A few days before the Memorial day long holiday weekend my desktop computer crashed, & I was unable to get it back working myself. I had a nasty feeling it was the Hard-Drive. I looked on Yelp for a local repair place with good reviews & found PC Plus. I spoke to the owner Ramsy & told him of my urgency to get it fixed before every where closed for the long Weekend. Long story short...he was a STAR. He put in a new Hard drive with better storage, updated me to Windows 10 & set up all the basics for me (as me & hubby are not very tech savvy!!). By 2pm the Friday before the long Weekend he called me & it was ready for pick-Up. YAY, I Was beyond pleased & now wasn't going to be stuck without my computer over the long weekend. Ramsy did a great job at a very reasonable price but went above & beyond with his helpfulness & great customer service. I have already sang his praises to my family & friends who will use him as their go-to guy now too. I think he also does van rentals & various services.
