We used a 2 man team, they showed up when scheduled and finished the move both load & unload in the approx amount of time scheduled. But both gentlemen were non stop, kept moving and they finished 3 hours!! I had no issues whatsoever. My first experience with local moving company. They will do anything to stretch the time as much as possible. What happened in my cases I lost my car key and couldn't meet them at the storage. They waited for me at the storage while I was frantically looking for my car key then one of them. The ringleader said he's gonna pick me up. He took his sweet time we got to the storage. I opened it and they started unloading. This was supposed to be a 3 hour move. It ended up being 6 hour ordeal and I was charged $1000, I don't know for what, as they were supposed to be $110 per hour. Probably paid for packaging, and of course, it took double the time as i mysteriously lost my car key in the middle of the move, they left with the truck. I was supposed to meet them at the storage but couldn't find my car key. I had to contact the company took a while to get the message to them and then one of them. The ringleader said he can pick me up which he did which took him an hour to get to me from the storage which was 25 minutes drive. I was devastated about the car key, but he assured me not to worry, he said he knew I was going to find it once they unloaded my stuff into storage. So when I learned I owed them $900 for one bedroom to storage 25 minute distance, and that they only took Venmo as payment, which didn't sit right with me and I was already suspicious about the car key after he had assured me I would find it. Still I was stupid enough to tip them $100. After they left, I go in my storage and my car key was sitting on top of the furniture right there very visibly placed. It dawned on me that I hadn't misplaced my car key. I was being defrauded. read more

What a crew! They showed up a few minutes early ready to work. Not a scratch on anything after they were done and it only took 5 hours to move a 3400 sqft house full of furniture. I couldn't believe it. Granted, I was only moving 5 miles but it was amazing how careful the 4 guys were and how hard they worked. And all 4 guys were extremely polite and friendly. I used these movers in Feb and they did a pretty good job. They weren't able to fit all the furniture in the truck which was surprising because I'd never had that issue before and I had less furniture at that point than I did the previous time I moved. But I figured they did well enough to use them again in August. That's the reason for two stars instead of one. The second time I did not see them use any kind of protective material on any of the furniture. I figured they would take care of it when loading onto the truck since everything was undamaged the first time. But 4 items arrived damaged which is way too many to ignore. It was very hot out and my guess is they were rushing to finish which I understand, but it doesn't make it ok. I wouldn't trust them to move me again. read more

Great job! The guys pulled in a few minutes early. We did a quick walk through, and they started gettin after it! My wife made some lunch for us, we ate, and they were on their way to our new house. I left alittle after they did so they beat me there. To my joy and surprise, they were backed in the driveway and had started unloading. Wow! Talk about gettin after it! The rest of the move was smooth,,, oh and NO damage at all! With the 14 Mile drive here to Sun City, waiting on me, we were still done in 6 1/2 hours!!! Record time! We were impressed! We contacted them for a quote and it was a smooth sailing from start to finish . communication was great and they followed through, their pricing was not the cheapest but they provided excellent service and our move was handled quickly and professionally . Not much but they scratched my refrigerator, didn't wrap anything, including expensive large tvs, Missed items, took things they were supposed to leave. Setting up the move with Karol was really great. She was communicative, friendly, and super responsive. The movers showed up 25 minutes early which is always great. They did an OK job. I picked two movers to move my 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. This included 1 king bed, mattress, two TVs, a table, a dresser, a desk, a TV stand, and about 20 boxes. I had them take my bed apart and put it back together. All together, it took 4 hours (including 30 minutes driving time). I used different movers to move all the same stuff last time and it only took 2.5 hours. The men helping me (Saul, and his partner who I unfortunately forget his name), were nice but not very expeditious. They were much faster to load the truck (1 hour and ten minutes) and it took over double that to unload it. Taking stuff upstairs is hard and takes time, but you could tell the drive to get it done quickly was absolutely zero for the unloading. They were not SLOW but they certainly weren't quick either. Also, they ripped my wood floor transition strip off at the start of my stairs. So now I get to pay to have that fixed. Am I disappointed? Yes. Would I use them again? No. Maybe it was an off day for them. They were nice and Karol is great but I wouldn't recommend in the future. read more
