WASTE OF MONEY!!!! if i could rate this place no stars i would... the first few days of my system being installed everything was fine, but as the days past by it got worse and worse. First when i turned off the car, the speaker kept thumping...(Ive had several speaker boxes in my trunk and never once has that happened). Then, I kept having to restart my car just to get the speakers to work, which is a pain in the @ss... then my blinker and my seat belt notification stopped working ... then as u may know the speakers dont come on at all and stopped working altogether.. i took my car to Cadillac thinking it was there problem, but they reassured me it was the stereo system that was installed. Now there is no sound in the car and i am stuck with a dead battery.. i have called over and over to this place and they refuse to look at my car.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! read more

I visited the location at 1140 Sahara Avenue and of course being a long-term customer.... to get another set of Kenwood component speakers put in my rear doors... I was informed that my rear doors do not have a spot for the tweeters ...being that I put components up front and in the back of my car ....so I discussed options with the installer Vern and he picked a perfect spot for the tweeters .. Vern installed my Kenwood component speakers perfectly in the back of my car making a custom fit for the Tweeter.. It looks fantastic and sounds even better thanks to edder the manager .. With his knowledge of the equipment that he sells in his store I think he made a perfect choice for me because it sounds better than it ever did.. These gentlemen and the other salesmen at this location are the best and I will continue to bring my car and every car that I own to this particular shop for my custom stereo installs.. I've done business with this location a few different times over the years and always had a good experience. Eddie(I think that's his name) was always very friendly and extremely helpful. This last time wasnt so great. I was told my drivers side speaker is busted. Ok fine Ill fix it later. I had my car rewired at the time and not only is my speaker now dangling from the door, ALL of my door panels are loose and broken to the point that they pop off. The inside of my car is trash now. They did all the wiring in March but I know they wont take responsibility due to the timing. Not to mention now my amp is blown. That could be coinsidental but it just adds to the bad experience my car had here. I will not trust them with my car again. read more

If there was any way to give it 100 stars I would!! Like where do I start?! Let's start with Jason! I called early in the am to instal a new CD player and back up camera in my Dodge Ram! Everywhere I called told me they couldn't see me for a couple weeks! But Jason told me he'd work on it same day! Also that day I had to be at work at 5 pm! He assured me his guys will have it Done by 4 to make sure I get to work on time! And he called me at 3:45 and told me it was complete!! The installation was unbelievably flawless!! Looked like it was ment to be on my truck!! plus I went with all of Jason's recommendations for the CD player and back up camera!! Which I DO NOT regret!! This set up makes driving amazing!!! I truly thank audio express! Jason and Jordan and everyone else who works there!! I am going to be getting a HID kit and some more speakers installed here very soon!!! I'm ecstatic! I took my car in to another shop 5 days ago and it turned out to be Mickey Mouse work. Originally we came to Audio Express but...I took it elsewhere to save $. Ugh! It bit me in the butt for sure. So here we are today. I brought it in at 9am and was done at 7pm. It sounds amazing!! Edder (manager) was so helpful describing my options, asked me many questions to figure out what I needed and upfront with everything. Bought my car stereo from Audio Express after I bought a new/used car and wanted a blue tooth system installed. Edder helped me and was terrific. After I had it a few days I didn't like the reflection off the tuner screen. He told me to bring it back and pick out another system w/ a different display and they wld change it out. Later Jason helped me over the phone when the blue tooth disconnected. The guys in this story are super friendly and do all they can to help out their customers. Great store. Great people. I went in the day that I was leaving on a trip to get a new radio because mine did not have USB Bluetooth or an aux cord. Eddard helped me pick out one with all three and price matched to the online sale price for me. They had it installed in less than 30 minutes. Overall it was great service and I am extremely pleased with the radio he helped me pick. It was awesome to have on two long road trips so far and no complaints. Audio Express is the perfect example why franchise businesses are closing by the dozens on a daily basis & internet and mom & pop businesses are flourishing . Poor or should I say terrible management team & terrible people skills . I had a simple install for there team one single box sub & amp that I provided. The install was way over priced at 500 dollars but I move forward with the install anyway . I was told to drop my car off at 9AM & it would be ready for pick up before they closed. I didn't get my car back till the next day at 3 PM .I was told that I have a life time warranty on the install . Less than 40 days later my sub stop working . I stopped up there in the middle of the week to schedule an appointment on my off days which is the weekend. I was told to have the car there as soon as they open Saturday morning . I was there as soon as they open for business. They told me to leave the vehicle in they would call me when it was done then I get a call and it was like deja vu all over again. I was told we will have to keep your car overnight so I asked did you check to see if it was a fuse . In my opinion you shouldn't keep a person car overnight for a possible fuse problem that takes minutes to replace . So I went back up there to get a better understanding of why . During the conversation with there team all I was asking of them is to verify if it's a fuse before you keep my vehicle over night for something that can be replaced in minutes. It was like a presidential debate trying to get these guys to do it. Once they figured out I was not backing down they got even more rebellious with every excuse why they couldn't & they would not take the approach that I was submitting to there team. Instead of me going back & forward in this debate I submitted to there solution which was bring my car back in the middle of the week leave it overnight & pick it up in the morning . We spent 15 to 20 minutes debating lol. During this time they could have check to see if it was the fuse smh instead of being so rebellious. I was very unpleased with there approach to customer satisfaction..This is the reason why big business like this end up closing its not the owners its the management team ..My opinion a person would be better off going to a smaller install company that value there customer because it's evident they don't ...ALL FACTS read more

