Dont buy anything here!!! Lcoal business is horrible with customor returns and service. They sold me a phone. ($60 over priced) Didnt work. Went two days after. They didnt return my money. Only offer credit. Scammmmmers. All the stuff they sell there is also fake and counterfit. Beware of the owner who steals from locals. He mention a sign that said no refunds. Went in for a screen replacement. Told him I didn't even know if the phone could be saved cause a previous place had butchered a screen replacement. He said he could fix it. Charged $140 which I was fine with. He was super nice. Everything seemed fine but the next morning the screen was black with a thick white stripe thru the middle from top to bottom. Tried to go back but no one was there the next day. I'm not sure if it was other internal issues with it or just a cheap replacement screen. Wish he woulda just said he couldn't save it. I come to this place 3 times the first time they fix my phone but they didn't connect the screen right so my phone was left with a flickering screen and then my phone couldn't take wireless charger no more because they messed something up and when I came back to ask for a discount or to see if they can fix it the owner stared to have an attitude because he was giving excuses on why it's not their fault and I wasn't taking it because my phone was never like that before and no I was never rude or anything I patiently waited for him to come and attend me after nobody was there they made me come back 3 times juts for them to refuse to help me, and now I can't used my wireless charger that I juts bought. go somewhere else that u can trust but not here read more

came in for a screen replacement on my Iphone14 promax. charged me $180 which I felt was fair but as soon as I got my phone back I noticed it was very warm. I figured maybe from the tech holding it in his hand during the repair and did mention it. immediately the battery began to deplete but I figured maybe just the screen was making it die since it's not an apple authorized part. I now have to keep my phone on low battery mode as well as low data mode just to make it thru a work day in which I am not on the phone for most of it. I came back in person after working out of town and mention it to the female behind the counter (she was not the one that originally repaired the phone) after handing her the phone she said, yes you need a new battery. after I mentioned what had happen after the replacement she just continued to stare at me as if I were on fire and said you need a new battery. after explaining to her that it was not an issue prior to the screen replacement she said I could talk to the manager but she wasn't sure when he would be in, "maybe Saturday morning." since that conversation the screen has now begun to lift and my front facing camera has dust behind it which makes it really hard to use, especially on FaceTime. 0/10 recommend, don't be cheap and just go to apple And beware of the scam if you so choose to risk it even after being warned read more

He gave me the price and asked which location I wanted. I chose the S Rainbow location and went the next day at my appointed time. The gentleman at the store checked us in and rang us up. Told us it'll be about half an hour and it was done at the time stated. I spent a few minutes admiring the store with all the cute phone cases and some authentic looking handbags.
