Always professional. Always knowledgeable. Always friendly. Always top notch quality. These guys are the best at what they do hands down. We won't compare anything to other guys because Danny's crew is the best around, in my humble opinion. Quality beyond measure. Update 4/23/26 Another update! This time we came back for window tint. The price was prefect, Danny's service team was great, and the tacos were running in the back because they're a family here! We didn't have any but they filled us with good vibes and sensory overload. These people are outstanding in their field! When they come in they are truly stellar. We're already scheduled for speaker upgrades. We'll update on that to. My wife and I wouldn't spend money like this if we didn't trust AND recommend these guys. BRB!

As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.

No worries, he knows what he is doing. After installation I was informed to get a SIM card from Amazon and everything else would be good to go. I went right to Best Buy and bought the card that Dan told me (although I spent more $$, I wanted it to work the day it was installed). Needless to say, my camera's are still not recording. When I get in my vehicle, it tells me that I have to turn off Apple Car Play to record. That doesn't sound right. Plus, I don't believe the SIM card is formatted correctly since nothing has been recorded. I took the cameras down until I was able to go by the shop and ask Dan. I stopped by today and I was told he couldn't help me. It was a 2 week wait to get in. Really? During my appointment you took other potential customers. The amount of time Dan was telling me how booked up and busy he was for the next few weeks and all the other calls he was getting to do installs. He could've looked at my SIM card and I could've been on my way. I already PAID and my camera's are still NOT working. Yes, I left frustrated and I will never go back to Dan and/or Las Vegas Car Alarm for anything else. SUPER DISSAPOINTED! The cost was pretty inexpensive considering and him and his team's main focus was to make sure she could make it back to California safely. He didn't try to upsell her, he let her know what could wait to be done back home and fixed what needed to, which was a few different things. I would 100% recommend these guys to help you out with any car needs, especially if you don't know much about cars and or don't know what exactly is wrong with your car. Thank you!! I wasn't going to do this because I don't like talking down to people, however I personally used…read morethe reviews from Yelp to contact these guys so I feel obligated to share my own experience. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

We were quoted by Tesla to just replace the entire tire and rim, which would have cost an arm and a leg. Luckily Junior was super transparent and got us fixed up for a reasonable price. I needed help with some very special chairs that meant a great deal to me as they had been my…read morefather's. When he retired, my husband and I had just bought a house here in Las Vegas. He asked if we would like anything from his office. He had been an insurance salesman for 50 years and had a beautiful office. I had actually worked for my dad. It was considered my 'first job' as I was only 14 years old and after school I went in and answered phones, took messages, did filing. Since we had plenty of room, we agreed to his offer and took the entire office suite. With that came the two leather wing back chairs that, overtime in their new home needed repair. We arranged the furniture in a room we designed as the 'office'. It was always a pleasure to see the furniture everyday and work at the computer on top the desk that he used for nearly 50 years. Over the years, my cats decided the leather chairs would help keep their claws sharpened so before anyone noticed, the backs of both chairs became a real mess. We separated the chairs and covered them with old quilts, tucking them away in the corners in rooms not used very often and mostly kept closed up. I finally decided it was time to drag them out of hiding and assess the damage. I had gone through some changes in our cat family and had these new ones trained up good with scratching posts. I started looking for that special skilled tradesman that could do the chairs justice. I researched the cost of the type of chair, a leather wingback chair, and I weighed replacement verses repair and decided I wanted to keep the chairs as close to their original look. I had done some research and knew that most quotes for re upholstery was right around $1000-2000, plus additional cost of materials. Looking at real leather was just too much when costed out. So a sit down with thousands of swatches was necessary. I was really grateful at how many choices that could be made. I knew I wanted to keep it as close to leather so I chose a burgundy wine color in a faux leather. The shop was really busy so I was told it could take a couple of weeks before they could get me on the roaster and they had to order the fabric and if not available it could delay starting the job. I was in no hurry so I told them to move ahead. I signed the contract and handed them a down payment. Before I left the shop a call was made to the shop that offered the faux leather and they had the amount needed so they ordered it and gave me the good news before I left. I had asked that I be kept up to date with progress by sending me pictures. Overall the work went smoothly and the results made me very happy. It was the pictures I had seen on Yelp that had convinced me to use Legacy Upholstery in the first place. There is a lot of pin and tucked sofas, chairs and restaurants booths that had used the same technique and design. Their work was impressive and I am very pleased with the out come. They offered pick up and delivery service which helped me a lot, the work was great, and the cost was in my budget. I recommend Legacy Upholstery!