In January I purchased two sets of Kenwood door speakers for my 2013 Ford F-150. After the factory speakers were replaced 3 times by the dealer I decided to step it up. Well that was the wrong decision. I walked into the store and was originally ignored until I walked over to the more expensive amps and radios. I was wearing my work clothes which most judge a book by looking at the cover. I was put off by the way I was originally treated. At the advice of the sales guy I purchased the "Best door speakers Kenwood makes" but two weeks later the door speaker was crackling. I returned to the store with my invoice. The tech had my truck for an hour to tell me "Yup its a blown speaker" uh really because that's why I came. An hour to tell me that?.......... I was told I installed them wrong and I need to purchase all this crap and have them install it. I call BS and I left. Chalk it up to poor management and training. A bunch of kids running a store. Little did those jerks know that I'm an ASE Certified Master Technician in Medium and Heavy trucks. I'm a master MECP technician (mobile electronics certification program) and a trainer. I do all my own work. The only remotely good moment was when the tech told me my truck is bad ass and asked about where I had the work done. I responded with its been a work in progress. I purchased my new gear from Crutchfield online and not one problem yet. Vegas businesses are failing due to poor management, lack of training, and the high turnover rate of employees. sad these guys just suck. read more

I wrote a recent review outlining the poor service I received at this location. About 2days later I received contact from Lui district manager regarding my experience. I have to say I was surprised. I called Lui and I could tell he was absolutely committed to making things right . I was given the managers name at the Sahara location and I was assured this issue would be addressed. I called the manager Edders who convinced me to give them another chance to win my business . I gave them that chance and they went above my expectations. I received the service I was accustom to years ago. Edders is a stand up guy and I'm sure that my first experience was an exception not the rule. Great service and quality! I went to buy a new stereo for my first car and I was amazed by all the options. I had the weekly paper and I noticed a good deal and couldn't resist so I stopped by. At first there I only noticed one person working and he was on the phone so I took the opportunity to walk around and look at the products (he still managed to help me find the stereo system I saw in the ad while on the phone). Later I was helped by another guy who was very nice and informative. I ended up buying that stereo within minutes of walking in. He went over the price and installation fees and made it very clear what I was paying for. After that the actual installation took less than an hour which was great because I was getting hungry haha. The whole process took about an hour from payment to installation and now I have an amazing new stereo with hands free calling and I'm really happy with this purchase! I recently purchased a new truck and wanted some better audio. I have used Audio Express in the past. I was greeted by Rob and told him what I was looking for and he was able to show me several options. They did a same day install, but I waited over 3 hours which was the only bad thing. After the install I was having some issues with my remote start. I gave Rob a call and they were able to fix the problem. After that, I had another issue which I thought was related to the install. I told them I was going to bring it to the dealer to have them look at it. The guys from Audio Express stated they would meet me at the dealership in case there were any issues with the work they performed. The dealer figured out the problem and it was not related to the install. I thought Audio Express went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok.
