Customer service needs improvement. I had to ship out a package. After printing the label at the self serve kiosk I went to the end counter. I asked politely to use some tape for the top of the package I forgot to seal. Old lady or grandma replied "you can buy tape or strips of tape". What????? Really this is America now???? Or is it at this location? Because at Summerlin post office where I always go to, they'll be gladly to lend me some tape. Never coming back! Grandma, don't be surprised when you ask for help one day and they'll ignore you or say you had to pay for help. read more

I would give zero stars if that were an option. This USPS location was an extremely frustrating experience for many reasons, but what inspired this review was the behavior of Bianca, the employee working the pickup-only counter. Her demeanor was extremely rude and dismissive. She is condescending for no particular reason and was unprofessional throughout a very basic interaction. I asked a simple question about how to obtain my mail and mailbox key after recently moving. Instead of receiving clear guidance or assistance, I was met with short, rude responses and an unwillingness to help. The tone used was inappropriate for a customer-facing role and made an otherwise routine request unnecessarily uncomfortable. Even the person behind me in line made an empathetic comment to me about how rude she was and how poor this location is, and how much she dreads coming here. This location has a lot it needs to work on. Bianca's approach to customer service reflects poorly on this location as a whole. Basic courtesy and professionalism were lacking, and it is disappointing to encounter this level of treatment when simply trying to complete standard postal business. I would strongly advise management to address this issue. They probably won't considering this place has a 1 star review rating with 600+ reviews, clearly they don't care. Sad. read more

New to the area I visited this post office twice, 1 to get help with a address change and the lady that helped me was so helpful and patient with me and made sure I was able to get my address updated. l noticed she was very helpful to everyone else she encountered during the time I was there. Second time I was here to drop off some packages the second time the lady was also very helpful she was sweet and attentive. both experiences have been great. I'm so pleased that this the post office near me becuase Ive truly enjoyed their service so far. read more

Easy as 1..2..3! This post office location is easy to access off of Russell, with plenty of parking! There is usually a line inside, but it seems to always go fairly quickly! The drop off box is a breeze as well! In and out within minutes! Prices are right on par with the others. read more

I have been using this USPS location for years. It's always hit or miss whether it's super busy or not... sometimes there's a long line, sometimes there is not. It's unpredictable. Just arrive with a little grace and patience for the staff. The customer service here is always great, everyone's always been helpful and kind! I've shipped out so many packages and buy all my stamps here. The value can change depending on how you wish you ship the item, and if it's insured or not. They do a great job overnighting mail as well . I wish they had drop off mailboxes outside that would make it even better! Overall this is my favorite post office in Vegas. read more

Clown show. Staff Made myself and other clients stand in the main line because the pick up area was closed. By the time we made it to the front they opened up the pick up only area. Then made us get back in that line. The employees laughed at us and were singing to the songs on the overhead speakers. Poor service and staff doesn't care. Only 1 staff at the register. Waited for 30 Mins to ship a package. So this is where our tax money goes. No employees and very bad experience. Just to mail A letter you have to waste 30 mins to 1 hour waiting coz no one can help you. The picking up of the package same thing line goes all the way to the door. Long wait and poor service, when you get to the window the protocol is typically for the person to go in the back and get your package. Here they will take down five people's info then go back and look for all of them at the same time then call out names for your mail when they return to the window. Very inefficient and makes people wait even longer. This location always has a line and it's sometimes out the door. I'm here well after lunch and there's two staff members working the entire location. The customers aren't exactly the most pleasant to be around either as they all seem to enjoy using speakerphones. read more

No star on a weekend only 2 staff working - they opened at 9:10am on a Saturday morning - there's a line of 40 people and the 2 staff working cannot get to diffuse the line .. for the pick up line it is a minimum of 10 -20 for a person to be assisted .... This post office has lots of parking, which is a huge plus! The staff is nice and always helpful, but it does get pretty busy, especially on Saturdays. Be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak times, but overall, they get the job done efficiently. If you can avoid weekends, it's a much smoother experience! Went in to purchase some stamps around opening time. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The gal at the counter was very nice and quick. I've never had issues with this post office, but I have seen their pick up line very long - glad I've never had to retrieve mail. I only gave the four stars because nobody answers the phone. I need specific stamps, and they don't always have them, so it'd be nice to know if they have them in stock before driving there and waiting in line. Overall, I've always had great customer service and experience from them. read more

This post office is the worst for mail pickup. The line takes hours while the full-service side sits empty, the line goes all the way back to the door. It makes no sense. They should have at least 2-3 people handling pickups. It's ridiculous they still haven't figured this out. read more

Always busy here, no matter what time of day it is there is always a line. There is never any sending forms out to fill out. I always have to wait in line get the form from the cashier and wait again before sending my packages. The line to pick up mail is a constant 10 plus people waiting. The positive thing about this location is the workers. They are all so friendly and apologetic, and they really do do their best. It's not their fault half the time. The price of over night shipping is a lot cheaper than other shipping stores. Just make sure your not in a rush when your sending out mail/packages. However, thank you for helping me through 2023. Having to deal with this post office as an online business owner is the worst part of living in and working in Las Vegas. I have sincerely considered moving and uprooting my entire family's life over the incompetence of this office and it's workers. I have had thousands of dollars worth of packages mysteriously go missing, or get delivered to random PO boxes that I don't own. They shrug their shoulders, do no investigation, and the problem continues. I just received a package from a customer that says it was delivered to me on 7/16 based on the tracking. It was delivered to me on 8/12 with the thermal labels on the outside and the inside both heat damaged. So god knows where it sat for the last month but it certainly wasn't with me. If you ever leave mail in the outside box, it will get stolen. They go "oh yeah, sometimes people steal mail from there when it's full." I'm sorry, WHAT?? It's too much trouble to empty the box multiple times a day? The elderly Asian man in there is problematic. I got in line right before closing because I REFUSE to drop packages there without being scanned at the counter. My husband had dropped one off for me in the inside box and according to them, they never received it. It was a diamond bracelet being sent out for repair. MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED. -sarcasm- This man refused to let me get in line, even after I told him I didn't need to buy postage, I was just dropping off. He got extremely aggressive with me and at one point almost pushed me after I pointed out it was still minutes to closing time. You never put your hands near a customer like you're going to touch them, EVER. I hate this place, the employees are careless and terrible. The lines are almost always out the door. It's insane to me that there has not been an intervention done on this place yet for mismanagement and fraud. Thank god most of my outgoing packages are FedEx, I would never ship anything with them that wasn't a letter. As of right now, my total losses from this post office total $7000 and the majority of that was between April and May of 2023. Total of 14 pieces of jewelry missing. I do not call that a coincidence because it was incoming and outgoing as well. read more

The employee are nice here, but one manager, Lucy is rude and incompetent. An error was made on their end with my package and she refused to accept responsibility and wasted my time. She refused to even point me in a direction of someone that could help. Thankfully, I was able to go above her, and I believe Anita has been able to resolve my case. This branch gets no stars. Expect an hour to two hour wait. There is only two clerks working two lines that go out the door. I have been coming here twice a week for three weeks to pick up mail and my new mailbox key, but even after receiving informed delivery notices I am always told no mail and no key. Line was also super long during Wednesday lunch but went fast thankfully so I could get back to work on time. Nancy helped me save money by recommending me to use the USPS flat envelope instead of my envelope, so the shipping price went down from around $42 to $27.
