My computer had been dealing with slow boot times and weird hiccups for a while, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should.
