Came to see Sergio to potentially sell two of my old phones which were boot looping due to part changes. He initially gave me low ball offers based on the premise that my phones needed their boards replaced, which is a basically a totaled phone. I told him that the boards weren't the problem, as I had already done crash logs and suggested that he run a diagnostic on them so that he could offer something better, based on what he found. He also said if we couldn't work out a sale, then at the very least I'd have the diagnostics on them so that my time wasn't wasted. So I reluctantly left my two phones at his shop, despite it looking super sketch in there. Well, he comes back and gives me a low ball offer still!! $40 and $50 for phones that can easily get between like 150-250 each. Mind you, the board issues are not confirmed! So WHY the lowball offer still?? He said that one of the phones wasn't unlocked, (which was a simple fix because it had a ATT e-sim, but it was an unlocked phone still. ) For context, it's like taking your car to a dealership for sale or trade in and they keep insisting your car is totaled and low balling you knowing damn well that it's not totaled! He justified his low ball offer by claiming it would cost him a very high amount to fix, which isn't true, it's not like the labor is being outsourced etc. In the end, I said just give me my phones back. Don't want to even deal with someone like that. Hopefully he didn't do anything else to my phones. My brother said when he got them back they were covered in greasy fingerprints like he was eating some fried chicken. That sounded so gross to me. Oh and remember that diagnostic report we were promised? The one we wasted time out of our day to drop off and pick up the phones for? Yeah , so I asked him for it, and he never replied. Most likely cause he knew I would see that there was no board damage like he kept claiming! Bye. COMPLETE waste of time. Reply to owner: We ran the crash logs ourselves, you promised a diagnostic and brother is a witness to that so no need to lie. You wasted our time simple as that. He should also leave a review. Also I see how you copied my plastic surgeons office review reply. That's disgusting you can't even come up with an honest response on your own without copying someone else. Came in to fix my laptops keyboard and battery, Sergio took very good care of my laptop. When I came in, he was trustworthy off the bat, funny, and went straight to finding a fix for my stuff. I have always been a bit weary of giving anyone my personal belongings with personal information so this was really crucial for me to somewhat have an understanding of who I'm giving my stuff to. He nailed that ballpark immediately. Very respectful of my belongings and info. Super kind. As for services performance, my laptop is back to stunning. Looks completely like a brand new computer. I had some stickers on my keyboard and he tried to even put them back on, they were too old and ripped though. I appreciate the effort and mindfulness more than anything. My battery was done for and he replaced it with a new one so it can actually hold a charge now. He did a deep cleaning as well as replacing my thermal paste, and added an anti-corrosive lubricant. All this was about $180: thermal paste, anti-corrosive lubricant, battery, new keyboard, and a new battery. Took a couple weeks just cause of the keyboard manufacturer that stopped making products. But that is great value and he deserves so much for all the hard work he puts into every order. You got yourself a new regular if I need anything. :) read more

First of all the owner or manager of this establishment contacted my sister for a listing she had for sale on offer up. He offered to look at two of the phones we had listed for sale to do an inspection to appraise the value of the two devices. When we arrived he told us he would look at the devices to perform a free diagnostic to see what they were worth before he made us an offer. My sister was skeptical of leaving her devices so he assured us he would return the devices in working order and once again emphasized that it wouldn't cost us anything and we would benefit from having the free diagnostic to know what was wrong with the devices. The next day he offered us a measly $40 for each device and didn't make any further mention of what was learned about the devices. He made no mention of the diagnostics he originally offered to do. My sister left him a review, which he responded to lying not only about offering the free diagnostic, but claimed that we visited another store to have a diagnostic done before which was completely untrue. On top of all that, he returned one of the devices covered in some greasy sticky substance. In summary he over promised and under delivered on his end of the bargain, gave us a very lowball offer, wasted all of our time, returned the device in an unusual condition, and then lied in response to her review trying to cover it up. I almost never leave bad reviews, but I would be very weary doing business here at all. Also it's a huge red flag when business owners never take ownership of their mistakes. Do your research and look at his one star reviews. there seems to be a consistent pattern with the complaints that are made. I recently got my MacBook Pro service to fix to replace the hard drive SSD and the battery. Randy was very helpful from start to finish I was calling around other shops to see if they did laptop MacBook Pro repairs but they weren't as knowledgeable as Randy. Randy did a diagnostic for $50 and told me exactly what needed to be repaired and replaced. He was very responsive and accommodating to the fact that I needed the laptop you do current work and studies and tried his absolute best to return the laptop and working condition as soon as possible. I had to visit them 3 times before my daughter's phone ACTUALLY got fixed and I could pick it up. They pushed back the fix date so I waited. The guy who works in there told me they would RE-FIX it for free since he "feels bad" that they fixed the wrong thing and the phone still won't charge. However when I came to pick it up he had an attitude and tried to charge me AGAIN eventhough he fixed the wrong thing and said he'll correct it for free. Idk maybe he forgot he said that but I'm never going back. I'll save myself the trouble and go somewhere reputable and professional like iPhone Doctor or something. I damaged my iphone pretty bad from the back plate and didn't want to take into an apple store for repair, due obscene pricing. Came into this store and was given a fair quote for the repair. The repair process was good and they actually managed to fix what I had brought it in for! Unfortunately, upon picking up my phone, the technician stated that they noticed dead pixels on my screen. This was news to me. The dead pixels were visible as soon as I opened up the screen. I told the technician that I had never seen them and that this was actually the first time I noticed them. The tech informed me about how it couldn't have been from the repair process as they don't actually mess with the screen and that the laser they use isn't strong enough to impact the screen. The technician called a colleague of his and asked for more information regarding the issue. They got a confirmation that nothing like that could have happened with the repair process. At this point, I knew it was just going to be my word against theirs so I just decided to leave with my phone. If you do decide to bring your devices here for repair, use caution and just confirm with the tech on the actual condition of your device before leaving for any repairs. Wish I could have done this before leaving my phone. Still happy with the repair, but a bit annoyed now that I have to stare at a few dead pixels that I know weren't there before. read more

Came in here with a broken iPhone on a trip. Dropped it off the night before about 30 mins before closing. They said they could fix it last night but I told them we would pick it up when they open in the morning. They said no problem. Now I am here waiting in the lobby about 20 mins after the opening and they are still not done. Definitely disappointed that it ready for pickup since we are on a trip. I called another store that quoted me at around $100, which didn't make sense for an old phone. I dropped it off around 1 pm on a Saturday and it was ready at 3:30 pm. The tech let me know what time it'd be done when I dropped it off so I could leave and come back. There's also a 1 year warranty if the touch screen starts acting funky. My phone has been fixed for a few days now and there haven't been any issues. Another plus - the fix came with a screen protector!
