Extremely poor customer service! We took an iPhone in with a cracked back screen, once we picked it up we noticed air bubbles forming in the corners the very next day & they progressively got bigger, we took it back to this shop for an employee MARIA to convince us they weren't air bubbles but instead a pressure issue.. (we waited over 5 hrs to allow the phone cure appropriately) she followed that by saying she wasn't the one who installed the new screen and said the other installer might have done it incorrectly(says a lot about the company). She offered us a half off discount and said she would install a new back screen herself, trusting her better judgment & boasting about her "10+years" of experience we went thru with the offer hoping for a better result, after picking up the phone for the second time every looked good as it did the first time, she said she only glued down the edges on the phone which explains why the center was extremely fragile (which she did not disclose to us) we put in the phone case it had to avoid any minor injuries to it and by the next morning the phone had a crack in the center, the material is so cheap!! we believe the phone case was enough "pressure" to create a crack on the center which is absolutely ridiculous, do not recommend this location at all, I believe they are still in business due to their location & tourism, super unprofessional, won't take accountability, we never asked for anything free, only that's they'd understand. 10yrs+ experience clearly is not working out.. please invest in better durable materials for your customers.
