Well, I was pleased that this location is now open, and it's so convenient! Located inside the Walmart at Arroyo Square, this FedEx is right in the front of the store (by Customer Service). I had three extra large and heavy boxes, and it was super convenient because I was able to get a shopping cart in the parking lot and roll all of my boxes inside for shipping. When I got there, the line was long but moved quickly. The store is small, but they provide pretty much every FedEx service you could want. Remember Kinko's? It's sort of like that. I was really surprised at all the services they offer, including: getting shipping labels, Express / Ground drop-off, packing services, copy and digital printing services, passport photos, and even custom signs, banners, and posters. This location sells packaging supplies (bags, tape, boxes) and copier access too. They also participate in package "hold for pickup" and even better, the hold service includes Saturday! It's surprising that this is a full service location inside a Walmart. They're open 6 days a week (closed Sunday) which makes it even more convenient (not to mention while you're there, you can also pick up some things at Walmart). I am so happy there's now a FedEx nearby, and I will definitely be returning to this location often.

I asked the lady if the shadows were okay, the lady said it should be fine. The next couple days, we had our passport appointment and our photos got rejected because of the shadows. I called, asked for a refund and the lady said the owners declined and asked to do a retake but we were already at the post office processing our documents. She even added, I only take care of the packages, not pictures.... Um ok? So why even take our picture then. Overall, the customer service I received was not satisfactory at the end and I don't recommend Postal King for passport photos. If I knew, I would've just did it at the postal office, it's cheaper!

So I had no choice but to retake the photos at the post office. Also, postal king charges $18 + tax per photo. The post office is $15 no tax. Walgreens is also $15. I would not recommend this place. They only want your money.
