Take the elevator to the second floor, then walk all the way to the left side of the building. You'll see a door covered with signs like "Do Not Disturb," "Do Not Open," and "Do Not Knock" -- that's the right place! I arrived at 9:15am and was greeted at the front by two lovely ladies. They made sure I had my information correct before I even checked in. I got my number and within 10 minutes I was at a window. Because of my situation I had to be rerouted to a different person to help me. Within 15 minutes I was back at the window. Both the gentlemen behind the windows were super friendly, pleasant and awesome to deal with. The security guard was helping point people in the right direction and friendly. There wasn't a staff member without a smile on their face. I was out of there within an hour of my arrival. I spent the time and made the farther drive and for me it was worth it!!! I recommend doing your research and get your docs in order before showing up, it was such a smooth process.
