    Went in for balloons that they advertise for party city. Before I got there called ahead and made sure they were able to blow them up. When I got there and picked out the balloon I wanted and asked if they could blow it up the lady said "it depends on how many." The balloon I was getting was a 16$ balloon and doesn't do any use not inflated. I almost walked out before she offered one that was already blown up so I took that. It's fine if the service isn't provided but if someone calls ahead and you communicate it is and then dont do the service during business hours I wouldn't say that it is provided over the phone when someone asks. Especially since the whole store is advertised with "party city balloons here" out front. Defalted after 5 hours of taking it home for 17$ that's just sad

    Ordering online and picking up in store is easy! They do require ID for pickup, so be ready. I recently got a Logitech green laser pointer and clicker for PowerPoint presentations and it even has a timer to track your time (great if you have a limit). Staff is friendly and willing to help. They do TSA Precheck here, but call 1st to make sure the system is working. Battery recycling is also available and counts as rewards.

    This is actually a pretty solid Staples location. it's the one I usually go to. One of the things I really appreciate is their electronics and cable recycling program. You can drop off old items and earn points, which don't expire. I recycle throughout the year, and by the time back-to-school season rolls around, I've built up enough rewards to get some great supplies for the kids at a nice discount.

    I was sick and tired with the cheap ass hand me down stapler at my office. Back in the day, I had a mail boy gig just sorting, opening, and stapling documents. I remembered I had an all metal stapler. Got the legendary Swingline all chrome metal stapler! Well with the $25.

    I came into Staples the other day to do my TSA Precheck. I was greeted immediately by a friendly, young blonde lady upon my arrival. I asked her where did I go for TSA & she pointed me in the right direction & told me where I could wait. A young lady was helping another customer but saw me standing there & asked me if I needed help. Told her what I was there for & she told me to have a seat while she finished up. I arrived on time for my 6pm appointment but my guess is that the female & male that were together to get their TSA arrived late to their appointment. So I wasn't to happy about having to wait when I had an appointment. Luckily the wait wasn't too long. The process was quick & easy. Since I registered on-line & filled out all the information it was already on the portable tablet I just had to touch OK to the questions. I also had to do my fingerprints on this tablet, so no ink involved. I also got my picture taken by this tablet too. I don't know the young girl's name who helped me but she was nice & knew what she was doing. I then paid the $85.00 fee via CC & was shown who I would get an email from. The only thing I wish she told me was I wouldn't be getting my TSA precheck right away!!! I figured I was going to get an email by the time I got home. I found out from some friend's that the process can take a few wks. Ugh!! After I was done I walked over to the end of the counter where TSA was to check some messages on my cell phone & an older male employee had asked me if I needed anything. I told him I was fine & was just checking my phone. He offered me some water & told me if I wanted to I could sit down. This I thought was very nice of him. I declined. I took a walk around the store to see if anything caught my eye to buy but I didn't see anything. I decided to hit Target since it is right next door. All the employees I interacted with were all very nice, friendly & attentive. I highly recommend this store for TSA or any of your office needs. Thank you guys!!!

During pickup, I unlocked my phone for him and he did nothing. I inspected the phone and find no issues. After having the phone for a few hours, I noticed that were some ghost touching when the phone is being charged wirelessly. At first he refused to acknowledge the issue and blamed the charger. After a couple of visits of him trying different stuff, he agreed to try a different screen. He said he will call me when he got the replacement screen but never did. Calls and texts were not returned. After 3 months he finally got the screen and got it replaced. The new screen did not have the ghost touching but it did have a dead pixel in the center of the screen. He said he would give me another replacement screen but never did. Its June 2025 and I give up - I learned how to live with the dead pixel in my screen. Some excuses he gives: Oct 15, 2024: Emergency - Cancels our appointment and ghosts me. No response for 1 month Nov 15, 2024: He said that he thought my wife stopped by his shop and got it fixed. (What? How?) Jan 29, 2025: Its my fault because I did not give him my pin code.

Unfortunately, we did not buy the protection plan from our wireless provider (we never do), so when we came in to see our options, they recommended we come over to CPR Cell Phone Repair to see if they could fix it. Walking in, we were greeted warmly and explained the problem. The person at the desk (I forgot his name, sorry!) was quick to see if they had a screen for his type of phone and gave us a quote, with an estimated time, pretty quickly. The price was fair (much less than purchasing a new phone) and he quoted a wait time of a few hours. We gave him my phone number and moved on with our day, expecting to probably pick the phone up the next day. However, there were no other orders in front of us, so he texted us that the phone was done in a little over an hour and a half, much less time than was quoted! We were impressed by the work, you couldn't even tell that the phone had anything wrong with it. I'm glad to know there's a place near me that has fair pricing and does good work, if we ever need to get something fixed again.
