and a pleasure to deal with. If I'm ever desperate for local computer help, this is who I'll call. read more

Wow!! What customer service!!! Ok, so I consider myself rather PC savvy for most things considered. I've built a few computers from scratch & repaired used laptops successfully. However, this recent used laptop I bought from Craigslist was giving me some issues probably because of Samsung's default settings when I swapped out the HDD for a Samsung 850 Evo SSD. Everything was going fine all except my final step of doing a full system image onto an external drive via USB 3.0. I couldn't figure out the solution & for the first time I actually called a PC specialist. Due to time constraints, I was unable to meet with Maui tonight & he could tell on our phone conversation that I knew my stuff. He offered some helpful insight & followed up with me later on in the evening to see if I was successful. I am glad to see their are individual business owners that genuinely care for others & provide true customer support without trying to take all your money. Maui, is not only helpful but also has genuine fundamental in depth knowledge of Windows OS. Thank you sir, Harry P.S. Here is a photo of my custom built rig by myself. I'm showing you this to prove that I do have PC competence & for myself to give a positive review for another PC specialist is a rarity. read more

Great solutions for the office, all problems are resolved timely. We appreciate all that they do.

It is so refreshing to find an honest provider. I'm an author and my data files and Photoshop files are very important to me. After my main laptop died I was concerned that what was not on One Drive might be lost. I found ICU Computer Solutions on Yelp and they were very very accommodating. Andrew kept my old laptop there so I wouldn't have to cart it back and forth, even when delivery of my new one was delayed and took 2 months. Fortunately I have a small convertible laptop that I used during that time.. Everything was recovered. I highly recommend this company. read more

I contacted this company related to an issue with my internet and laptop. Rather than try to charge me for an assessment or evaluation of the laptop, he knew that it was a warranty issue that could easily be resolved by purchasing a bongle or by making a warranty plan. I appreciate the honesty and will return to him if I need some issues fixed in the future. read more

Dropped my laptop off and it was fixed in 1 day. Gave me a very detailed description of what was wrong and how it was repaired. Very much liked the experience and recommend it for any computer needs. read more

I needed a good computer repair place and I found it. They are honest, caring and do not try to get money out of you, but try to save you money. If you don't need it they are going to tell you just that! This is truly my go to spot! And I have to give rave reviews for my tech Logan! Best ever! read more

Accurate and not too expensive at all !! Know their stuff and replaced my Macbook Pro motherboard with a refurbished one.

Maui is an honest and knowledgeable person. He helped me with just a few minutes on the phone. Most companies would want to go through scheduling an appointment, getting their service fee, and tell you sorry we can't help and go on to the next victim. Especially in our current economy. Thank you Maui for your help and advice. read more

Ran into an issue with my Canon Pro 100 Printer. I contacted ICU Computer Solutions via Yelp and asked if they were able to check my printer. They responded quickly and offered a solution to the problem. If the problem wasn't resolved, they offered to look at the printer for a free diagnosis. Well the solution worked and they saved me time and money. Thank you for your help! read more

Breath of fresh air, Andrew did great work looking for the least expensive fixed. That doesn't happen much any more. Couldn't be happier

Asked him specifically on the phone if I can drop it off and get a diagnostic done on the spot because I needed it in a timely matter. Get to the store and he's not even there and doesn't even have a store. He works in the attic of another store and told me it would be HOURS before they even LOOK at it, not even start working on it. Wasted my time. Just tell the truth next time. read more

Maui's got your back! Amazing customer service, transparent about costs and very informative on ways to save and what's best to go with. They don't try to rip you off here, instead help you choose what would work best for you. read more

This is the second time Maui has been to my office to fix my computer and he is a lifesaver. I didn't get around to writing a review the first time so wanted to make sure I did this time. Both times I called and he was here within a couple hours to help with my problem. Within 15 minutes or so he had diagnosed the problem and fixed it in both instances. The first time I was initially having problems with my printer connecting to my computer which he fixed and then also was able to set up the scan feature so I could scan easily from my printer right to a file on my computer. This time my wifi was not working and he got it back up and not only working really quickly. I am so happy I read the other reviews and decided to call him. I would recommend him to anyone having ANY type of computer or internet issue. Great service! read more

I cannot say enough about Maui and Andrew at ICU computer solutions. When Fry's went out of business here in Las Vegas, I thought my byte-world was OVER! Thank Goodness I went to buy a cartridge for my Epson printer, and was referred to them. These Guys can do ANYTHING, and reasonably too! Finding them as been a true lifesaver, and I'm thinking of speeding it up with one of their innovations. The problem with that is, the computer's usually WATING on ME, rather than me waiting on it. Literally great. I had come to them years ago to get my laptop repaired, and they'd done a wonderful job. I remembered that they had a little sign that said they built custom computers, and messaged them when I needed to get my laptop replaced. I told them my budget and what I wanted, and they made it happen. Now I have a wonderful powerhouse that suits my needs exactly. Plus they got it done so quickly and even helped me carry it to my car. Thank you! read more

Trash read all the great reviews saying they are really helpful and helps you even over the phone. Decided to give them a call for help and to try and come in, all he sounded like was that he hated his job & gave me a number to a different store. Maui and ICU Computer Solutions were incredible to work with. I called on a Sunday and he was at my house the next day to help configure two new Ubiquiti WAPs and an EdgeRouter. ICU computer solutions is a great business to bring your business and computer needs.

My desktop wouldn't turn on. Fans and lights would come on but no display or keyboard or mouse response. Got worried because lots of photos and my iTunes collection was on there. All in all a good experience. I will call him again if I need computer service. read more

This is my third review of ICU Computer Solutions for which I am glad to write! Why? Because Maui (the owner) continues to not only offer solutions to just about any computer issue you may have but, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! I am being very specific here with the "OUTSTANDING" part of my review. Maui has a young, brilliant computer tech by the name of Andrew who is not only professional but, simply put "really knows his stuff". Apparently, Andrew "eats and sleeps" all things IT/Computer because he came to our home and had my husband's computer up and running in 30 minutes FLAT! In fact, Andrew was responsible for my husband's computer since he put it together. You will love Andrew as he is a respectful guy, with a love of computers and excellent customer service. Thank you, Maui and Andrew for being our "go to" for all things Computer. ICU Computer Solutions is definitely on point! That is why they are truly #1 in the Computer Solutions Business here in Las Vegas!!! read more
