    EXCELLENT! I don't usually take the time to submit reviews, but let me tell you about my recent experience with the staff and management at this UPS Store location at Fort Apache & Flamingo near GNC and Smith's. MY NIGHTMARE: We had a death in our family in January in Los Angeles, CA. I was preparing 200 programs from my home office in Las Vegas to help reduce costs. But overnight, my laser printer ran out of toner and ruined several pages. I couldn't afford to spend $250 for more toner. I needed 4 color cartridges. This was about 7a.m.Thursday morning. I needed the programs finalized by noontime to be shipped to L.A. by Friday !!! The 200 programs needed to be reprinted, folded and stapled. Some pages had already been printed, but needed to be finalized to be an 8-page, bi-folded, double-sided program with color images on special parchment paper. aaaahhhh!!! 1st, I flew to the Office Depot/Office Max printing service on Fort Apache & Trop. The guy sad he was too busy working on back orders and it couldn't be done that day. 2nd, flew to FedEx printing services on Flamingo near Fort Apache. They were willing but they couldn't figure out how to do the job, and said it couldn't be done that day. 3rd, flew to the UPS store. The manager immediately started to help me resolve my dilemma. We figured out how many pages needed to be reproduced to make a complete program and print the remaining to get a complete program. BEST of all he figured out how to manipulate (trick) the duplexer to fold and staple them to prevent manual folding and stapling 200 programs. All the staff pitched in to help me get the job done for my family... in about 2 hrs! OUTCOME: Beautiful! The final cost of the project was NOT over-priced. They also accepted my AARP card which helped tremendously. The customer service was exemplary...no negatives...friendly, smiling faces ...very helpful and accommodating. Most of all, when I entered the store I was very anxious and in tears and they were very sympathetic to my situation. They were awesome and professional at all times. I offered to call the store owner AND to complete a customer satisfaction survey but they don't even have one... Thus this lengthy review.

    I've been going to this location for months with no issues, I did however notice they provided…read moretheir Caucasian customers with extra good service but I let that slide. I stopped going to the UPS store by Walmart on Fort Apache because the old lady there is rude but has shown considerable improvement in her customer service skills and acknowledging her waiting customers. Today at this location I was serviced by the old man that's there. Be aware that My boxes were large and heavy (see photo) and I had multiple that I had to go back and forth to grab. I put them on the weigh scale and went back to grab another I staged by the entrance. This gentleman would slide my boxes off the counter and let them slam on the floor. I was not ok with this so I voiced my concern, I told him to be careful with my packages and he just brushed me off. That is the sole reason for my review. He could've asked me or the other employee working there for assistance if he's too weak. I'm a military veteran and a registered nurse, I deserve equal respect and appreciation as any other paying customer. I'm really disappointed this situation transpired. Do better or retire.
