I used the Staples mail center through iPostal, and unfortunately, the experience with the actual location was frustrating. There were multiple issues with mail being misplaced. At times, I was even receiving mail from other states that clearly didn't belong to me, which raises serious concerns about how things are being handled and sorted. Whenever I tried to ask about it, the staff seemed disconnected and not very engaged in resolving the issue. It didn't feel like there was a strong system in place to track or manage customers' mail accurately. To be fair, the support through iPostal1 itself was helpful -- but the execution at this location didn't match that experience. At the end of the day, handling mail requires accuracy and accountability. Either the system needs to be improved, or it needs to be removed completely. I've decided to discontinue my service here because it just doesn't feel reliable. read more

I had come in to return an Amazon item which The paperwork said I would get. 10 off coupon for a 50 dollar purchased that never materialized and to buy some birthday balloons from their "party city" ballon area. After turning my Amazon return in I grabbed some balloons and got in line with no party city rep until roughly 15 minutes after the store had opened. Finally the rep showed and the first customer online I could see had his ballon arrangement ready for pick up and I could see the disappointment on his face and in my head when the attendant brought the display and several of the mylar ballon's were just not filled to completion. If you have ever seen a mylar not completely full you know what I mean. At that point I put down the balloons I wanted filled and left. I'd rather give no balloons than poorly filled ones. They told me that they shipped my item usps that i did not request for that service. I only use ups. In the end usps informed me the tracking number they gave me that the postage was never paid. I recently got a Logitech green laser pointer and clicker for PowerPoint presentations and it even has a timer to track your time (great if you have a limit). Staff is friendly and willing to help. Went in for balloons that they advertise for party city. Before I got there called ahead and made sure they were able to blow them up. When I got there and picked out the balloon I wanted and asked if they could blow it up the lady said "it depends on how many." The balloon I was getting was a 16$ balloon and doesn't do any use not inflated. I almost walked out before she offered one that was already blown up so I took that. It's fine if the service isn't provided but if someone calls ahead and you communicate it is and then dont do the service during business hours I wouldn't say that it is provided over the phone when someone asks. Horrendous customer service. It's my dad's birthday today, I go into the store at 9am with approximately 3 people in the whole store. Pick out a total of three balloons to get filled, because they advertise a big sign on the front of their store that says "balloons are here". The manager, Victoria, refuses service to me and tells me she is too busy and that she can fill up balloons for me at 1pm. When I ask her to explain why four hours, she straight up ignores me to my face and keeps going with her work. Easily accessible, less congested, even if it's next to another major store, I have no problem with the parking quickly getting into the establishment or the business get in my product and out the door the teammates are knowledgeable and helpful with great attitude all although they are being paid. that's what my experience was today. I recently did an Amazon return at this location. They need to improve on customer service. They are very unorganized. They had one employee helping Amazon return customers as well as shoppers. For some reason the employees chose to help ALL the shoppers before the Amazon return customers. I waited for the employee to check out two shoppers before he handled my return even though I was in line to do a return before the two shoppers he assisted. Tracking information not provided, and after the package was delayed i called customer service and they told me the package was missing and they would need to reorder the item. They never sent me notification the package was missing nor that it would need to be reordered, so I spent a couple days at home watching for the package for nothing. Normally I don't visit an office supply store in person, but I went to Staples specifically to get my TSA pre-check enrollment done. I am planning on traveling out of the country next summer, plus I wanted to start skipping the ridiculous TSA lines at the airport. I made an appointment at 9:50am on a Wednesday and answered all the required questions online prior to. I got there a little early and I was the only person there, so the person working there, named Michelle, was able to get me in ahead of my scheduled appointment. The entire process was very simple and quick. I was required to bring my passport and my ID to my appointment. After giving my fingerprints and answering all the necessary questions provided on a tablet, Michelle took my picture to send to the TSA and then asked me to make my payment. The enrollment cost me $78 and the pre-check is good for about five years, which is a great deal! At the end of my enrollment, I was given a coupon for $10 off $30 of any travel service that I buy now through the end of the year. As I quote Staples' slogan, that was easy! read more

I came into Staples the other day to do my TSA Precheck. I was greeted immediately by a friendly, young blonde lady upon my arrival. I asked her where did I go for TSA & she pointed me in the right direction & told me where I could wait. A young lady was helping another customer but saw me standing there & asked me if I needed help. Told her what I was there for & she told me to have a seat while she finished up. I arrived on time for my 6pm appointment but my guess is that the female & male that were together to get their TSA arrived late to their appointment. So I wasn't to happy about having to wait when I had an appointment. Luckily the wait wasn't too long. The process was quick & easy. Since I registered on-line & filled out all the information it was already on the portable tablet I just had to touch OK to the questions. I also had to do my fingerprints on this tablet, so no ink involved. I also got my picture taken by this tablet too. I don't know the young girl's name who helped me but she was nice & knew what she was doing. I then paid the $85.00 fee via CC & was shown who I would get an email from. The only thing I wish she told me was I wouldn't be getting my TSA precheck right away!!! I figured I was going to get an email by the time I got home. I found out from some friend's that the process can take a few wks. Ugh!! After I was done I walked over to the end of the counter where TSA was to check some messages on my cell phone & an older male employee had asked me if I needed anything. I told him I was fine & was just checking my phone. He offered me some water & told me if I wanted to I could sit down. This I thought was very nice of him. I declined. I took a walk around the store to see if anything caught my eye to buy but I didn't see anything. I decided to hit Target since it is right next door. All the employees I interacted with were all very nice, friendly & attentive. I highly recommend this store for TSA or any of your office needs. Thank you guys!!! read more

