I am so glad I found this shop when I did. My PC suddenly stopped displaying anything to my…read moremonitor, and I kind of freaked out. I tried everything--reseating the CPU, replacing thermal paste, checking all the cables and connections--and still got nothing. My PC wouldn't post, not even the BIOS would load. I needed to take my PC to the doctor. At first, I considered going through the warranty process, but that would've meant a long wait and dealing with an RMA (which, trust me, you do not want to deal with). After exhausting all my options, I brought my rig to Computer Repair LV--and I'm so glad I did. I dropped it off at 11am, and by the next day, my system was ready to come home. They ran diagnostics, reflashed the BIOS, and did it all without wiping my drives or losing a single file. That kind of attention to detail is rare. You can tell they're passionate about their work, and I completely trust them with my setup. I even slapped their magnetic business card on my fridge the second I got home--because I know I'll be going back anytime I need work done. They even followed up with me on Messenger, clearly explaining what I needed to do to keep everything running smoothly. Seriously, 100/10 service.

Absolutely Amazing Service -- The Real Deal!…read more When I contacted Duke of Computers, I was a complete mess! My PC wouldn't turn on, and with so many important things going on in my life, this was definitely NOT the time for my computer to go down! I spoke with Jay, and from the very beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. They picked up my computer and diagnosed the problem for FREE, which already impressed me. Within 24 hours, they gave me the facts and explained my options clearly, allowing me to make the decision that was best for me -- no gimmicks, no pressure, and absolutely no hard sales! Fast forward about a week, and my baby is back online, and I'm sitting here writing this review! The cost was very reasonable, but what really stood out to me was the quality of service and the way I was treated. They never made me feel hopeless or pressured me into spending money. Good people and good service can be hard to find these days, and I definitely found both here. I will absolutely be returning to Duke of Computers to explore some of the other services they offer. I was excited to have my work done as fast as they promised, until I learned their promises are as reliable as the Federal government. FWIW, I had 9 company systems needing cleaning, updates, repair. We don't have internal IT, and the person who was doing our IT has retired. We had been told Supertech was the place to turn. We were told wrong, and that was clear in the first minutes of conversation. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. I was asking a question and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me after telling me they didn't have the RAM I was seeking. I also needed SSD's for all 9 computers. Perhaps the owner could have *listened* and perhaps asked a question before blowing off another business that spends steep on hardware for our work in the survey and drone industry. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them. Shortly after I left this review, the business tracked me down and began harassing me over text (They had my number from Caller ID) Definitely a place to avoid. Passive aggressive reeks from this place. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. Under any circumstances. Another dealer in Henderson was thorough, asking all the right questions, and although they don't take tradeins on RAM (We have 300GB of RAM to trade-in towards 600GB of RAM) they helped us find a place who does buy RAM, and they have ordered the 9 sets of Crucial 64GB. Trading in 1900.00 towards $4500.00 was good for them.
