I came in a little late but he was able to rush my service for me as I was leaving the town the next day and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Thermal paste replacement service that I requested was done professionally and he even add extra thermal paste around the needed area on the board. Deep cleaning service was excellent. I notice the cleanliness right away and it boosts my experience with games and work programs by a major 2.5x speed. I went from 45 FPS to 120 FPS in just less than an hour. My computer had been dealing with slow boot times and weird hiccups for a while, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things.
