Boy oh Boy! I went in inquiring about the special I heard on the radio. Mind you I only have a car that has 2 tweeters and 4 factory door speakers. I was quoted $1700 for this so called "ALL AROUND CAR SOUND" What happed to the special I asked his reply was the special is not for your type of car. Wow really? Had a recall on my daughters honda ignition switch done by Honda and they had to cut the wires from alarm in order to do recall.. They wanted to charge an astronomical amount to replace wires with ignition switch.. but Jason at Audio Express helped us out and did it for cheap.. He was also super nice. Thank you! I brought my Scion TC into the shop to have speakers installed. I have past experience with car audio installation but being middle of summer in the valley of Vegas, I decided to let Audio Express tackle the task and give them the business. After I got my car back, I wish I didn't give them the business. When I got in my car not only did the guy installing the speakers forget to put my door handle trim back on but also the screws that hold the door panel on as well! Another associate said to bring it around and they'll take care of me. I did and the other associate was very polite and attached the uninstalled pieces. I then looked at the complete installation and was very disappointed with the ignorance of the shop to think an installation like this is acceptable. Not only did the guy installing my tweeters drill all the way through the panel but deeply scratched above my 4" midrange on the panel! The panel is no longer"show quality" and will have to postpone shows until I replace the door panel. I'm not one to leave bad reviews and there were a couple associates who were kind. The "professionalism" of installation with this shop however was disappointing especially for what I paid. I should've received my car back the way I dropped it off, damage free with the service I paid for. Hope this helps anyone who is debating on car audio to look elsewhere as your options will be better for the price you'll pay and service given. read more

when in last week to get a whole new system . i wanted a sub door speakers and a head unit . mike and jason where awsome in setting me up a package . took them about 3 days to do because i understand that they where busy but i didnt mind . over all craftsmanship and costermer service was on point . called them today because i wanted a bass knob asked them if i droped my car at noon today if they can start working on it once i get there . jason said yes and should only take 30 min . so if your looking for a system or something elese make sure to stop in and see mike or jason you wont be disapointed read more

They make up prices. I went in two months ago for a radio they quoted me $150 for radio parts labor. Go in today and ask for the cheapest radio for my car and this guy walks me to the $300 radios. Not sure what his idea of cheap is. So I rephrased it and stated the car is a bucket and I might sell it so I'm not trying to spend a lot on a radio. He still pointing at $200 radios. Finally I convinced him to show me the cheapest radio he has. It says $70 get to the counter and he starts tapping on a calculator for about five minutes and quotes me $170+ I hate feeling like someone is trying to rip me off. I told him I was quoted cheaper. He ask me when as if that matters. He said bye! No sales pitch. No trying to get the sale. No nothing to make me want to buy. I just walked out. Second time at this shop. Previous Viper alarm installed on my Polaris Slingshot(great job) and now a Viper remote start on the F150 Raptor. Guys did a good job with installation in a reasonable timeframe. Definitely will be back for business. Only negative this time was they forgot to latch my hood down, didn't notice till I was headed home on 95N at 75mph and saw my hood start to shake. Pulled over on the shoulder to properly close the hood. I was a little upset considering I had to rapidly stop on the highway. Jason, Edder, and Fern at this Audio Express location are extremely helpful gentlemen! My two 12s were stolen out of my car and Jason worked with me patiently for months while I saved up for new/replacement speakers. I am a commuter student at UNLV and the excellent quality of their sound systems make all of the driving more enjoyable. Fern does installation and HE DOES IT WELL. You can absolutely trust him with your vehicle and you'll be happy with his results. Edder and Jason work inside the shop and they are fun conversationalists and very respectful, which is important to me as a young female in a mechanical setting. Fantastic place, I went there by accident to see if they had a radio for my Porsche. I was in and out fast and they were cheaper than Best Buy by more than 25%. Even better, I was greeted right away at the door, when I had to wait about 45 minutes at Best Buy to get a salesperson. Jason, Evan, Edder, and my main man Danny all took exceptional care of me and my M3. It sounds amazing, the install is clean as a whistle and get this; I wanted to get some 10" speakers. Once I got them installed I wasn't satisfied. Big Jason and his crew let me upgrade and keep the original system in my vehicle until the new parts arrived which I thought was amazing as that is not the norm by any means. I purchased a kenwood stereo with 4 speakers for my car with the installation from here. The price wasn't too bad I thought it was fair for the 3 items, about 130 for each. But I was dumb enough to put in on the progressive barge account, almost doubled my cost. But this review is about the location and products. The stereo is great and a set of speakers is still working. The other set took a dump about 2 months after the install. They offer you extended warranty on the speakers and refused it.l, I've had other kenwood speakers for over 10 years and no issues and one pair from here gone in 2 months? Must have been refurbished for sure. Garbage, garbage speakers. Then the stereo install.... first they didn't connect my antenna, so I had no reception. I went to remove the stereo to look in the back and the stereo was not secured, just slid right out. So anyone could have broken into my car and taken the stereo out in 10 seconds. Didn't bother coming back to have them do anything because I didn't want to leave my car here for hours for them to fix the antenna which I did in 2 minutes, since the stereo wasn't secure. I guess you get what you pay for at a store, 100$ pair speakers good for 2 months, should have bought them online and installed them my self of had another shop do them. A 30 day warranty from audio express is enough time for electronics to be good for that time then start breaking down soon after. read more

We took my daughters custom Ford Bronco to Audio Express for an up graded system. They had our truck for 3 days. When we went to pick up our truck, it was not drivable. The electrical system had been shorted out by there techs installation. The truck would not shift and all the gauges were inoperative. They attempted to repair the damage but after more days they said it could not be repaired and we needed to pick it up. They refused to refund our money or help pay for a reputable shop to fix their damage. We drove the vehicle home in second gear and have not been able to drive it since. Audio Express will no longer return our calls. Ask to see the tools they use ( mismatched Chinese junk) and watch their installers work...... Be smart, do not let them ruin your car also. I tried to get my keyless entry door locks repaired after a year, and nothing got done! So frustrating. I had an appointment at 12pm, and then I didn't leave until around 3pm NOTHING WAS COMPLETED! They gave me this song and dance saying that the previous owner of my vehicle messed ALOT of stuff up. AND they also told me that I'd have to go to the dealer to get my door locks fixed. They tried to sell me an alarm system... I came here for one thing KEYLESS ENTRY DOOR LOCKS!!!! Out of the $200 I paid to get the locks, they took $35 of it for supposedly removing the 'old system'. Which I felt that it wasn't done, they needed to get some type of money made off of the sale. At least I received a refund. Why can't businesses in this town just completed a repair that the customer asked for!?! read more

My tape deck in my old truck finally died so it was time to get something new. It was 5pm on a Friday when I called Audio Express which is close to my house. They close at 7 so I figured I would need to schedule a time on Saturday. I call and the employee says "it's no problem, bring it down".
