Wow! I had my Spec PC in the past. I wanted to try someone who can make a PC specific to my needs as a photographer with a price cap. I have owned it for more than a year and came across my first problem. My water cool pump died. So I went back to ICU Computer Solutions for a replacement. I went back to air cooling my cpu. They were able diagnose and fix my problem in two days. I dropped it off in the afternoon and picked it up two days later. Amazing work guys! Thank you,

We do work on MacBooks, however there is a limit on what what we are able to do especially on the newer models since some of them are not upgradable.

I purchased a Universal Cloud Gateway Max, three U7 Pro wall access points and two switches. Vitaly came out to look at my setup and he fine-tuned his recommendation after seeing my home and hearing my use case in detail. Instead of selling me the most expensive equipment he could, he explained why it was overkill and recommended one that was perfect for me. Ihor installed it and did a phenomenal job. It was a clean, fast and efficient install. He placed the access points properly and tuned them correctly. My network now runs perfectly. I felt they did high quality work at a very fair price. I can't recommend highly enough.

This is the second time I have used this company to screen in a patio, the first experience was…read moregood - communication and timeliness were not an issue. The second install has had some issues. Boss informed me at the beginning of January the screens were expected within a week, and the install would be scheduled. A full month went by with no further communication - near the end of February I was informed they were still inspecting, and was given a preliminary install date of the week of March 30th. Mid-March, I was given the firm install date of 3/31. 3/27 the project manger emailed and cancelled the install due to an issue found during the inspection. Supposedly the screens were undergoing inspection back in January, but magically failed inspections in March. Since the cancel, I have consistently sent emails asking for an update. Flower answers once a week that the company is actively working on getting an update from the factory. The most recent reply also gave me the name of the project manager and said the manager would be contacting me with updates. No updates from Boss. There is zero unsolicited communication from Boss. At this point I have zero confidence in this company. This is the most amateurish performance from a company I have ever seen. I hope the $25K I paid for the screens wasn't just a donation to the company, but that is what is it starting to feel like. I will start exploring what legal options I have to recover whatever money I can, but it may be low probability due to the sales agreement. Stupid me for paying up front. In the meantime, avoid this company like the plague. Amateurs.
