Terrance did an exceptional job installing my blind spot detection system. It was more involved than installing a dashcam since he had to remove the back bumper to install the sensors. The job was completed for the quoted price which I thought was quite reasonable and in the estimated time. A day after the install I asked Terrance to stop by and make some adjustments to the warning light locations. He returned the next day and made the adjustments. Terrance is very knowledgeable, professional, dependable and polite. You will be hard pressed to find a better technician anyware. I would give Terrance a 10 star review if I could. read more

Terence is the best! We had front and rear dash cams installed. I called this afternoon and they had a cancellation and were actually able to get me in same day (on a Saturday!). He arrived on time and did a great job on the install. After it was complete he took the time to show us how to operate the app and adjust the settings; it's clear how knowledgeable he is about the field! The price was very reasonable for the type of work. I would 100% recommend this company (especially Terence) to anyone needing a dash cam installed! read more

Super easy to setup an appointment online. They also offered a military discount through their website, which was greatly appreciated. Vic arrived on-time and explained the process and finished installing dash cams on two of my vehicles and then stayed to show how to operate them in tandem with the app. Would highly recommend and I'd use them again. read more

This is the response from the owner: "Having multiple people post grievances because you expect a business to service a quality control issue with a product that we don't sell you, and it has nothing to do with the installation, isn't going to get you anywhere. Trying to defame a business is a crime under NRS 41.335 We have your information on file. This will be reported." Is this the way to treat your customers??? This is not a dashcam product failure. It is an installation problem. You need to talk to your installer asap. Btw, you installed the exact same brand of dashcam (Mangoal) in my own vehicle with no problems or issues, but it was done by a different installer. You need to take responsibility for your company and employees. Report me all you want....for telling the truth. Original post: They sent out a rude inexperienced tech who did not know what he was doing. Rear camera fell off and was left dangling. They said the warranty doesn't cover that and would not come out to repair it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! read more

Fast, friendly, and professional -- great job installing my dash cam Terrance saved me on short notice and did a fantastic job installing my Vantrue Nexus 4 Pro (3-channel, front + rear). He was super responsive to messages, showed up on time, and was professional but also really personable and kind -- talking me through the install and answering all my questions. Price was fair for a hardwired setup, and the wiring looks clean and solid. If I need another dash cam installed, I won't hesitate to call Terrance again. read more

I asked AI who in Las Vegas is known for high quality automotive electronics installations, and Mobile Masters rose to the top...with good reason. I knew if I tried to install a front and rear dashcam myself I could do it...but it would probably involve duct tape, torn weatherstripping, etc. I called Mobile Masters, who answered all of my questions and recommended what equipment I should order. Thanks to Amazon it arrived the next day. Terrance came out to my house and installed it PERFECTLY. No duct tape. He patiently walked me through how to use the dash cams. Within two hours he was finished. Everything was installed very neatly, and the packaging and manuals were carefully set aside. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with Mobile Masters and will certainly use them in the future for any home or automotive electronics. I could not be more pleased with Mobile Masters. read more

Vic installed Viofo Dual dash cam on our brand new 2026 BMW X3 M50i. He was very careful and the installation looked like it came with the car from the factory. If you are looking for some car audio work I highly recommend this company. Terence came out and was professional and did the work right at my house. This saved me time dropping the car off at a shop and I paid nearly the same price for the comfort of my own home. I had 4 speakers done in my car and he helped verify I had everything ready for the installation. I will continue to go back as I upgrade the rest of my cars audio. read more

My first time buying a dash cam and having it installed in my car. I searched and came upon Mobile masters Via google. The website is relatively straight forward and easy to use. I was put in touch with Vic, installation expert. They were very swift in their response' to my concerns and scheduling. I was charged $300 for installation. I initially scheduled for a Wednesday but encountered a scheduling conflict last minute. They were very understanding and allowed me to schedule without any type of penalty. Vic showed up around our scheduled time frame and it took him about 1.5 hours to do. My only hiccup or reservation was with what was being charged. On the website it indicates that the installation takes 2.5 hours for installation. Vic Arrived at 1:20 and he was finished by 2:30 with my installation. Don't get me wrong: very cool guy and very informative about the process and what he was doing. Other than the pricing issue, everything was , I also work in a service industry so I understand that it's not about what the time that you're paying to have the service rendered, but it's more about the time it took the individual to learn the craft in which the services were being rendered. Would definitely recommend them again. read more

I first heard about Mobile Masters through a Reddit post on r/vegaslocals, where several users recommended Vic for dashcam installations. My husband wanted to ensure the best installation for my very first brand-new car (a 2023 Hyundai Venue Limited), so we decided to reach out based on all the positive feedback. We had everything ready for the installation: a Vantrue N2S dashcam, Vantrue Hardwire Kit, and a 256GB Samsung Endurance MicroSD card. Vic came right to our house and, within an hour, installed the dashcam flawlessly. The wires are completely hidden, and the final result looks so clean and professional. Vic was courteous, skilled, and professional from start to finish. I'm so glad we chose him for this job, and I'd highly recommend Vic at Mobile Masters to anyone looking for quality installation services. read more

