I had a water damaged iPhone 7, called & asked if it could be repaired. The screen had to be replaced and cleaned, total came to $102 with tax included. We walked in, the diagnosis was complete in less than 30 minutes, repairs done in an additional 30. They will call/text when it's ready. Service was kind, efficient & quick! Had a good experience here and would come back again for future repairs. If you check in on yelp, they will give you $5 off a $20 repair or more. read more

They fixed my Ipad 4 in about 3 hours on a busy Saturday. I was happy with the quick turn around. It was $140 minus the $5 yelp discount, title with tax was $140. It was about $30 more than I expected, but it is my first experience with having to screen replace, so I really don't know what is typical price wise. It just seemed a little steep. Also, not much in the way of visually pleasing. It could use a paint job, some divider screens to hide the work and office paperwork and piles from the public. It's all part of the experience, so the 4 star was for value and aesthetics. However, the gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and helpful, quick to acknowledge me in the store. Good service! read more

Quick and fast service. One of the better prices I could find aroind LV to replace my broken screen.

Amazing and friendly service! The employees were super helpful and was able to fix my waterproof damaged phone after I drop it in the shower and the price wasn't expensive! I am very impressed with this store. I would come back again :) read more

Great, fast service! My boss recommended them and did not steer me wrong. If you use a card they charge tax if you pay cash it's a flat fee for screen repairs. Reasonable prices. Located by Starbucks. If you check into yelp and leave a review you can get tempered glass which they installed for me or $5.00 off. So definitely worth that! The service was really friendly. read more

I am leaving an updated review. Their screen cracked under my glass screen protector from a fall less than a foot on a rug... smh... so I went in for another repair but their warranty doesn't cover a cracked screen within the 30 days. I was just a few days shy of the warranty that wouldn't have done any good. Asked if there was any discount and they said they would give me $10 off for an even $100 I went a block away for $75 and gave me a free glass screen protector and have a 90 day warranty for their services. Plus the glass screen protector I used actually has a warranty on it as well and is already sending me a new one after I reached out to them. This place was super fast and I made the right choice going here. Went to subway and by the time I finished my sandwich my phone was fixed! I am really happy. Oh and it has a 30 day warranty. read more

Have a samsung galaxy s8. Screen chipped 2 months ago brought it in. They said i needed a new LCD and screen. 200+dollars. Okay no problem. They need to order. Again okay no problem. Got it back worked well, but had intermittent stripe on screen. Works well otherwise. Brought it in 2 months later to see what the issue is, was told i need new screen again and since it was over warranty time frame , another $200+ , but he would give me $20 off. Needless to say,I'm very disappointed. I will live with stripe until time for a new phone. Not great service read more

I've been coming to this store for various repair needs for several years. Recently my iPhone 6s battery couldn't hold a charge any longer and they installed a new one. In and out after 30 min. Parts and labor were about $60 which I felt was really reasonable for OEM parts. I send my friends & co-workers here because they are always able to repair just about any mobile device. By the time you grab a coffee next door your phone is ready to go. read more

Bro. Go here. Best phone repair ever. They fixed my iPhone cracked screen no problem. I was in and out in 10min. Time is money. 5 Stars!

The best phone store(s) in Las Vegas. Two locations, one at Spring Mountain and Valley View and one at Flamingo and Arville. Every single time I come to the shop I have to write a new review, because the service excels the previous visit. On this visit, sitting in the store while I waited for my phone repair, watching all walks of life and people walk through the door, I was struck by the equal and quality service given to each and every patron, excellent goods and service to all. Thank you iRepairs Wireless, you are the best. read more

So this is the second time I have cracked the screen on my iPhone. The first time was when I was hiking in San Diego (where I'm currently living). I'm currently visiting my parents in Las Vegas, and it happened again.. I dropped my iPhone. This time, the glass wasn't shattered externally, but inside the phone. I thought I was able to use it, but I wasn't able to slide and unlock the phone.. So then I decided to Yelp a place where they fix iPhones and I came upon "iPhone Repair Vegas." The weird thing about this place is that it's not really called "iPhone Repair Vegas". I actually had to go into Laptop Xchange to see if they know where there's a iPhone repair shop. It's actually called.. Wireless Toyz. The layout of the store is kind of strange. I was kind of confused on who to go about fixing my phone. Then this guy in the back asked me what happened to the phone and told me it would be $40 to fix the phone. He said it would take about 15 minutes. When they told me it would cost $40, I was extremely excited about that, since I've paid over $70 in San Diego to fix my shattered iPhone. It took roughly around 15-20 minutes. They have two sofas and a supply of magazines while you're waiting. After 15-20 minutes, my phone was in perfect condition! They replaced my phone with a new glass screen. :) He told me it would be about $40 plus tax, but I mentioned that I was a Yelper and they gave me $5.00 off, so I ended up spending about 37 bucks. Overall, my experience with this repair shop was in three words: quick, easy, and decently priced. *Recommended. read more

