if you value service and quality, skip this place. read the reviews. they have subpar screens and even worse skills installing them. immediately after screen installed, informed technician it was lifting and "bouncy" on one side. he said my phone was bent and that's why the screen would lay flush. i had literally taken my phone to apple earlier in the day to get an estimate on a new screen. since they inspect your phone they would've said the frame was bent. long story short, this is a money grab business. avoid at all costs. read more

I went in to drop off my PS5 , paid 60$ to get a diagnostic on it & received a call today that they cant go any further with trying to fix it because of a dead roach . So the 60$ i gave them was literally for a diagnostic check just for them to tell me they cant go any further cause of a dead roach . 60$ gone for no reason . What can I say these guys are great and probably have the lowest prices. I always come here there fast and honest, came here to get my battery and charging port fixed they were saying $150 for both, when I got there the guy said let's check your charger first, then he says it's charging let me try to clean it. I said ok but if it needs to be replaced just charge me , when I went to pick up my phone they said they cleaned it and just charged me for the battery.... I had an overall great experience at iPhone Wizards. I came in with an iPhone 13 that needed a battery replacement. They were able to help me quickly. The staff were nice and friendly, and they explained that would take 45-60 minutes and to charge the battery to 100% and drain it to 0% to test it. It actually took half that time, so I appreciate that. They didn't tell me that the replacement wasn't an OEM part. I personally don't mind, as long as it works. They told me the price was $79.99 total with services fees, a total of $85, which I thought was a good deal. My phone works better, and it can finally hold a charge longer than 3 hours. read more

I had my phone screen repaired here about a week or two ago. Today, the phone wouldn't turn on, so I brought it back, assuming it was covered under their warranty. They told me it wasn't covered due to "physical damage," even though there are no scratches, cracks, or any visible issues with the phone (see photo). Then they wanted to charge me for another screen replacement? I refused to pay more for what seems like substandard parts that fail within weeks. I've been a loyal customer here for years, but I will never return or recommend this place. They show no customer loyalty, don't stand behind their work, and clearly use cheap, unreliable components. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! They fixed my daughters iPad screen in Jan. The screen and metal frame came apart in April. We took it back and Eric, the senior tech fixed it but admitted that he had bent the frame while he was fixing it. I didn't think that would be an issue so left with it. Now, it's like 3 months later and where the bend is- the frame is weaker and it broke causing the glass to shatter again right from that spot. We took it back and they aren't willing to help at all. Not even a sorry. Eric said he doesnt recall any of this situation. It's my 12 year olds iPad. She is heartbroken. It was their fault. They could care less. Customer service is terrible. The quality of which they "fix" phones is terrible. They don't honor the 90day warranty. My screen broke so I came to this place & not only did everybody/their website and text message give me a 149$ price, then when it was time to pay I realized I got over charged 50$ and "they never said it was 149" had to come back down to get my refund. The device was unsafe to handle due to extreme heat. The business advertised a 90-day warranty. I returned during the warranty period requesting a replacement. The business refused unless I surrendered my only phone for approximately one week, which was not feasible due to employment requirements. No reasonable alternative was offered. When I returned again, the business refused warranty coverage entirely and declined to correct the original defects. I came in two Friday's ago with my iphone 14 pro due to half of the screen turning green after I dropped it. I put a feeler out on yelp and he was the most affordable option to fix, providing an OLED screen for the price of $165. I take it that evening and it takes them about 20 minutes to "repair" my screen and I leave. No less than an hour later, I return to the store because my phone started doing this weird thing where the screen would go dark and my screen saver was a weird red color. when I take it back the guy who worked on it assures me its "normal", his exact words were: " its like your phone just woke up from surgery. it just has to recalibrate" and the dude at the front desk just soft resets it & they tell me to try that again if the screen color goes wacky again. Fast forward to sunday, my LED screen is bleeding (which was not a problem before" so I take it back that following Monday to try to get it fixed under their "90 day warranty" to which the guy says it cant be fixedjunder warranty due to defect. I told him my phone screen was not cracked underneath before it got fixed by them and proceeded to ask him that if it was, why would his tech not mention that instead of just putting a new screen in top of bleeding. He said they wouldn't fix it unless I paid another $100 after previously paying $165 initially. at that point they were just money hungry knowing good and well that new screen wouldve just been a 48 temporary fix. Picked the phone up after a day when it was supposedly fixed and didn't even make it out of the parking lot before it failed again. Returned and was told the charging port needed to be replaced. A day later that was done, we went home and the charging cable wouldn't stay in the phone. Called them and was told the port must be dirty. The one they installed a day ago? Returned since we were told there's a 90 day warranty only to be told that there was no warranty, and they wanted to charge us diagnostic fees again. Avoid these scammers at all costs. read more

