Best moving company I've ever had west of the Mississippi. First, this was not an easy job. It was complicated and complex AF. I contacted Daniel about 10 days before the move. Super friendly and responsive. They were able to send a bid over right away (within an hour). My schedule changed and I texted Daniel to see if we could push up the move another week, he immediately replied no problem. The bid for the move was reasonable and fairly priced, and better priced than the three other companies I contacted. On Sunday morning, the team arrived promptly at 8a. They packed up the entire kitchen, all of my art and a few other items that I did not have time to pack. They worked hard, every single person was kind, capable and meticulous. I was able to be at the new place and leave my husband at the old place, it took 2 trips to get everything handled. All of our priceless pieces of art, my guitars, everything was thoughtfully placed. They did everything I asked and more. I know why they are so highly rated. Wish I could give them 100 stars. There were 6 movers, however, I can only remember 4 names. Ryan, Tommy, Martin and Jesse - the ones I can remember - were truly brilliant (as were the other 2) they worked from 8a to around 9p. We are so impressed. Thank you everyone at Level 15. Moving is already a huge stress to begin with and that is without your closing date getting pushed back a few times, which happened to us. We originally had scheduled with other movers, however, when our closing date got pushed back and our original movers were no longer available, we had to quickly pivot. I reached out to Level15 Moving over the weekend in the evening and Daniel quickly got back to me. I explained the situation, where we were navigating two closings and our closing date/time for a specific date was going to be fluid. He was very flexible and said to just give him a call when we had keys to the house and he would send the crew to start the move. He sent me over a contract and based off what we needed to move, 4 bd, 2 story house including a couple heavy items like a treadmill base and garage fridge, he estimated around 7.5 hours with 3 movers and possibly a couple trips. The day of the move which ended up being a Wednesday, once we got the keys, I called Daniel and the crew was at our house within a couple hours. Tommy, Nate and Paul showed up to the house and were very courteous; each one of them introduced themselves to me and we did the walkthrough on what needed to be moved. They quickly got to work and Tommy kept communicating throughout the whole process on any questions or suggestions they had. As an example, towards the end they saw that there quite a few items in the garage that hadn't been packed and they asked/suggested if they could just pack them in a box for us which they did in a very quick manner. Also there was a hutch that we had which had some legs that were loose and during the move it broke; they were quick to point it out and advised what had happened and were able to repair it. Nobody likes to move because of the huge stress and headache but Level15 made it as easy and seamless as it could have been. Tommy, Nate and Paul went above and beyond (remember to tip your movers because it's hard work). I would definitely hire Level15 movers again and so should you. read more

Level 15 Moving did an amazing job. We contacted Daniel with only a few days notice and he was able to accommodate our move with a vary fair price. Ryan and Tommy came to load a master bedroom, office, dining room, living room and odds and ends. These guys were polite, professional and they hustled! All the furniture was wrapped and protected. I sold my home and was having a new one built so in the mean time I needed to move my things to storage. The movers were rude and disrespectful. I didn't say anything about the bad service. However, when unpacking my belongings I noticed that the stand on my $2k Herman Miller coffee table was damaged. Instead of pulling the two pieces of the stand apart and wrapping them separately, they just forced them together causing one of the pieces to crack. Found Level15 Moving through the Yelp project requests and they were AMAZING!!! Quick reply on quote to give us an idea on price and responsive via text which is awesome. We paid via Zelle which was super efficient and easy. Our four bedroom two story house took about 6 hours to move everything into a storage unit. JC and Chris were troopers hustling and moving all our stuff quickly, they did an amazing job! Most of our stuff was packed in Bankers boxes from Amazon so they could just roll it out through our garage on their blue mat. They had tape and plastic wrap to make sure our furniture was protected and wrapped our couch and tables. They even helped disassemble our beds and took down the mounted TVs. Check out our photo of their amazing Tetris job in our 10x30 storage unit, they're such pros! We also paid to have furniture and trash removal by Dan since we don't have a big truck to take it ourself so that was much appreciated. Tommy and Ryan did amazing they moved my entire bedroom to my new upstairs unit apartment in exactly 1 hour they wrapped everything cushioned , disassembled, and reassembled furniture , asked me where I wanted stuff and asked me again before they left if I was happy with where everything was placed. There was no lollygagging at all no breaks, no chatting only necessary questions and I didn't have to repeat myself once . All I did was talk on the phone with my friends, handle other business affairs and answer five second necessary questions they had for me . After reading Yelp reviews for fifteen or twenty moving companies a few months ago when I knew we'd be moving, Level15 was a clear-cut choice above the rest - and when the timeframe arrived for actually being ready to move, I didn't even talk with anyone else - just called and talked with the owner Daniel to scope out a timeframe and see about pricing. Daniel was so easy to talk with on phone, straight up with the pricing and terms with nothing hidden and everything transparent. It was amazing that he had a space for us just a few days out from when I called - and was super fast sending a quote via email and locking in the move date. I called after the email came through to double check a couple of things and Daniel was again super friendly and patient while we were talking - so great to be able to run some things by him quick and make sure of everything before the actual moving day arrived. The quote is for flat-rate of two hours minimum with two guys and a truck - then if you run over two hours, they add in fifteen-minute blocks of time (it's not a charge for the whole hour once you're into the next hour like some moving companies will do) - so it's awesome that you pay just for the time you use. We had already moved everything we could move ourselves in the car - a ton of trips back and forth because ex-house and new residence were only five miles apart - so that saved a ton of wrapping and packing and time - all we needed was just some large couches / pieces of furniture and some other random things (a couple of surfboards - a heavy mirror - a heavy flat-screen tv - something like 21 things left in the house) wrapped and moved - and a king platform bed broken down/disassembled and then reassembled at the destination. Cool that there was no wrapping dishes or fragile glass or whatever - no moving appliances - but no question that this team would have been able to safely handle anything we had that needed to be moved. On the afternoon of the move, Tommy and Ryan arrived first (straight from another whole-day move with Daniel) and immediately started carting all of the heavy objects from upstairs to downstairs and staging everything to be wrapped and loaded out. Daniel arrived very soon afterward with the truck and supplies. They have all the tools - all the wrapping and padding - all the energy - we couldn't believe how fast everything was wrapped and loaded out. All three of these guys worked well together and were super strong and absolutely made the whole process look so easy - plus which they were friendly and polite and positive and fun to be around at the same time. Two and a half hours flat start to finish - all of our stuff was wrapped and loaded out and driven here and loaded in and taken upstairs (or wherever in the house it was supposed to be) and unwrapped and reassembled and the wrapping taken away - it was almost like we had lived here all along when these guys left. The platform bed was the time hog for sure - heavy pieces carried upstairs and then every single slat screwed into the frame individually at both ends - it was really so great that Daniel did this for us at the end of a super long day for these guys. We aren't planning to move again anytime soon - it would be so cool if we never had to move again ! - but if we did, it would absolutely be a pleasure to work with Level15 and Daniel, Ryan and Tommy in the future - definitely a solid team and a very positive experience - thanks so much from Marianne + Tim ! read more