My iphone was dead and I thought it needed a new battery. The associate showed me how to reset the phone and did not even charge me! Also they will replace my husbands cracked iphone screen for $70. I will definitely recommend them to others! read more

I went here because my son spilled apple juice on my phone and it turned off. After going to the AT& T store and the apple store I came here in hopes of repairing my phone or hearing that I needed I new one. They fixed it in 1 hour and everything worked great! I was shocked! They did tell me to back up my device, as my phone might die someday( they mentioned 6 months to 8 months as a possibility from their prior experiences but couldn't give me an exact date) and that iphones are never the same after water damage. He let me know that I was on borrowed time. I payed $70 total with the discount and tax. It was less then the insurance of $200 and I didn't have to get a gophone to use until I could save the money. Well, the next day my phone stopped taking calls, being on "searching" no matter where I was. I went home and backed up my files before taking it in, and my phone got stuck on itunes mode. When I took it it, they kept it for an hour and then told me my phone was now stuck in restore mode and would not restore due to a hardware/motherboard issue and it was now a brick. I had a 30 day warranty- but because they didn't fix the motherboard issue the DAY BEFORE it doesn't count, and YESTERDAY everything has been working fine. They refunded me the cost of the new battery ($30), but wouldn't refund the labor. I understand that, as they DID put time and effort into trying to fix it, but I can't help but feel I've been had. I basically gave them $40. I wish they would have just told me that my phone was gone or taken a few more moments to check everything. It seems convenient that they let me know that my phone is on borrowed time and to back everything up and then the NEXT DAY it up and dies. If you have water damage of ANY kind you best bet is to go and buy a $75 GoPhone with a touch screen from Walmart. It's not an Iphone- but at least it's new. I feel like they know when iphones are DOA and they use it to get easy money- that or they overlooked something and it cost me time, money, and heartache. They also have used iphones at gamestop! II ended up buying a GoPhone anyway. Waist of time for me, but if you have a broken screen, button, or something easy I think these guys will do a good job. Just don't expect miracles and when they say they don't guarantee things and your phone might just give out- believe them and move on. read more

Rude and falsely says that the iPhone 6 Plus temper glass works on a iPhone 6s Plus, when the tempered glass was installed it didn't fit right. Excuse was that the glass was made for the iPhone 6, but when I asked the store clerk she said that it would be fine. Get your shit together! read more

- $60 (quoted $65 but they gave me a $5 discount) to unlock my GSM iPhone 5. - It would have been $50 to unlock my GSM/AT&T GoPhone Nokia Lumia 521, but I decided against that. - Takes about a week. Also quoted me $50 to replace an iPhone battery. - I'm satisfied with the services. Parking can be tricky. read more

OK, it's unfortunate that just two months after I fixed my iPad Air, I had to bring my iPhone 5s today. Oh well. $120 minus discount plus tax = $125. Waited 30 minutes and boom, I got the like-new shiny screen again. Totally worth it. read more

Best phone repair shop I know of. - Knowledgeable - Honest - Quick service - Discount for checking in on yelp!!!! They check your phone for free and ask before doing anything that will cost you money... I've downloaded a bad program before and didn't know how to restart because my power button wasn't working. K fixed it right there and didn't charge me. Plus I learned how to fix it if that happens again so I won't have to go back unless something is really wrong... Another time I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the screen. They fixed it for cheaper than all the other places I called plus it was quick so I didn't waste a lot of time fixing my phone. Hooray!!! I'll be getting a new phone soon, but will always come back if I need something fixed. :) read more

