The owner was so nice and gave her another free screen protector and gave her $10 off. Super nice guys!! Will be back if she breaks it again and she has the money to fix it. :) read more

I took my son's iphone in for a screen replacement and it was done in 30 minutes. They told me the home button wasn't working but to bring it back the next day, they would have the part and fix it. These guys are great and the prices are the best around. Customer service is a top priority and deeply appreciated. I found out they swapped out my iPhone Apple battery for a generic while fixing my glass and a few other parts. I only found out when Apple fixed the camera and they told I had 3rd party parts. I called the store and got nothing but excuses. Don't go there!! read more

BIG TIME LYING SCAMMER this guy is straight garbage ! He lies just to get you into the store as he claimed they took Acima & Snap which I have a more than $5000 limit with as I've done engine rebuilds for a couple of thousand dollars and only have to pay $50 to start with either company. This guy does some Progressive company and I had to pay $133.05 for 12mo = $1729.65 (which is actually 13 payments not 12 payments) on an item the receipt shows $770. But it gets better because he sells it to us while they door was locked and the black security gate bar had to be stepped over and he key unlocked the door to let us in after 7:20pm He runs my CC, and info less than 3 minutes I'm qualified as I already have pre-approved amounts in the thousands w/ Snap or Acima but he doesn't use what I asked and he said that was available there. So now he has charge my CC $133.05, gets the Series X and it is damaged in the corners. We ask about another he says it's the only one they have right now and don't worry We give a 2yr warranty plus Microsoft gives you a 2yr warranty. We get out of there before 7:38pm drive back to Aliante from Wireless Outlet Trop & Pecos I hook it up the next day, put in my info, signin, log on, start downloading my cloud games , then put in new GTA5 leave to let them download for about 4hrs. Come back and the cloud games are loading but disc game is not, checked over a dozen times but keeps saying insert disc no matter how many times I did and no matter which brand new disc game I put in. Call them back seeing it had not even been 24hrs and the sleazy lying scammer says if I would have brought it back the same day he would have exchanged it!? I asked why didn't you exchange it while We showed you the damaged one you claimed was the only one. He hangs up. Called back several times even when I checked the console by registering the serial number it showed warranty expiration date of 03/23 and that if Microsoft can't fix it they'll send a used refurbished one which can take from 4wks to 10wks before I get the system back. These MF"ers are JUst a World of LIES & SCAMS. read more

I dropped my phone and cracked my screen, bummer..I looked through Yelp and found several places which I called to inquire about repairing it and either they were closed or they wanted close to $70 to change my screen. I called this place being close to my house and Sam gave me a price of $49 and he was open until 7pm. I went over to Wireless Outlet and this place is amazing!!! They buy, trade, fix phones and they have a wide selection of cases and accessories. I met with Sam and explained to him all the issues I was having with my phone in addition to the obvious a broken screen. Sam said no problem, I can fix everything for you. I watched in amazement as he worked like a skilled surgeon. Within 30 minutes I had a phone with a fixed screen, buttons that worked and a price which was perfect. We talked about prices on used phones in the store and they were not bad at all as I am considering upgrading to something different. If you are looking to change phones, fix a phone or need accessories, this place is the ONLY place I recommend. If you are dealing with Sam, you WILL NOT be disappointed. read more

If your phone is cracked on the bottom near the sensor they said the home button might not work . Also they quoted me $80 then when I arrived he said $90 . Tell me over the phone , don't waste my time . Ask questions like where is it cracked , etc . Poor people skills , especially customer service read more

Okay so an update: 18 days after I got my screen replaced it was lifting. Took it in and got it fixed, no problem. Next morning my screen cracked again! Went in and was told that the warranty doesn't cover cracked screens. I was nice and asked them if there was anything they could do. They were very nice and replaced it for me on the spot including my free screen protector. Randomly seen this place on yelp and called. The man who answered was very nice and informative. He said the time to get an iPhone 6 screen replaced was only 20 mins, 2 other places told me 2 hours!!!! And he quoted me the same price as the Apple Store. Includes a warranty and free screen so I was SOLD!! Stopped in on my way to work and he said it would be an hour, I told him I would come back later and he said if I was in a hurry he could stop working on the current phone and get mine done real fast. And that he did!! Installed to perfection and the free screen protector isn't some cheap crap. PUT THE SCREEN PROTECTOR ON WITH NO BUBBLES!! Even the T-Mobile store couldn't do that right. The place smelled really good as well haha. So, yes, I HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE for ANYTHING!! Thanks again!! If I need anything else I will surely be back in. read more

