Rami was amazing. Called and he quoted me on the phone very affordable and he fixed my phone under 20 mins. 10/10 experience.

Love this place! They're incredibly fast and and have good customer service, and have some of the most reasonable pricing I have found. Been here twice to get two of my phone fixed! read more

This is an affordable yet high-quality place to get your phone fixed! I cracked the entire back of my iPhone and was looking for a reliable repair shop nearby. Rami responded super quickly to my questions through the Yelp app and offered the best prices in the area. Senor iPhone provides excellent repair services and customer care--you can tell they put a lot of effort into fixing phones properly. Rami explained the damage to my phone, gave me the exact price upfront, and stuck to it--no surprise fees or hidden charges. He also let me know the repair would take a bit longer because of the extent of the damage, which I really appreciated because it helped me plan my day. Another big plus is that they're open every day, and there are two locations to choose from, which makes it even more convenient to find a time and spot that works for you. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend coming here for any phone repairs--your phone will come out looking brand new again! read more

- [ ] Back glass leaves marks after every touch because they used the cheapest material to repair it with. And it doesn't wipe off. - [ ] Fixed my lens which now leaves a white halo in pictures. - [ ] Broke my flash light during the repair. - [ ] Didn't take accountability for anything and didn't cooperate to fix it. - [ ] Now to have it done by a professional on top of the $130 I payed them I have to pay $120 for the back glass, $40 lens and $100 for the flash light to be fixed. - [ ] The damage they caused will cost me $260 to fix on top of the $130 I payed them. read more

Extremely poor customer service! We took an iPhone in with a cracked back screen, once we picked it up we noticed air bubbles forming in the corners the very next day & they progressively got bigger, we took it back to this shop for an employee MARIA to convince us they weren't air bubbles but instead a pressure issue.. (we waited over 5 hrs to allow the phone cure appropriately) she followed that by saying she wasn't the one who installed the new screen and said the other installer might have done it incorrectly(says a lot about the company). She offered us a half off discount and said she would install a new back screen herself, trusting her better judgment & boasting about her "10+years" of experience we went thru with the offer hoping for a better result, after picking up the phone for the second time every looked good as it did the first time, she said she only glued down the edges on the phone which explains why the center was extremely fragile (which she did not disclose to us) we put in the phone case it had to avoid any minor injuries to it and by the next morning the phone had a crack in the center, the material is so cheap!! we believe the phone case was enough "pressure" to create a crack on the center which is absolutely ridiculous, do not recommend this location at all, I believe they are still in business due to their location & tourism, super unprofessional, won't take accountability, we never asked for anything free, only that's they'd understand. 10yrs+ experience clearly is not working out.. please invest in better durable materials for your customers. Your business is pathetic. read more

Top notch customer service!!! I came in to ask how much it cost to replace the screen protector on my iPhone 13 Pro Max (I brought my own screen protector replacement) and Mary took care of me and said she'll replace it for free! I was not expecting this at all but was very grateful to her. She took her time with the screen and even replaced the camera protector too. Mary was phenomenal!! Provided outstanding customer service even though I wasn't technically a customer. Thank you Mary! read more

First time I had to repair an iPhone screen. I'm glad I found this store! It was a Sunday afternoon and they were able to finish the work even before I left the store to go shopping next door. Unfortunately I didn't bring it charged so it had to wait a bit anyway. A fair price and they installed a new tempered glass for free as well. Muchas gracias Señor iPhone!! read more

Called in for a battery replacement for my pixel phone and she gave me a flat rate. Battery was ordered. I returned a few days later I dropped off my phone and the battery was replaced I just had enough time for some tacos at Mas Por Favor y Tequila and a Boba drink at 7 leaves. Fast and efficient service. read more

I had a screen repair, as soon as I left the shop my phone started getting super hot was perfect before just the broken screen, got a message from Apple they used old parts which were not fitted propearly. Hence I can not afford to get a new phone and the ruined my phone with Apple officals. I returned the next day they refused to do anything about it after spending over $100 . Extremely rude customer service and refused to do anything. please don't use this shop they are 100% unethical . shame on the. I would not even give one star they deserve to be shut down they are con artists. read more