OK this is a long overdue review of this wonderful location. This is a long story but I'll make it as quick as possible. I started off at a different location and had a very very bad experience after getting fed up I called this location and ended up speaking to one of the managers name Jason. After explaining my situation to Jason and the issues I was having he immediately had me come down and didn't put me off for several weeks and make excuses like the other location did. He insisted that I immediately come down so he could get the problem taken care of and see what he could do to help me out. After driving across town to see Jason I walked into the location and was greeted very kindly by some other gentleman I told him I was there to see Jason and he quickly went and got Jason out of the back of the shop and Jason came up and we begin to speak. After explaining all my issues I was having Jason said well let's go take a look at what you got. After he reviewed the low-quality work but I believe I was originally overcharged for once again I believe just my opinion, he basically explained to me that what I wanted wasn't given to me and wasn't properly set up. He was very knowledgeable and explained very clearly it was very precise on telling me how stuff worked, what type of stuff I would need to make the sound quality that I wanted and also brought his lead technician Vern out to assist in the planningof fixing my problem after discussing box size, speaker type, speaker size, amp size,door speakers, alarm upgrade to proper security that I had requested, etc. etc. we had planned out and set an appointment to get the system taken care of. Jason was more than fair with the cost and upgrades to whatThe other location had charged me. My appointment was just for a few days out and I was very excited to bring it back and see these gentlemen.now to my amazement not more than a day later Jason called me and asked me if I had any extra time to drop the truck off because he had an opening and wanted to make sure I got taken care of. This amazed me not only was he going above and beyond to fix somebody else's mistake but he was keeping me in the back of his mind to get my problem fixed faster than he originally estimated. That day I went drop my truck off and told him to keep it as long as I need it I wasn't in a rush just take your time get it done right. Two days later I went down to pick up my truck and I can't begin to tell you the difference between the quality and the crash and ship and the actual attention to detail at this location in the shop and Jason in Vernon put into their customers and their customers whole experience it was like I was at another shop or company. Everything that I was upset and that I didn't like about the other shop I mean everything the quality the Cressman ship the knowledge the price that everything was a complete 180 of the other shop. The other shop they were just like all you want to system yeah I'll be this much and this is what you get tough luck Jason took the time to explain how everything worked what I needed to do to get a better sound quality what amp was really good and what amp was even one step better that I would be more happy with even though it was a couple dollars more and I took all of his advice put it into what he said and I am more than thrilled I can't tell you how happy I am with the way my system came out not only does it look nice quality sound the price was reasonable actually I think the price was extremely extremely reasonable. if I can stress one thing in this entire review is if I could give this place 10 stars instead of five I would give them 10 stars 10 times. These guys are all amazing they're all friendly they're all knowledgeable you can tell he been in the business and done this for a while but they didn't come from McDonald's and then go to audio express. You can tell when somebody knows what they're talking about it all when I explain stuff you know they got the passion you all day you could see it all in Vern and Jason's eyes especially I was never going to go to audio express again and this location in this crew totally change that for me I will never go to another store as long as Jason inverter there to get anything car audio alarms anything like that there my guys you guys should go see him they deserve it they work hard and they love what They do and for all the bigwigs are looking at this because I know this is going to go to the bigwigs better take care of these boys I am not a big review writer but I wanted to make sure these boys got the recognition and you knew that they were going above and beyond you take care of them you treat them right your guysat this location has got my business forever and you got them to think for that see you guys soon read more

I agree the manager was awesome being a woman i didnt know anything about putting together a good sound system for my car i only kbew the sound i wanted and they gave me exactly that.i told him what i wanted and within a few munutes he pieced it together and gave me a price and a good price. At first i thought it was a little high but ive had my new system and alarm for two weeks now and I LOVE IT and can now tell you it was worth every penny. I also want to emphasizr on the fact he told me several times if i needed anything not to hesitate to come back by , he said if you have any questions or it doesnt sound right to you pkease dont hesitate to bring it back and we will wirk it out and he told me that several times. The day they did the install it took a luttle longer than expected but he was honest and told me he would keep in touch and he did just that..when i picked it up he turned it on for me and sat in my car and listwned to it with me for a few. And everything that was in my car when i dropped it off was STILL THERE when i picked it up. Most places will tell you wete not responsible for utems left in the car and they use that to take whatever they want but not audio express.. and i want to thankyou guys for the excellent service i was given through the whole thing. Love the staff here at this Audio Express! I've been to both of the other locations in town and this particular location always seems to get the job done regardless of what it requires. I originally went to the one on Rainbow for an amp check (Which they were going to charge me $40 to do so) but they had no time when I went so they requested that I come back in 2-3 hours. Immediately I called over to this location and was told to come down for the same exact amp check and to figure out if my amp was truly shot or if my two 10" kickers (also bought from this store originally 2 years ago by the same rep I spoke to on the phone about the test) were blown out. Came over to this store and figured out all I needed was a new box ($90), my speakers were just disconnected from the inside of the older box I had (don't know how this happened but I was happy this was all), wasn't charged for the amp test, got to catch up with a staff that remembered me from a couple years ago, and it took a whole 30-45 minutes!!! My buddies and I will ALWAYS come back to this store and this store only for all my stereo needs. Thanks guys! see ya soon read more

