Visiting Las Vegas and needed a package delivered. Chose this as my delivery locker location as it was the closest to my hotel. Amazon said package would be delivered by 10PM. I'm thinking 'great' and arrive there about 6:05 PM to sit in the car and read a book while I wait. 10 seconds after I arrive I get a message the package has been delivered. I'm thinking 'great', this is going better than I expected. Go to the front door, it's locked, the woman that has just scanned my package is waiving me off like I'm some sort of deranged panhandler. I look at the door and it says they closed at 6:00 PM (five minutes ago). If they had some sort of sign about staffing problems and limited hours I would have given them a pass on it. But it was clear this has been their hours for a very long time. Then spent 20 minutes on the phone w/ Amazon to do a refund because I wasn't going to be in town when they opened the next morning. So, I'm now ordering a new item to be shipped to where I'll be in five days. Moral of the story, don't use this place as an Amazon locker. This was one of my most disappointing experiences and I had to come on here to let everyone know about this place. Seems the owners or managers or whoever are very kind people. I had water damage and instead of telling me the phone is fried, they told me they could fix it and that's when I should've realized I was a sucker. I had to come back 3 times and they had my phone for days at a time. Every time I came back in, I had another charge. I was hustled over and over again and now i'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly and hundreds of dollars in the hole. My wifi and bluetooth worked just fine, that was never the problem. As soon as I left the store, tried hooking up my BT to my car and realized not only did my BT not work neither did my wifi. It's insane to think, I'd go back there for a 4th time and go threw the same process again of having to pay for someone to look at it and get it back in worse shape then when I left it. I'm so disappointed with these scam artist. My phone worked before before I took it in then it does now. They lied to my face and I feel pretty used. Something needs to be done about this. People need to know not to trust these "technicians" they like to call themselves. Should I contact the news stations about this? There seemed to be a good number of regulars there which struck me by surprise as it is a repair shop for phones. (Dude get a case) Anyway, after the shock of her insane running around and yelling and laughing at her emoployees i came to relize that this place reminds me of reality TV drama show. When I actually got someone on the phone, they said hold on and they just leave the phone on the desk for about 15 min until I hang up. (I can hear what they are saying, usually arguing with a customer in their location). so I look them up on Yelp and guess what? Two stars....no wonder. This been going on for about 3 day me on hold like that so I actually disguised myself as someone else just to get hold of the person in charge. Finally they said, they will send the phone back. within an hour, I get an invoice for repair which i don't even know it is fixed or not. Being disgusted with them, so I just paid so that I can get my phone back. Finally got my phone back and guess what, phone doesn't even turn on. My phone was working and the only problem was wifi greyed out (common iPhone problem) but now the phone doesn't even turn on. So I sent an email asking why and guess what? No answer. I am going to pursue to stop them from ripping people off. This business should be closed. read more

I own a mobile phone repair shop and have used them for multiple logic/circuit board repairs. We handle pretty much any repair except for logic board work (replacing chips, circuits, etc). They have handled our business very well and have always been able to provide us with results that make us happy. Pricing is pretty good and turnaround was pretty good. Did have to chase them down a little on the shipment though. I had tracking and was watching the shipment and didn't hear anything from them for a couple days after they had received the devices, so I had to call. Took a few minutes to get some answers and get somewhere, but the work is good. Does lack a "professionalism" as it relates to the phone call and getting questions answered. One of the worst places I could have gone. Replaced my phone screen and after that it kept popping off. Sat about 1/8 inch higher than the original and was also heaver. I asked if they replaced with Apple parts and they confirmed they did. Lie. Because the screen kept separating from the phone, dirt got inside the phone and ruined the camera lens - which made the pictures cloudy. I took it back a second time and they tried to fix it, but the same thing happened about a week later. I think the screen was the wrong size since it's a knock off part. Apple won't warranty the phone now because it was worked on by a third party. Even worse Apple charges $109 to do the work.... this place charged $120! read more
