Terrance did an exceptional job installing my blind spot detection system. It was more involved than installing a dashcam since he had to remove the back bumper to install the sensors. The job was completed for the quoted price which I thought was quite reasonable and in the estimated time. A day after the install I asked Terrance to stop by and make some adjustments to the warning light locations. He returned the next day and made the adjustments. Terrance is very knowledgeable, professional, dependable and polite. You will be hard pressed to find a better technician anyware. I would give Terrance a 10 star review if I could. read more

I was honestly happy when the somewhat cocky installer left. When he arrived he admitted he never installed my brand. He neglected to read the instructions and at one point I had to assist and look in the instruction book. 5 days later, the rear camera popped off and was dangling. This company is hiding behind their warranty and blames the dash manufacturer! HOWEVER, when I look in the rear cargo/trunk area I found a sticky tape that is FOR this rear camera. Clearly the installer did NOT hook it up properly. Shame on this company. I would not use them again. Ironically, my husband used this service a couple weeks ago to install the same camera and his rear camera has not popped off. ***** EDIT 7/31/2026 15 5:55 PM **** Now the owner is threatening my husband and countered my true comment with legal crap - they do not take responsibility for their own installation. Tossed my vehicle parts around with no care as he was installing. He did not even stay to help me connect the app with the system and I gave him a tip for doing the work in the heat. My first time buying a dash cam and having it installed in my car. I searched and came upon Mobile masters Via google. The website is relatively straight forward and easy to use. I was put in touch with Vic, installation expert. They were very swift in their response' to my concerns and scheduling. I was charged $300 for installation. I initially scheduled for a Wednesday but encountered a scheduling conflict last minute. They were very understanding and allowed me to schedule without any type of penalty. Vic showed up around our scheduled time frame and it took him about 1.5 hours to do. My only hiccup or reservation was with what was being charged. On the website it indicates that the installation takes 2.5 hours for installation. Vic Arrived at 1:20 and he was finished by 2:30 with my installation. Don't get me wrong: very cool guy and very informative about the process and what he was doing. Other than the pricing issue, everything was , I also work in a service industry so I understand that it's not about what the time that you're paying to have the service rendered, but it's more about the time it took the individual to learn the craft in which the services were being rendered. Camera was useless at night. I ask him to come back and mount the camera outside like it was supposed to be. He told me I should cut the tint. Went to Tint World. He installed every item with perfection and I continued to go back to him every time I purchased a new car, or wanted to upgrade my equipment.