Terrence was a master professional installer of a car camera. Worked immaculately, great attitude and has been doing this work for 19 years. He's coming back to do my husbands vehicle in a couple of weeks. Thank you Terrance! read more

Terence is the ONLY person who I will have work on my car. I met Terence years ago when I stopped into a retail store and bought some car electronics. He installed every item with perfection and I continued to go back to him every time I purchased a new car, or wanted to upgrade my equipment. Last week, I started experiencing a problem with a dash camera that he installed. Since the camera was already installed years ago, I figured that perhaps a wire went bad or a fuse blew out. Due to the fact that I work from home and I have demanding hours, I didn't have time to go back to the big box store and hunt down someone to troubleshoot. I made an appointment with mobile masters. They were booked out several days. On day of appointment, I received an email and text stating that tech was arriving soon. Would you believe that Terence showed up!! I was shocked! He remembered me and we had a nice conversation. Terence then got to work by troubleshooting the issue. He traced it to a bad power module that is part of the cameras installation kit. Fortunatley, I purchased another kit as a spare. Terence replaced the faulty module and everything is working perfectly. If Terence ever leaves Las Vegas, I would pay his expenses to come and work on my cars in the future. Thank you so much for employing a perfectionist when it comes to mobile installations. read more

Terrible experience. Hired them to install a two channel dash cam with front and rear facing cameras. He installed the rear camera inside the rear window which was tinted. Camera was useless at night. I ask him to come back and mount the camera outside like it was supposed to be. He told me I should cut the tint. Went to Tint World. They mounted the camera outside like it was supposed to be. I ask him for a refund to cover our additional expenses and he refused. Vic was not helpful or professional. I would go to Tint World. They were way more professional and helpful. Save yourself some money and hassle. read more

Terence was awesome. It was truly impressive to watch him work and the level of expertise he has. He installed a dash cam system for me on Sunday 6/8/2025 and even though there were a few hiccups he knew exactly what to do and how to get the job done. I also had a great time just talking with him while he worked. If i could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely use Mobile Masters again for anything I need in their services. read more

Owner left me personal text messages that were less than friendly. I admit to telling him to Bleep off. Justified my rating I am meticulous in my schedule, as I have two autistic kids and I am a disabled veteran. I don't have the luxury of errors. We spoke. We said 9:30. Your error, not mine. You may want to pass the buck, but we explicitly said 9:30. Can we give negative stars? Spoke to the guy. Seemed really disorganized. Made an appointment for 9:30. He never showed up. Called and left a message and didn't hear back. read more

Terrance worked on my 2007 Aston Martin DB9 that was having several non functioning buttons. I ordered an aftermarket android unit and it was not working properly. There were several connection and functionality issues. Terrance called the manufacturer several times and was able to update the firmware to the newest version. It was a very difficult and time consuming process, but Terrance saw it through to the end and the it works great now. Thanks! read more

Vic is really good at trouble shooting. Also great with coming up with custom solutions. This company (and Vic especially) were HIGHLY recommended by my brother-in-law. I had mentioned in passing that I needed my dash cam installed and he gave me Vic's phone number. I was able to get on their website and schedule the service very quickly, I was able to pay for the service AND add the tip at that time (so i wouldn't have to worry about having cash on hand the day of my appointment). Vic was on time, very professional, he worked quickly, and the work is perfect. All the wires hidden seamlessly. I have already sent their website to several friends that need install's done locally. Reasonable prices, fast and wonderful service. read more

Back in February of 2024 I had my Rove3 dash cam installed by Terence Watts via Mobile Masters at my home. A very professional job was done by Terence for the installation on my KIA Niro Ev: perfectly hardwired, set-up and ready for me to use. Not one issue or problem. Fast forward to August of 2024, I needed the services of Mobile Masters again to reinstall another Rove3 dash cam because I had left my car door unlocked and the original had been stolen. Terrence came and once again did a very professional job! Keeping this company's name and number forever! Thank you Terence. read more

I found Vic from Yelp and I'm glad I did. I had a 3 CH dash cam and wanted it professionally installed. He was running a little behind but text me in plenty of time prior to our appointment to let me know. He was an hour away but still made the trip. I appreciate that. His communication has been spot on. I had a few questions and he replied almost immediately. Vic did a very nice clean install and was done before I knew it, much quicker than the quoted time. Everything works great and I'm glad I chose him over having it done at a big box store. I will definitely use him again! read more

Vic installed a Red Tiger dash cam in my KIA K4. Great job! This is the fifth dash cam installation he has done for me.

I've never been disappointed when I've used Mobile Masters. As a matter of fact, I schedule with them and I don't even live in the state of Nevada--that's how much I like them. Terence recently did a dash cam (3 channel) for me and I enjoyed my experience with the whole process. MM is reasonably priced too and like I said, I've never been disappointed in their work.
