I talked to Maui and made arrangements for him to come out and evaluate my network and replace my router and switch. He arrived ON TIME, EVERY TIME he came to the house. His evaluation was prompt and he recommended a WI-FI system to replace what I had been using (and began experiencing problems with). Maui was super thorough when figuring out what the issue was with my Mac Book Pro. After two weeks of trying a few different solutions and waiting on parts, he discovered there was a bad connecting wire from the motherboard. Easy fix at that point and a lot less costly vs replacing other items. Didn't over charge me and spent more time than was expected. This company is fast, reliable, and reasonable. Im a real estate agent so having immediate access to a computer, printer and scanner is my life line. Two of our office computers had a virus and copier/printer/scanner was down. Great services ! No hidden fees ! My network keep dropping and disconnecting I usually called the customer services number for the router and the network and stay on the phone with them for at least two hours on the phone , and still not working properly , I called other companies to diagnose the problem they charge me 100$ for the visit and they said my router is not working and I have to get a new router and it will cost me at least a 130$ , I called then ICU computer , he fix it fast and was much cheaper , very reasonable and honest for the services . Maui is a computer savior. We were scammed by some people in India (Techsolutions is a scam) telling us our computer was being infiltrated and infected with Koobface. They remoted in and did stuff to our computer to make it look like we were infected. They wanted us to pay them $800 to fix it after paying them $200 for norton antivirus protection. We hung up on them and tried to disconnect from the remote but those idiots put a lock on our computer. We called Maui and brought the computer over immediately. He fixed it and checked it out. No Koobface and no evidence of being hacked. Please don't get scammed like we did. Highly recommend Maui to fix any computer problem and his pricing is very reasonable. Paid him $80 to fix it. I was very impressed with the professionalism and experience of ICU. They were the first to reply to my Yelp inquiry and I was immediately able to get an appointment. Unlike many IT services firms, Maui was in constant contact with me before the appt. When he arrived he knew what he was doing and was able to diagnose my issue with the wireless router. Maui did a GREAT job fixing my son's laptop. The screen had been hit and broken and my son had downloaded a bunch of viruses that the existing virus protection hadn't caught.
