A few days-a week later, my screen was glitching, so I brought it back and it was replaced for free. We were greeted by a young man who was able to repair my boyfriend's phone within 15 minutes. The phone came out perfectly. While we waited he had tons of different broken phone screens on the wall so we knew what was repairable and what wasn't. He also had some cute phone cases to choose from.
