The best service I've ever had at a UPS or similar shipping company store. I came for a private mail box and the manager was super helpful. He also gave me a promo for an additional month which was much appreciated. Over the course of my four months of having a private box here, all my interactions have been fantastic. When I had multiple large boxes, the manager offered to take them out to my car and helped me get creative so they could all fit in my car. That came with opening one of the larger boxes so I could place the individual contents in my car and he offered to throw away the box it came in since it didn't fit in my car! Staff frequently will help me open doors or greet me by name and grab items from my box for me. The level of service here was so unexpected and it is always a nice touch to my day. Just got done buying things for family in Hawaii from traders Joe's. I wanted to send them a care package nothing crazy. I do this at least once a month, and I didn't go to my usual ups store since this location is right next to trader Joe's. Big mistake wasn't greeted when I walked in, the girl at the register was giving me attitude and I don't even know why. And when she told me the price to send day package I was thinking $30 max nope she said it would be $109 to deliver a small package. I left right after hearing and went to the ups up the street $26 is what I spent to send off the package. Don't go to this location, they try to scam you out of your hard earned money. With how everything is going up in prices, people need to do better by there customers. I won't ever come back to this location. read more

They go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! Amazon put me in an impossible situation with returns and Kaitlyn (unsure of spelling) patiently got me through the entire process. I have no idea what she gets paid but GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! So kind and so helpful. Did way more than anyone should ever expect. Truly exceptional customer service (unlike what we were dealing with from Amazon.) I also noticed how they know all their customer's names, help them with doors, take care of them like they're family, whatever they need and then some. I've never had a better experience at a shipping store and I brought a nightmare through those doors that should've been way more painful than it was but they worked some time consuming miracles and were so lovely about it. Taking your mail to get mailed or picking up packages can be annoying of some sort at times. I have to say this location & their manager Tano Guy make the process smooth sailing. I have been going to this location for some years. Customer service is always on point. Not to mention. Terrible terrible customer service. I came to drop off a PREPAID item. I had both the QR code and the shipping label. The girl, Kaitlyn?could not figure out how to scan the QR code (after waiting 20 minutes in line, and her calling her manager on the phone to get help with another customer she didn't know how to help). I told her I can email the prepaid label for her to print. She advised I would have to pay $3.25 to print. I told her I shouldn't be charged to print something that she couldn't figure out. She finally decided to print out the label for no charge. I had to ask to get a receipt instead of just being provided with one or asking for one. As I was leaving, I turned back around and said oh wait, what is your name? She said "you can see". I will never go back to that store, and to be honest, now I am not confident that the item will even ship. read more

Worst experience ever! Paid for a 2nd-day air service that was delivered 7 days later! Neither the local store nor the UPS company took responsibility or refunded me for a service they couldn't deliver as promised. They plaid their game trying to 'blame" each other while ripping me off! I have used this service thinking that it would be better than the USPS but I was totally wrong! Went in this store yesterday to send some items back home. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and had everything I needed to pack and send these items. The manager, Tano, helped wrap some of the fragile items in such a way that even if the box happened to be dropped, I was satisfied that the items would be safe. I've used this store front repeatedly and recommended to others. Yesterday had bad experience. Went to post an awkward size package. Was quoted an 11 dollars fee on top of US Postal rate to go by US post. I told the employee that was ridiculous all the store had to do was hand the package to the mail man. If store was packaging it I could see increasing my cost by 101%. Then the employee was utterly unhelpful finding another method to send my 1 lb package. Do not use this company to ship anything. Especially if its expensive cause when they damage it, they claim "it wasn't packed right" when clearly it was. I bet they didnt even look to see how it was packed so i wont even mention the extra efforts of making sure it was packed right was because i bet they cant tell me how it was packed. Alone when leaving the store, my package was already being miss handled. Save your money! Cause even getting insurance does absolutely nothing! DO NOT GO HERE! My Sister Darlene spent a week enjoying Las Vegas and gathering souvenirs and goodies mostly (Perishables) and wanted to send it back home to Hawaii. After bringing these to this UPS store and having them pack it and paying $128.51 to ship it and seeing it would reach its destination in 10 days which would have been great. Well needless to say 10/14/2017 came and went with no box from Las Vegas! She kept asking our postman and he said he'd keep an eye out for it. She finally called THIS UPS store in Vegas and spoke to the manager/ owner who told her that it was sent by BOAT! Wait! $128.51 for my stuff to be sent by BOAT?!? SERIOUSLY?!? I then told this owner/manager then why does my receipt say Expected Delivery Date Sat 14 2017?!? She replied that when they process our shipment and its paid for that is the date that they estimate the package should arrive at its destination. And that if we wanted it there faster it would have cost us an EXTRA $90.00!! I called the main Post office at the airport in Honolulu and was told that UPS Store actually sent it the most economical way BY BOAT! AND the package that was sent on the 4th of October WILL NOT reach Here till November 14th 2017?!?! OMG!!! If she could give them - 0 we would definitely do it!!! read more