Visit was on Oct 27th. I am THRILLED with the service I received here. I had 2 broken iPhone 3GS's, one with a terribly shattered screen (glass pieces were missing) & the other had a damaged LCD screen so the display was white with weird lines on it. I searched "iPhone repair Las Vegas" and after reading many reviews here at Yelp, decided to go with this business. They were open til 7 pm on a Sunday (incredible!) so I drove over and arrived a little after 5. I explained the situation to the guy at the counter. He said that the glass replacement for the first phone would be $30 (same as listed on the website) and he said he would replace the LCD on the other for $35 (same as on site). I mentioned that I had seen their $5 off coupon here at Yelp, and he honored it. He asked that I write a review , so I'm keeping my word. He said it would be about 20 minutes. I wasn't really worried about it, so I went across the street to Volcano and got a boba tea while I waited. I came back in 30 minutes, but they weren't finished. No worry, I assumed it might take longer and had nowhere else to be. While I waited, I read magazines (lots of choices) and dug thru their bin with discounted iPhone cases. After about another 20 minutes, he called me to the counter and let me test my phone to ensure that it was working. He explained that the work wasn't guaranteed and that he could only say that it was fixed and working for now. He also found that my other phone with the broken LCD had a problem where the number "9" wasn't working on the touch screen. He said the only way to fix that was to restore the original factory settings. I agreed to that, so he did it. That took about another 10 minutes. When it was time to pay, the total was only $65! Plus $5.27 tax. Apple wanted $199 to replace my phone, and that's with the insurance. He restored my old iPhone to original factory specs & also updated it with iOS 6 FOR FREE! They are awesome here & I will never go anywhere else for iPhone repairs. Need repair or mods to your iPhone/iPad? Get here now! read more

Was in town for a quick visit and the battery on my iPhone gave up the ghost. Went in to get it replaced. Cost of service and turnaround times were excellent, but after I got back to LA I realized I couldn't hear anything out of the earpiece speaker. Turns out their tech didn't reconnect all the wiring. I got to pay another repair shop in LA to have them fix the mistake the iRepairs Wireless tech made. Make sure to test *all* features of your repaired phone before leaving their store. read more

I just went in here to fix my son's ipod touch 4g and it was both the glass and the digitizer that needed repair. It cost me 85.00 + tax and my son had tp pay most of it. 1. Service - Friendly staff and quick to serve you. Young and pretty cool. 2. Quality - So far, I would say, I cannot tell any difference. It seems just like new! The screen was left with all the technician's smudge marks on it, however, that is neutral for me and not an issue. These guys are good and busy, so wiping a screen is not the concern. Although when you pay for Apple to fix this stuff, they usually will clean the screen and package the repair nicely. (Of course it costs more too.) 3. Price - I read the other reviews where people who paid 40.00 to repair cracked glass. So, either I was ripped off, or the others that reviewed did not have an ipod touch 4g. In any case, I believe I got a great price as at the Apple on line, the repair is gonna cost 149.00, if it is not "abused". And, they may give you a replacement, meaning all your data is gone..... So, for me, it was a great price and my 12 year old son was very happy. 4. Be sure to mention yelp. I did not notice this comment before I went there, it would have been worth 5.00 off. 5. GK Says- This place is a quality place. read more

Just stopped in because my battery in my iPhone 4S was not lasting even a day. Water got in the phone in the big rain storm and it shorted out. Battery was replaced for $45.00 and I was told that if I still had a problem they could do a cleaning of the motherboard and inside of the phone for an additional $20.00. If I have any other issues, this is where I will bring it back, took them about 15 minutes to do the battery and everyone was very nice. read more

As another Yelp reviewer stated, iPhone Repairs Vegas saved my life or at least my iPhone. While on vacation here in Las Vegas, I dropped my phone off a pedestrian crossing while taking a picture and shattered the screen. Despite the drop, my phone still seemed to be working. I checked out the reviews on Yelp which led me to these great people only a short distance from our hotel. In 30 minutes they replaced my broken screen and checked out my phone. My phone is now like new thanks to them. read more

Came in today for a shattered mini iPad screen. We were greeted by a woman there and she was very nice! I mentioned their promo on yelp and she discounted the service for $5.00 off. It took them 3 hours to complete my repair. She said 2 hours and I was the second customer of the day, but I figure, it's a Saturday so they were probably busy. Great customer service and I got my iPad mini repaired for my daughter! For the price, I was satisfied. At the Apple store, it was gonna cost at least $200! I was happy to hear that iRepair quoted me at a much lower price! Thank you! Will come again! read more
