We talked back and forth and agreed to have the service performed on 08/29/2025. I gave them the TV model and how I wanted the tv mounted. We Mount tv said they would do some research and get back to me tomorrow 08/27/2025. I never got a call from them, this should have been a red flag off the bat but I gave them a chance and people do forget or get busy it happens. Unfortunately the TV I purchased wouldn't be delivered until 08/29/2025 so therefore I couldn't give We Mount TV a time to perform the service (My fault). I called them back and let them know about the situation and we agree to instead have the TV mounted on 08/30/2025 at 09:00 AM.