I really like this store! It's my neighborhood office supply store, and Staples never disappoints. I've had books rebound here, especially cookbooks, adding a spiral bind. It's very handy to do this so that the cookbooks lay flat. I went here the other day to get some ink cartridges for my printer, and the prices are very fair, and you can get what you need right away rather than waiting for shipping. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I walk into an office supply store. Definitely feel that way when I go to Staples. I don't think I've gone to any other office supply store as much as I go to Staples. This particular location is conveniently located in Green Valley, Henderson right along Green Valley Pkwy and Horizon Ridge. It's a little snuggled in the shopping center but not too difficult to spot, unless you're driving in from the Horizon Ridge entrance. Haha. There is an abundance of parking so you don't have to worry about beating the crowd. Each time that I've gone there the employees have been so welcoming and courteous. Even while they're stocking the shelves or busy looking for something for another customer, they never hesitate to ask if I need assistance with finding anything in the store. The store is well kept and maintained. It's very neatly organized and easy to find the products that I'm looking for, and most of the time even the products that I'm not. Lol. Everything always seems to be right where you'd expect to find them. They have awesome deals in the store and their prices are pretty unbeatable to me. Even their store brand products are good quality. Tip: sign up for their rewards program online or in store because they offer some amazing deals and coupons for their members. The store manager/supervisor, I believe that's who he is, is always walking around checking up on customers. I absolutely love the fact that he/they jump right on the register to help alleviate the line even if it's just one person waiting. Great teamwork and leadership! I must say this Staples has stepped up their customer service game as a result, I am updating my review. I had a long list of office supplies needed for an upcoming project and was unfamiliar with some of items needed. Will and another gentleman was helpful answering all my questions of which poster paper would be best for my meetings. Needed a dry erase board. I had no idea how many different types there were! Small ones, big ones, some with a calendar with reversible sides, prices ranging from $12 to $80! Luckily, the workers so patient with me in figuring what would best suit the project at hand and not just selling the most expensive items. Since that visit, I have come back several times and the service has not faltered. They are rearranging items for the upcoming fIlm and winter season and the store is still very well organized. Each aisle has clear signs of what items are in each one and if I can't find something, a worker is happy to help. Will definitely continue to come back for office supply needs. read more

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever seen in a retail business. The employees are awful and need immediate training on what "customer service" should be. The two people at the register were overwhelmed and couldn't multi task to save their life. With a long line one of the two just walked off. The other one started helping a customer that wasn't even in line while I was standing there waiting to check out. Its almost impossible to find anyone to help you other than at the register. I drive out of the way because Scott makes it so effortless to have my business cards printed every time I am in need. I tried to submit to the closer location and the sizing didn't work out, called them for help and didn't get any. Back to Scott I went and WOW my order is always ready fast as heck! Our experience here was awesome. So much so that this is now our 'go to' office supply store. Came in just needing a nice 3-ring binder and some clear page protectors to go along with it. Simple enough. Of course we couldn't find the page protectors and were getting frustrated. Everywhere we thought they should be, they were not. On her way to use the restroom, one of the store employees saw us and asked us if we were finding everything that we needed. We told her what we could not find, and she walked us right to them. The ONE aisle in that area that we did not check. We felt pretty silly, but she was nothing but nice. I regret not getting her name, but we were so happy to have finally found them. At the checkout, Sterling helped us. I entered my phone number for the rewards, and she thanked me for doing so. When she offered an 'up-sell' on a product and we declined, she remained just as pleasant. We originally walked in to the store with a sort of negative attitude. I am not sure exactly why. The store is not really that inviting, and it initially seemed as though things were not clearly marked for locating easily. Our feelings changed after our encounter with the two employees. The print upload went smoothly and once I arrived I was instantly greeted, the print attendant Jon located my prints quickly, the prints looked sharp and good price for the rush. He helped me place another print that was ready as soon as I returned after gathering another item. Upon my return Jon noticed I had been followed by some guy inside the store coming after me closely, so as I went up to pay, as the creep lingered behind me, pretending to be on the phone, Jon asked me if I was good, and I was like, yeah... I think this guy is following me, and he had thankfully noticed so he ensured me I was safe and informed his manager who distracted the creep away as I left.
