TERRIBLE customer service. I have worked at another owners store, 2 of them and never would he allowed us to treat our customers the way these 2 people do. They came in with several Amazon returns and they immediately gave me attitude like I inconvenienced them. There was a female and a male, it was today march 15, 2026 and approximately 3:20 PM! They both had attitudes. None of them smiled, nor did they tell me have a great day when I left! Excuse the hell out of me for bringing my returns here, don't worry, I will not be returning! I will gladly drive all the way across town to the stores that I have worked at instead. No one is forcing you employees to work here. If you're not happy, go find a different job. I'm a business owner and I should never walk into any place, whether I am returning, or I am shipping my products off and feel extremely uncomfortable because the employees do not want to help me or scan my returns! The service at this store is always amazing! My mother and I have been using this store for years because of the service. Antonio and his team always recognize us and our quick to help. A few years back, we sent my younger brother a fragile package for his birthday and Antonio packed it with care but somehow it still got broken. We didn't have to do a thing because Antonio took over and got our claim fulfilled and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I highly recommend this store for its service! read more

Still overall good service here however, I have had to go back and re-print several times due to one or more of my documents not actually printing in full-- they no longer go over every single page to ensure accuracy due to waiting customers in the shop, which I understand, but it's a nuisance to go back. The error code on the incomplete blank page is "PCL XL Error Subsystem: KERNEL Error: IllegalTag", if that helps. read more

**Great, Fantastic & Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE!** Based on a few reviews, was hesitant on trying this UPS store but thought we'd give it a try. Immediately greeted by friendly employees and helped personally by Antonio who knew what he was doing and very knowledgeable. Place was super busy and he was multi-tasking by helping us, greeting people as they walked in, answering the phone (less than 30 seconds). NOTE: Our box was not taped and he took a moment by taping it up (at no additional charge). Got in, got out, 10 minutes tops and experienced fantastic service. I went into drop off a return for Amazon and found that this location is extremely unfriendly. It seems to be ran by a young owner or manager and he apparently doesn't understand customer service and the fact that it is possible that someone dropping off an Amazon package could be an owner of a company that sends out hundreds of packages a year.. Someone who was new to the area looking for a place to use for shipping... This is the best place for any of your shipping needs. I recently went to a different ups store because I was across town and it just happened to be in the same parking lot I was in, and it made me realize how much I love this store. I mean, everyone hates shipping stuff, so how much can you really love it? But this store is on top of their game. They are friendly and so fast! The store I went to the other day took over 1.5 hrs to package two items for me to ship, and they were far from friendly. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a UPS store. Not only was I embarrassed publicly by an employee with a blonde stripe in his hair but I honestly don't ever want to go back out in public again. I was there around 1:30 today picking up packages for a friend of mine out of town working because she entrusted me with checking on her mailbox/apartment. When signing for the packages I honestly just don't know what to put so I signed her name because that's what she told me to do. While leaving the store the employee shouted at me in front of SO many people about how "I need to sign my real name because he knows for a fact that I'm not her" I was not only embarrassed in front of strangers because this employee doesn't know how to be polite about things or treat people with any amount of decency I have such horrid anxiety to the point where I only leave my house to run errands for my friend and now because this employee was so nasty towards me with the worst attitude I am right back to where I started. I hope that employee enjoyed being snarky and awful towards me for no reason because it definitely made me feel terrible which is what I know he was trying to do. Obnoxious service, there were no customers at the store when I went, only the 2 girls working. Wanted to lease a mailbox there, but the girl "assisting" me acts like I owe her something, her answers were short and rude, completely not helpful and probably needs additional training. To top it off, I was told they do not know when I could obtain a key, and threw me a random one week answer with no estimated timeframe. I never thought to Yelp about a UPS store, but after such a positive experience with the help of a young man named Anthony, I absolutely had to. I was printing and laminating some pages I needed for a children's book I wrote. Upon entering the store, Anthony helped me with printing and made sure the pages were all aligned correctly. He made sure everything was sized to my liking and took time in making sure I was happy. I ended up coming back the next day and he was there again. He went out of his way to help me cut each page precisely from the pre-laminated pages to the laminated pages and was happy to do it! He even helped me cut out little finger puppets!!! I've never met a more helpful person that doesn't know me in my life! Honestly, he went above and beyond to help me with my book, which means a lot to me. Quick trip to the UPS store last week to drop off a package! I could've swore that UPS was the one who phone companies went through when they rush you out a phone and you need to send it back! When I got there I was told that it's actually USPS so they have a period who comes by and I guess picks the packages up from them? While we waited we watched how they performed tasks and customer service with their daily customers and it was more than excellent! By what we saw, I can say that they had some of the best customer service I've ever had even though our situation was unrelated. Ridiculous. UPS account holders are refused service because, wait for it, "this is Vegas". There could be fraud. Real reason: the little stores don't make very much when you ship on your own account. They want the mark up even though my package was all ready to go. The main Ups center is near the car rental return and you can use your corporate account. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!! I paid for some pottery to be packaged and shipped to my home. I thought this would be much safer than taking my items home on a plane. I spent over a half hour speaking to the clerk about how my items needed to be packed carefully and marked fragile. I even paid extra for insurance so that if something happened my item could be replaced. When my items arrived at my home one item was severely broken. My items were just thrown in a box and shipped to my home. I called this store and filed a claim for my item. No one got back to me and I eventually called them after a week had passed. I was then told by the clerk that I would not be reimbursed for my item because it was not packaged to UPS standards. I asked how that could possibly be as they packaged and shipped my item. I then called UPS customer service and was told that this franchise store needs to file a claim again as they packaged my item. I called the store and spoke to the clerk then her manager. They would not refile my claim. I then spoke to the general manager, Wendy. Not only was Wendy rude she also insinuated that I was lying as she was getting two different stories from me and her employee. Wendy then threatened me by saying that she is going to pull the security footage. I told her multiple times to absolutely pull the security footage. PULL THE SECURITY FOOTAGE WENDY! I am not a liar. Customer service is beyond abysmal. I am completely disgusted. I will be filing a small claims action as the UPS STORE's incompetence and negligence destroyed my one of a kind, hand made piece of pottery. read more
