I did my research and got quotes from multiple places including Las Vegas Color Printing. They charged me $1.50 per towel more plus they charge a $50 fee for new orders, and the logo was smaller. My towels were ready 3 days later than what they originally told me - which was fine. I anticipated delays and gave myself 2 weeks before my deadline. They are located by the Speedway in one of the warehouses. Just like most printing shops, they have a small lobby, some offices, and a big warehouse where they have the embroidery and other machines and storage. They do signs and banners fir businesses and events; embroidery and printing for shirts, caps, towels, jackets, etc. The customer service was quite good. You can check your account online to see what stage your order is in through the process.

I reached out to a few places and never heard back. As soon as I reached out to Las Vegas Color Printing, I received an email back with a quote. They were so professional to work with. I had sent files over that were not the best size and file format and they worked with me to find the right one. They even went as far as to take photos of the product while it was printing to make sure it was what I wanted. I've worked with plenty of Printing places throughout my career and I've never had anyone do something like that before. I was so impressed. My payment was a little delayed simply because I was waiting on my accounts payable to pay the invoice, but Las Vegas Color Printing was so great to continue to follow up with me so that the invoice would get paid and the printing project done by the time I needed them done by. When my signs were ready to be picked up, they let me know when their hours were so I could pick them up. Now I didn't realize that this location is located near the Speedway. It's probably a good half hour from where I live. But to be honest, the drive was nice to take and a lot faster than I anticipated. When I got to their location, the sign on the door actually has their parent company that they use to wrap cars with. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me by first name. I'm also pretty sure an owner or manager peeked their head around the corner to make sure the signs were what i wanted. They wrapped everything securely so it wouldn't get damaged, and even when I arrived I asked if I could see them. They unwrapped them to show me and they were perfect. They then wrapped them back up to protect them and even went as far as to help me put them in my car! Absolutely incredible customer service. Again, this location is not near me, but I would use them a hundred times over again. The cost was reasonable for what I needed and they were so great to work with. Extremely communicative! I highly recommend them for any of your major printing needs!

We called on a Thursday hoping we would be able to get a job done by Sunday Spectrum made it happen by the next day. As we were handling delays from our designer and traveling, James kept in contact with us to make it work. We got the file to Spectrum at 2:11pm on Friday and the materials were delivered to our hotel by 7:20pm (15 minutes after we arrived ourselves). We let James pick the weight and binding and the materials came out perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I was shopping around for a place to have these made I stopped by Spectrum Color Printing and talked with James. He was very helpful and showed me what they were capable of doing and gave me a quote on the spot. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush me to order. Especially with the military it takes time to get things approved for purchase. Once I had the order paid for he sent my idea to his Artwork guy Bryan and the proof came back to me in about 2 hours. He knocked it out of the park. It was better than we could have hoped for. Once we had it finalized James emailed me and asked if I wanted to come by and review the final product before printing all 500. I didn't hear back from them, so on the 18th I sent an email asking for confirmation the order was received. They replied that same day with a pleasant, "Yes we got it, thank you!" Two weeks later on Aril 3rd I emailed them again: "Hey guys! Everything okay over there? We've used you guys many time before and usually the turn around is really fast - sometimes even same day. But we're going on two weeks with these business cards and my client is giving us grief. Can I get the finished up? Thanks!" They got back to me that same day: "Hi Dear! Sorry for the confusion here. Everything is fine here and I don't know why you didn't get any response from us that we don't do 75 business cards. Specially when they are embossed and raised." Fair enough. And they called me "dear", which is kinda nice. But still, two whole weeks I was waiting on something that wasn't going to happen. I replied: "So what is the minimum number of cards I would need to order?" They replied that same day with: "For something like you ask me to do at least 250. It wouldn't be cheap either. Your best bet is 1000. Thanks kian" Honest. I appreciated that. So I replied that same day: "The client will probably be willing to order that many, but they're going to want to know what they look like in advance before dropping that kind of money. Is there any way we can get a sample before printing off 1000?" 3 days later I wrote back: "Can I get some feedback here?" Later that day my boss got involved and emailed them: "Hey guys! I'm not sure what the issue is, but we need to know whether you guys can do this for us so that we can look for someone else if needed. Hope to hear from you soon. Please reply all so we can all see your response. Thank you." No reply. Maybe they're busy, but there is not excuse for this. Too much misinformation, waiting, ignored emails. At the end of it all, no cards. A total of about three weeks of waiting.