We unfortunately have to visit this place often due to the children breaking orders cracking their phones. Previous owners always gave us the best deal. Newly owners dona good job also. Service providers usually fast for reasonably priced. They respond quickly to quoted requests. They also sell phones and accessories. Only negative is they only deal in Samsung and Apple. read more

I've recommended them, defended them, and even did so in-store less than 24 hours before this went sideways. Then it fell apart. I dropped off my laptop at 2:30 p.m. for what I was told was a simple job: remove a RAID controller, copy data, and install a second SSD. I was promised it was "easy," that data transfer was the only real step, and that I'd have it back by 2 p.m. the next day. I was signed up for text updates--none came. At 5:45 p.m. that same day, I called to check in. I was told the transfer was "60-70% done." Two other people heard that call. The next day was a string of delays, missed calls, and vague updates. By 4:30 p.m.--well past the promised deadline--I finally learned the truth: no data had been transferred, no work had been done, and the laptop hadn't even been turned on. (Alienware logs don't lie.) Then came the real problem: Jonas. Instead of owning the failure, he pivoted to condescension and denial--telling me I "don't understand RAID," insisting no one promised a next-day turnaround, claiming my SSD was defective (it isn't), and denying statements multiple people heard firsthand. In short, the story changed, the facts didn't, and I was treated like the problem. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to tell me my data was safe; I was panicking as any normal person would. I have backups, scattered across several drives and will take days to recover to 90% of what was on the laptop. I got the laptop back around 5 p.m., untouched until 3:30 that afternoon--hours after I was told work was already mostly complete. How do I know this? Because every powerup, every keystroke is logged by the laptop's security system. See shots below: One can see exactly when it was plugged in. Mistakes happen. I can deal with delays and mistakes. We're all human. What I don't tolerate is being misled, talked down to, and effectively called a liar when there's clear evidence otherwise, indicating precisely who did what and when. Curious isn't it, how some business project their own failings onto others, rather than just honestly owning the problem and making it right? That's how I manage my clients, anyway. Explain the failure, offer a solution, make it right, and everybody stays friendly. I'd never consider insulting a client; it cost a lot to gain them, and it's easily 30X more costly to lose one. Clients share experiences. Here, and elsewhere. And people trust those shares of personal experiences. shared on review sites. As I'll do on every review site I can find after the insults tossed at me. What a shame; my most trusted go-to gone means now finding their replacement.

I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. I dropped off my laptop at 2:30 p.m. for what I was told was a simple job: remove a RAID controller, copy data, and install a second SSD. I was promised it was "easy," that data transfer was the only real step, and that I'd have it back by 2 p.m. the next day. I was signed up for text updates--none came. At 5:45 p.m. that same day, I called to check in. I was told the transfer was "60-70% done." Two other people heard that call. The next day was a string of delays, missed calls, and vague updates. By 4:30 p.m.--well past the promised deadline--I finally learned the truth: no data had been transferred, no work had been done, and the laptop hadn't even been turned on. (Alienware logs don't lie.) Then came the real problem: Jonas. Instead of owning the failure, he pivoted to condescension and denial--telling me I "don't understand RAID," insisting no one promised a next-day turnaround, claiming my SSD was defective (it isn't), and denying statements multiple people heard firsthand. In short, the story changed, the facts didn't, and I was treated like the problem. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to tell me my data was safe; I was panicking as any normal person would. I have backups, scattered across several drives and will take days to recover to 90% of what was on the laptop. I got the laptop back around 5 p.m., untouched until 3:30 that afternoon--hours after I was told work was already mostly complete. How do I know this? Because every powerup, every keystroke is logged by the laptop's security system. See shots below: One can see exactly when it was plugged in. Mistakes happen. I can deal with delays and mistakes. We're all human. What I don't tolerate is being misled, talked down to, and effectively called a liar when there's clear evidence otherwise, indicating precisely who did what and when. Curious isn't it, how some business project their own failings onto others, rather than just honestly owning the problem and making it right? That's how I manage my clients, anyway. Explain the failure, offer a solution, make it right, and everybody stays friendly. I'd never consider insulting a client; it cost a lot to gain them, and it's easily 30X more costly to lose one. Clients share experiences. Here, and elsewhere. And people trust those shares of personal experiences. shared on review sites. As I'll do on every review site I can find after the insults tossed at me. What a shame; my most trusted go-to gone means now finding their replacement.
