I do not know why anyone would give such a low rating . I have used this post office for now more than a decade . The lady that was there before was just one of the absolute nicest post office service agents I've ever met ! Her replacement is just as sweet and wonderful too! I don't know what people are expecting ? Her line moved fast and efficiently !! When I was one person away I realized I had not put my employers box into another box or secured the label, since I had tied them in a plastic bag and forgot! I was devastated since I was on the clock and would have to come back. There were at least 6 people behind me and she grabbed a bag and threw the labels on licked it split! She saved my day ! Inside the Albertsons store on Flamingo and Hualapai, I was going to nearby Target across the street for a curbside order. Convenient to the 215 freeway. I needed additional postage on a package, with tracking, first class, and made it before closing time. The female clerk was nice. There were more people in line behind me. The line went pretty quick, which was nice. I also found some flat rate envelopes, which is very difficult to find, at the regular USPS locations that I visit on rotation. No weekend desk service, but you can drop it inside the dropbox. read more

This location is convenient because it's inside of Albertsons. Dropped off a package today after some Black Friday shopping. After I dropped the Box in the dropbox, I realized there was no one in line. The employee looked at me and it looked like she was going to grab my box from the dropbox. It sounded as if it was empty inside the dropbox. 6 hours later and the Box still isn't tracking. This location obviously isn't as efficient as the post office on Russell read more

I think the woman's name is Tisha that runs the post office and she is the only one there .she has to honor each person's request and make sure it's correct, she does a wonderful job and she is so pleasant it even though she has to deal with some annoying customers at times. read more

The package dropbox is always full and the line is very long. I just saw the worker freak out on someone simply dropping off a pre-paid package. Avoid this location. Very unprofessional. read more

Wednesday September 26, 2018 11:36 AM I walked a mile from my house to get here. I had a 20 minute wait not realizing there is one person here. The name Postal Express is very misleading. I did not realize you had to print your own shipping label. Ended up going to PostNet next door because it's the only place I use anyhow since they print labels on the spot. If I ever used this Express place at least I know it's here and I'll print my own label at home. Glad it wasn't terribly hot today. My car needed some repair work and figured it's only a mile walk, worth a try. Lady working there seemed miserable and I was already unhappy myself. She could of greeted me at the least. Her attitude along is a reason I will continue going to PostNet and they're not much nicer either but I can accomplish what I need! read more

This is a small post office inside the Albertsons. Came here because we were in the area. The place seemed nice and clean there was no one there when I walked in. I actually thought it was closed. I didnt get the ladies name that works there but she was very polite and had great customer service. If only I live closer I would make this my go to post office. read more

Careful with this location. Make sure to ask for tracking number ALWAYS if you send documents. My package never arrived at the destination after I paid $15 postage for it to the female worker, and she took it. They can't trace it with the receipt. Why would a package not being delivered after they take possession of it, unless it was stolen or INTENTIONALLY discarded? Very unethical. Karma won't forget to return the favor. I'll NEVER use that location again. read more

Listen this location is pointless because each and every time I have attempted to utilize their services, there is usually an issue. The machine works when it wants to and doesn't calculate the weight of the packages correctly. Also the machine doesn't seem to be user friendly because I've witnessed on the few occasions when other customers have had difficulties.. The customer service is a joke. Always hit or miss and usually ends up being a miss because there are people working that really don't like their job. Better off going to an actual stand alone post office location but even then you may still be subject to less than acceptable customer service. read more

This post office has convenient hours, but they are sloooow. Even if there's only 1 person in line, be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes. If there is a long line, I've waited 45 minutes in the past. There's usually only 1 person working. read more

This postal "office" is really bad and the woman who works the counter is very rude. I dropped off a prepaid package that was too big for the drop box. I walked up to the county and asked if I could leave it as it was prepaid (there were no bins like at a larger post office). She looked at me without any acknowledgement and now the package has not been scanned as dropped off and is missing. I understand that this location always has a long line, but prepaid boxes should be able to be dropped off safely. read more

The lady that works here is the most ridiculous postal worker I've ever met. Her name is Patricia and she tries to make everyone wait in line even if you printed your label at home and just need to drop off. This is unheard of! So what's the point of printing postage at home if you still have to wait in line?! it's not my fault the package drop is always full. And NO I will not wait in line! Do your job, and take the packages when the drop is full. she looks and acts miserable and is so rude I can't believe USPS hasn't let her go. Rude staff. Dealing with the public is rough. I get it. But if you don't have good customer service skills then you might want to try a different line of work. I didn't give the guy at the counter a chance to treat me like a second or third class citizen. I stood in a line 5 people deep and after I witnessed the way this man spoke to the first two customers I decided to step out of line and take my business elsewhere. This is by far the most convenient location for me to frequent but it's worth the trouble to go out of my way to avoid this disgruntled employee. read more

I found this location in the grocery store by chance. The mail woman at the counter was friendly (she isn't one to smile, but once you begin to talk to her, she is very nice) and I was able to get stamps and send off mail at the location. Services are limited at this location; it appeared to be mainly stamps and send off mail. It takes up a very small space at the front of the store. read more

This location is a great alternative the lines that wrap around the building of the post office on Russell. Definitely get to know the self service machine. It's amazing, go in, get out, on with your day! read more

This usps location is the closest to my house and I rather go here than the Russell Rd location but the lady that works here "Patricia" makes you not want to go back. She doesn't greet you even if you greet her, she looks miserable, and just makes you feel unwelcomed. I will not be back, she is so rude and slow. read more

The location is convenient but I've had a few negative experiences with the staff. Also, I tend to get really unpleasant attitudes when I come in with orders I need to ship internationally, which is odd but definitely a pattern. I will say that friends and family have said the exact opposite and have great experiences so maybe this is just a hit or miss kind of thing. Either way, I don't mind making the trip to the USPS over on Spring Gate. It's busy every time but those employees are so much friendlier to customers. read more

The line here moves at about the same speed as putting your item in a box, then walking it over to where you wanted it shipped. That goes for overseas locations too. read more

Worst post office !! I get to the location and the clerk is helping someone with 1 person in line. I realize I need a different envelope for what I am mailing and stand at the priority mail counter to fill out the address. All of a sudden she closes the gate. I asked if she was going to lunch and she said yes... locked the gate and left..... she could have said when I walked in that she was closing so I would have just went somewhere else instead of waste my lunch break for nothing read more