I have been commimg to audio express for years now and they never dissapoint me like many others didn't know whatb type of sound i wanted in my car all i knew is i wanted it to hit hard and sound clear.Jason and egdar took the time to let me hear diffrent sounds and let me decide what was best for me the right type of speakers and subs without me leaving with the feeling of im gettimg worked over for the amount of momey that i spend there i can definately say it was worth it i have a 2010 nissan armada and i spent about 4600 at audio express and it was worth every penny. My name is Ashley, and I came in with high hopes to get a new radio put in to my GMC Invoy, the store was very clean and organized, and the staff ware happy, fun, and easy to be around. At first I was a little discouraged about spending too much money on a car radio that I could just live without, however all my worries were put to rest when a very helpful gentlemen gave me a generous deal on a highly remarkable radio. They were patient with me, and answered all my questions, and above all very eager to give me the best first experience at their shop. I purchased a in dash receiver from a big brand store and was having a issue with having said big brand store installing it. So I decided to look elsewhere and found audio express. Jesus greeted me he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I came back 3 days later on my appointment to have my radio installed. The installer "Vern" came out made sure what I needed and asked if I had any questions. Then they rolled my car back into the shop and about 45 minutes later I was listening to music in my car. I spoke with Edder on the telephone while purchasing a vehicle and he was very helpful, so we stopped by on our way home from our car purchase and he showed us options for a dvd player and future options for a navigation system. We decided on a dvd player and set up an appointment within four days. The experience was very good. He made sure we used all our options, including color to match our interior and even wired the car for our future purchases. We are very happy with the customer service we received and I know we will return. Also, the price was about half of what the dealership wanted for a system we feel is much better quality. read more

I have a 3000+ rms system and had an amp blow. The guys at this shop are on par with the best installers in the country. I had an issue due to going to the shop on Sunset and came back to this shop, thoroughly upset. They took my truck in, fixed the problem for free, and even retuned everything for free. Then we had a half hour conversation about theory vs reality when it comes to some of the finer points of mobile audio. I wouldn't let anyone in vegas touch my truck except for these guys. I went to this audio Express (Saraha & Maryland Pkwy) because of the reviews on Yelp (and it didn't hurt that one of their employees was named Jesus). I was not disappointed. I got a car alarm that gave me the key-less entry I had wished I had on my car to begin with. It cost me less than half of what the dealership was going to charge me just for the key-less entry. I have been very happy with how it is all working. Staff were friendly. Each time I walked in I was asked if I needed help by at least 2 staff members. Jason !! He's the know it all guy ! I had sadly gotten my full system installed else where in my 2012 titan. Was the worst nightmare you can think of. My jl subs melted. Wires were all showing. I went to Jason. He most definitely hooked me up. Rewired my whole system. Cleaned it up. Got better subs better sound. Hands down Jason knows what he's talking about he knows sound system better than any of these off name brand shops. Definitely got my business and will be returning with my future cars. My interactions with them was overall a good experience. They handled the transaction professionally and quickly. The assistant manager Jason even agreed to stay 30 mins past their closing time to allow me to come pick up my vehicle as I was stuck in traffic on the way to pick it up. I expected when I showed up he'd be in a hurry to leave but he still took the time to walk me through what was done and how to operate my new system. I decided to get a smaller sub to hook up in my car but was having issues connecting it. I was headed to Vegas for the day and decided to stop in and check it out and the guys were awesome at fitting me in an hour before close to hook me up with a smaller sub box that gives me much more space in my trunk! They did an amazing job and I will definitely be back when I am ready for more equipment! They were also very clean and sanitary amid all the Covid scares! Came back for more work but this time it was for El Jeffe my 2017 Nissan Altima. Ezan helped me all the way through the process and I truly appreciate all of his help. Like OMG NEVER HAVE I EVER been able to call any business in Vegas and not only be seen same day within an hour of calling but to be in and out in less than 45mins!!!!! These guys Rock, Jonathan is so helpful and detailed. I just want to bump music and he explained everything to me regarding my deck i had inatalled and how it would be installed. I came in on a Saturday looking for information on a head unit that has apple play. I was immediately greeted when I walked in (always a good sign). Jesus was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite while he showed me what Audio Express good set me up with. I gave them my business right on the spot and they installed my new system, tested it, and trained me on it's proper use within 2hrs and 20 minutes. I have taken pass vehicles to other Audio Express locations and wasn't so happy but the guys Audio Express on Sahara rock! No matter what the issue is always taking care of the manager is very professional and polite. The instalers are very patient even with a difficult Customer. I had questions about my recently installed touch screen stereo. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also discovered my sub woofer was disconnected and not reconnected during the recent upgrade installation. Installation Technician Sean did a good job making the correct connections. I left with a much better understanding and a stereo that sounded 100% better. As long as Jason is at this location this is the store you want. read more

At the time, I wasn't provided with guidance on which product would be most suitable, nor was it explained that these lights might not be the best option for installation. As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.

He also told me that the new remote that was looking at was significantly smaller than the one that I have now. I bought the new remote and antenna. The remote arrived and it was the exact same size as the original one. That was the main reason I wanted to switch it out. I then received a text from Dave stating that he didn't think he'd be able to update alarm or add remote. Well, you should've told me that from the beginning! He wasted my time and money. Now I have to return everything that I have bought. If you're an alarm installer you should be able to do a simple task like reprogramming a remote and changing out an antenna. And, if you don't know what certain remotes look like and can't compare them to others, don't say so. Pay attention to the negative reviews, they are there for a reason.
