    NoFace mask delivery, did have an excuse just now Very Careless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor driver service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No company policies!!!!!!!!!

    The manager of this store, Christina, is very rude, disrespectful, and power hungry. I had an…read moreonline order for my husband delivered to this store on 01/06/2026. I showed my ID and UPS email notification with tracking number to the clerk. He said he had to get his manager. She came out and stated that she cannot give me the package because it is not in my name. The UPS email stated "Note: An Officially recognized form if ID will be required when retrieving your package. If you are picking up the package and are not the address, you will also be required to provide the tracking number." She refused to give me my package and when I said it was in my husband's name (I am male) her attitude changed to be very aggressive She order me out of the store and said I was 86'd. I kept asking for my package and she said "no, it's my store. See I have everything on camera". She then took my package in the back and said "I am returning this to sender". When my husband came an hour later to pick up his package, she refused him even though he showed his ID. He asked for her name, and she refused to give her last name. She stated that the package was already returned to sender. We believe this woman is homophobic and should not treat customers this way. Very poor customer service.

    I've been with this company for the good part of 10 years now and they still treat me like sh*t…read more They recently merged with another company Speed Commerce, the new platform and setup is a nightmare. They didn't even give me any notice to the switch, just BOOM! "Uh ya we merged with another company." No migration just a rug pull. They deleted my 10 year old customer address book I had with them and have no plans on reinstating it. And there is no new address book available to populate frequent customers, you will have to manually type in every freaking shipment from scratch. The new IT team has completely ghosted me and my current technical issues. SMO has been a lackluster company to work with from the start, their original dashboard was old and outdated from the 80's, they cut a lot of corners, are understaffed, will increase prices regularly, and will overcharge you regularly. The new dashboard is lacking significant features I need for my business which has forced me to switch fulfillment companies.

    Let me start with what you really want to know. Yes, Ship My Orders is the only fulfillment company…read morethat you should hire as your shipping partner. Take it from somebody that has been in business since 1999 and gone through more shipping facilities than I even want to remember....from smaller, family-run operations to the largest in the country. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I would, without hesitation. Here's why... Customer Service: Straight up excellence on every level, no matter who you are dealing with. When you interact with SMO, from the initial inquiry to the set-up process and any questions or issues you have once the account is up and running, you can bank on timely, thorough, friendly (imagine that!) communication. It obviously starts at the top with David, Diana and Heather and trickles down to everyone I have ever dealt with here. Every, single, time! Misty, Jennifer and Rachel are the best CS reps I've worked with....always solution-focused and great at what they do. Shipping: It's awesome that everyone is efficient and friendly, but if the packages aren't being shipped accurately and on time your customers will be livid and you might as well invest in whatever company makes your favorite headache medicine. Check and check. Not only have they been virtually flawless (pun intended), but they send your customers tracking automatically and I haven't had a single package miss a deadline or be sent the wrong way. Technology: I see you Luis! I am not a tech wizard but thankfully they are. Everything is automated from pulling orders down from our various selling platforms and websites, fully customized packing materials and tracking emails, a website portal that absolutely kicks ass where you can see real time orders, inventory and tracking 24/7 to automatically uploading tracking directly to various seller platforms. Just think about that for a minute. Once you get everything set up properly you will have nothing to do manually when it comes to fulfillment. And Denise will work tirelessly (and with a smile) to make sure that your account is perfect when you flip the switch....she's exceptional. Pricing: The most reasonable rates I've found in almost two decades in business and the billing is as utterly transparent as it gets. No surprise charges like you get with a lot of other companies. And when you consider the service and technology you have access to at SMO you might want to check into getting therapy if you decide to go somewhere else. Bottom Line: As a business owner, you want a fulfillment house that allows you to basically forget about fulfillment and let you aggressively focus on marketing, customer service, product development etc. You also want to feel comfortable growing your business without concern or fear that significantly increasing your volume and sales will cause you a ton of customer service problems because shipments are not going out correctly and on time, every day. I can tell you with 100% confidence that SMO is the fulfillment partner that lets me focus on what drives the business while they handle the rest. And that confidence and support is priceless in this industry.

I did my research and got quotes from multiple places including Las Vegas Color Printing. They charged me $1.50 per towel more plus they charge a $50 fee for new orders, and the logo was smaller. My towels were ready 3 days later than what they originally told me - which was fine. I anticipated delays and gave myself 2 weeks before my deadline. They are located by the Speedway in one of the warehouses. Just like most printing shops, they have a small lobby, some offices, and a big warehouse where they have the embroidery and other machines and storage. They do signs and banners fir businesses and events; embroidery and printing for shirts, caps, towels, jackets, etc. The customer service was quite good. I reached out to a few places and never heard back. As soon as I reached out to Las Vegas Color Printing, I received an email back with a quote. They were so professional to work with. I had sent files over that were not the best size and file format and they worked with me to find the right one. They even went as far as to take photos of the product while it was printing to make sure it was what I wanted. I've worked with plenty of Printing places throughout my career and I've never had anyone do something like that before. I was so impressed. My payment was a little delayed simply because I was waiting on my accounts payable to pay the invoice, but Las Vegas Color Printing was so great to continue to follow up with me so that the invoice would get paid and the printing project done by the time I needed them done by. When my signs were ready to be picked up, they let me know when their hours were so I could pick them up. Now I didn't realize that this location is located near the Speedway. It's probably a good half hour from where I live. But to be honest, the drive was nice to take and a lot faster than I anticipated. When I got to their location, the sign on the door actually has their parent company that they use to wrap cars with. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me by first name. I'm also pretty sure an owner or manager peeked their head around the corner to make sure the signs were what i wanted. They wrapped everything securely so it wouldn't get damaged, and even when I arrived I asked if I could see them. They unwrapped them to show me and they were perfect. They then wrapped them back up to protect them and even went as far as to help me put them in my car! Absolutely incredible customer service. Again, this location is not near me, but I would use them a hundred times over again. The cost was reasonable for what I needed and they were so great to work with. Extremely communicative! I highly recommend them for any of your major printing needs!