I paid 60 dollars for a diagnostic and they told me the wouldn't be able to move forward and they didn't even tell what the problem was. This is just ridiculous because they didn't tell me what the problem was for the PlayStation and they kept my money. Found this business here on Yelp, sent them a request for repair work, they sent me back a quote to fix my wife's IPhone, she had broken off the charger in her phone, I was quoted $30.00 for cleaning it out and $99.00 to replace the charger port if needed. Went in, and the young lady behind the counter found my quote, and said it would be about an hour. Well actually it only took about 35 minutes, it only needed to be cleaned out. They took the phone and repaired the screen in just a few hours and gave him a warranty in case something went wrong. 2 days later we had to go back, the screen would not turn on but turns out it was something wrong with the phone itself and they fixed it under the warranty. They were friendly, attentive and it was a smooth experience. I spent $173 on a replacement iphone 14 pro max screen only for my iphone not to work and for them not to do anything to help. They then wanted to upsell me to spend more money on a more expensive screen. So the screen after it was fixed goes to a purple screen and then restarts after approx 5 mins. I had to go a second time to have them fix it with still the same issues. My iphone did not have any problems prior to the broken screen. No water damage or anything just a broken screen. So pretty much now my iphone is worthless and they came up on $173 easy. Shady business, shady employees, do not recommend doing any business here. Not to mention they gave me a much cheaper price over the phone only for them to say no that its a higher price when i went in the store. read more

They've repaired my phone a few times before I'm never truly unhappy with the service but sometimes is better than other times. Hopefully this time my phone is fixed and I don't have to bring it back. If I do they do offer an extended warranty, which I appreciate they also have a wheel to spin and if you would like to spend the wheel after spending more than $80 then I highly recommend. Do not come here! They use the cheapest products to fix your phone.... Got my kids phone fixed here then all the sudden there is a black mark in the panel from TOUCHING THE SCREEN TOO HARD! The screen was already not flushed with the phone so we were going to bring it back, but we had not yet and this happened within less than a week.... I bring it back and then he's telling me it's broken and I can spend more money to fix it again but he'll work with me and he only charged me half of what they charged me last time. no thanks- so it can be broken again in a week from nothing? These people do not honor their 90 day warranty- there was absolutely nothing wrong with my screen, but something internally all of a sudden - not one scratch not one crack, but it's my fault of course- I touch my phone equally as hard every single day. I drop it from high spaces over and over and over because it is the original iPhone glass. It never breaks, but these peoples parts break from doing absolutely nothing. I have never had a cheaper repair and I wish I would've just stuck with my phone the way it was because at least it would've worked now it just presses buttons and I can't do anything with the phone. I am so angry that I spent $75 there to fix my screen and now it's broke worse than what it was before and now I'll have to go somewhere else and spend at least 100 more dollars and I could've had a new screen from Apple. Wish I could rate with 0 stars.. This place did not keep me posted.. They said it would take 24 hrs just to do a diagnostic. I called 3 times just for a status update, and every time they said they were "working on it" and even told me that they will get back to me after an hour with an update. Didn't get any updates at all. Called 1 hr before the 24 hours was up and was told that no one was working on it and someone will get back to me within an hour for an update lol Decided to just go there already and get my phone back and come to find out that no diagnostics was even done within the past 24 hrs.
