Santiago and the 2nd mover came about 5 min early. Perfect start. Worked very fast. They had all of the proper equipment (which has been a problem with other movers). And were respectful and gentle with my stuff. This is all I could ever ask for. I knew my job was small, so I looked all over for movers that could do an hour minimum. Spoke with at least 10 companies and every single one was 2-3 hours minimum. So, I went with Mover Labor because they were the cheapest, no hidden fees, and good reviews. So glad I did. I hired these movers last week They showed up w 3 movers instead of 2 - which was fine - but they then started instantly harassing me with the main guy insisting that I pay him $600 - RIGHT THEN - when they had JUST ARRIVED - & had not even looked at the storage unit they would be loading & unloading! he had his little credit card machine ready - standing there & expecting full payment BEFORE they touched anything or moved anything!!! Even after the second time, these items were still forgotten so I decided to try a new company and I am very happy that I did! I had a two-man team come help move the remaining items that the other company left behind. They were extremely quick, handled all my items with cleanliness and care, and had a very efficient system that I felt the other company did not do well at. The process was so smooth, we contacted the company a month ahead the move, and we were able to secure the time and date. On the moving date, the guys come with a long truck, but only 3 people, I was wondering if they were able to move all of the stuff. I was wrong, they were so quick and professional, they walked about the house, observed, and made the plan. They wrapped all the fragile stuff and moved all the bed frames. Move in day came him & his son moved everything out so quickly & charged me upfront for 2 hours. (They were pretty spot on as they had finished right over 1.5 hour) Pricing was definitely the most reasonable in the market as some other companies I've contacted charge for everything (gas, mileage, travel fee, minimum fee, labor fee, tools fee, etc.) only small fee Mover Labor added was a (tax of $20) + the hourly rate.
