It's literally down the street from my house! I love how it's never busy here and the staff are always friendly.

I didn't have anymore time to ship the item because of course they want to close on time, wish they had the same energy when opening, terrible.

This location has to be one of the worst United States Postal Service offices I've ever had to use…read more Their lobby hours when I first bought my PO Box were until 6 PM. Which is great because I have a 9 to 5 job and would routinely come over and check my PO Box usually arriving right before 6 PM. They have since changed that and even though there are still people on site, they now lock the front door and don't let anybody in before I even have a chance to arrive. At one point, I was trying to pick up a package on Saturday and I arrived at 2:50 PM and they had already closed off the desk. And I could overhear the employees saying tough luck. I want to go home early. I had to wait and confront them (peacefully) about this when they went to lock the front door. And then they tried to convince me that I had not arrived until after 3 pm. Which was blatantly untrue. Absolutely unprofessional. I tried to put in a complaint to hopefully have the regional official for the post office to see what was going on. Only to be contacted by someone at the same post office saying they were closing my issue because I had received my package at that point. But no correction or desire to correct anything that was wrong with that an interaction. At the end of the day, they are handling something that is very important still which is the safe delivery and timely delivery of important things . And at this location, it feels like there is a complete lack of respect for that duty. I honestly hope in the near future someone comes in and addresses these issues. But as of today, I am done and I am not utilizing their post office box services anymore. It's truly unfortunate that I still have to deal with them for delivery to my home address as this is still my local post office .

They miss delivered who knows how…read moremany different items of my mail and my neighbors mail items to whatever address and we all try to redeliver ourselves. I had several big loses of packages that I didn't receive and finally decided to purchase a mailbox across the street so I can get all of my packages. But my neighbors almost every day miss a package that I see on our neighborhood Facebook page. It is very hard to file formal complaints with this post office. They do not accept phone calls. You fill fill in an on-line complaint but nothing ever becomes of it. You only other option is to walk into this place and a long line of other people with the same problem will be in front of you. The last time I came in with my complaint I waited around an hour. I was missing some of my mail again. I filed out something on-line about it over a week ago. ZIP nothing happens. I usually get a lot of gift items from some charities that I donate too. I didn't receive any of them this year so I DON'T KNOW but think they either miss-delivered, loss, or stole these items. This post office is so lucky that I am not a nut job because they unhinged me as much as possible. I would not be surprised if something awful happens here that I see on the news in the future. When you live in this part of North Las Vegas you need to redirect your packages and mail if you can to someplace else because you can't count on getting all your mail from here. Mailing purchases home from Las Vegas…read more.. My roommate is a typical female... She over packed. Maybe I'm like a guy because I bring the necessities... Four pairs of socks, one pair of flip flops, four shirts, etc. She brought (besides the basics) a pair of shorts, a skirt, a pair of sandals, concealer, eyebrow pencil, a hot water maker, instant coffee, a cup, etc. LOL! So - after we shopped at Trader Joe's, she realized that she didn't have enough space in her suitcase. I offered to carry her purchases in my super large backpack, but she refused. I offered to take her to a dollar store so she could get a cheap duffle bag to check through, but she said she didn't want to carry anything extra because she recently had shoulder surgery. I told her what Peter Y. does. He mails his omiyage home. She thought about it for a while and decided she wanted to do that. She went to the bell desk and got Medium sized Flat Rate boxes. She actually wanted the medium boxes with self-adhesive sides. She asked where the nearest post office was - a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Hah! Of course, the medium sized boxes were too small and the bell desk didn't have the type with self-adhesive sides - so she needed to buy tape anyway. Of course, the post office that was a 15-minute walk was closed for renovations! OMG! So, I used my Android phone (she has an Apple phone which cannot search and doesn't have the current location on it) to find the second closest post office where she got large sized Flat Rate boxes. Then, I drove her to buy a permanent marker and sealing tape. After we packed one large sized Flat Rate box, my Android phone directed me to this little post office on Bonanza Street. It's inside a store called Sun Drugs. They close between 1pm and 1:30pm for lunch, so plan your visit wisely. The good things about this post office was that: 1. there's free shared parking in the open lot and 2. there was no line. The not so good thing was that the female worker wasn't able to weigh the box. We just wanted to know how much the box weighed - even though we stuffed the box until the top was curved and not flat anymore... Haha! Oh, well... Thanks to Peter Y. for the great suggestion! We will be better prepared next time!

Postal works have no idea where the letters are going or they say we just put them in a pile to nowhere, smh! I understand that not all letters will get adopted but even my friends/family who sent in letters did not get anything back on their letters. Just sad scamming kids and parents who may have been depending on those gifts. The post Office needs a better system!

Had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Three people at the counter filling out mortgage applications or passport forms. If the postal employees went any slower they would be going backwards. Finally my turn at the counter. I had to show my DL license then was asked if I was renting or owned the prpoerty and then was informed to get the lock changed I would need to bring in my Tax bill and mortgage documents to prove ownership guess my license didn't work. Also I would need to pay $40.00 for a new lock there box. Went home got the required forms that was requested and took my place in line again another 20+ minutes. Finally at the counter and had to fill out more forms, show my ID again to the same counter lady. This time she also wanted my phone number and e-mail address. Why I will never know. This ordeal has me rethinking my post office priorities . No longer will I be sending payments via US mail now will be paying on line. Shipping packages has reached an all time high doubled from last year now Fed Ex and UPS will get my company's business. No more priority mail. The majority of bills I get want to go paperless and pay on line, that's the new me no more stamps........
