I made it to my appointment and it was again Stephanie who greeted me quickly took my prints. I loved the kindness and reassurance she showed me over the phone. The longest time was the wait for her to finish with the other patient as the other employee had yet been trained on the fingerprinting process. I would definitely come back. The owner also has a print Service and it also has really great reviews, but I haven't sent in my email for a quote. I did see a family dropping off a bunch of packages, and I can confirm that the employee that was entering their packages into the system, took his time and scanned every single one and he was careful with the packages. The manager who was assisting another young lady with a money bouquet was packing it up very neatly in the box so I would say if I needed to ship something I would definitely come here for it..

Not only did he help me get my PO Box set up, but he was also assisting several other customers at the same time, all while staying calm, organized, and incredibly kind. He was pleasant with everyone, and even when he had to turn someone away because their needs were better suited for FedEx, he didn't just send them off--he provided a helpful solution and guided them to the nearest location. One of the services they provide is to notify the receipt of packages via text. apparently this notification can only send the notice to one phone as my wife receives them but i do not but they are very good at notifying when a package comes in from UPS, Amazon or whoever.

They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries.
