This store is well run by nice ladies who really take the time to do things right. It's very clean inside and easy parking outside in a well maintained shopping center. I stopped by for a scheduled appointment through FieldPrint for fingerprints. The machine is digital and they use a clear liquid on the fingers to help make the prints more noticeable. It took a couple of tries to get my prints dark enough, but they eventually took and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, including verifying my identity and completing the digital signature. This is a great place to visit for all of your postal needs. It is minutes from my home which makes it extremely convenient. I love that I can send stuff off for delivery here or even drop things off for USPS or UPS without any questions or complaints. The employees/owners here are amazing and super friendly. I've never once had a bad experience and they always seem to be in a great mood and ready to help, regardless of why you're visiting. I had no idea businesses like this even existed. It's like FedEx UPS, and a litany of other shipping services all combined in one. I was able to come here with a FedEx prepaid shipping label and was in and out just as fast as I would be at an actual FedEx. read more

This POS postal service company has literally lost or stolen three pieces of my outgoing mail in the last year. I have never had a place be so complacent and nonchalant with packages. Dropped a package off the other day. The clerk assured me that the post office stops to pick up daily... However, a day later the Post office has no clue the package even exists!!! I made the mistake of talking to the clerk and my package contents when they asked me about the insurance I had added...That should've been my clue that they wanted to know how valuable my package was. When the post office said they had no clue that my package even existed and was never received by their courier I went back to this post net business. The clerk acted super agitated that I was asking about my missing package. Stay away if you want your packages actually delivered. I know it's my fault for trusting them more than once when they failed so miserably. Guess I'm a sucker, but I'd rather be that vs a Post Net THIEF. Great customer service Frftom Clint!! I thought postnet closed at 6pm and I showed up at 5:03pm to see a gentleman turns out his name was Clint locking the door and turning off the open sign. So I knocked on the glass door and he turned around and saw me there holding 10 boxes. Clint came right to the door and opened it and said come on in to my surprise!! Well, needless to say, Clint stayed extra late to help me print off all my labels and get these packages out the door to meet my deadline!! We need more Clints in the world and in ourselves!! This is by far the best place to go for your copying and faxing needs. I am constantly in need of making TONS of copies. I make so many copies that they usually have to weigh the papers, instead of counting them, for the pricing amount. I've been to other places that either hover over me, like they don't trust me, or if there is a paper jam or you ask them a question, all of a sudden you are on a premium pricing plan because they "had to" help you. I've even been turned away from other places because they wanted to make the copies for me, and I couldn't do that because my papers were in a binder and I needed to take some time to figure out which paper got copied or not. This PostNet was nothing like that. It reminds me of an old mom and pop shop because when people are short a few pennies, or their copies come to a low amount of spare change, they say it is ok, and just pay it next time. They have said it to me a couple times and I have come in and paid extra, because it is nice that strangers put their trust in you. I have been there four separate times and have overhead others, each time, paying more for their last visit, plus a little extra. That makes you want to come back because someone put their trust in you. I also like the fact that they also give away small items each month, like candy or lip balm. I love their lip balm! Who doesn't like free stuff, especially because it is a small token of their appreciation? I have sent multiple faxes through them and never had a problem. This place is awesome!!! read more

I went in this morning to have some items scanned and emailed to me. 1. The women working was not wearing a mask! 2. She was helping others then asked if I was dropping off I said no I need these scanned and emailed she replied with oh boy and then said this is why I hate Monday's 3. She was mailing something for one women and taking payment and then just waiting for a fax for another to go through. But had the nerve to tell me to come back in 20 minutes and then complained about it being Monday again. When I asked a question the older man who was "trying" to help me quickly raised his voice and angerly responded with an unwarranted attitude. Easy central place for a PostNet to be (right next to Vons shopping center). If you need a one stop place to do all your needs this is the place to do it and very affordable prices. Staff greets you when you walk in with a smile (so they do acknowledge of your presence) and are very helpful with what your needs are be it Fed Ex, copies, faxing etc. You can also get PO boxes there also plus they have PC's if you need access to get documents etc. I have had copies and faxing done here and I always leave a very satisfied customer. read more

Horrible customer service! They were unable to match or even come close to) the color in my logo so the items I ordered were not usable. They tried a second time and did them exactly the same. When I said I couldn't use them I was told they don't guarantee colors and don't recommend using blues or reds (2 of the 3 primary colors.) Even though the proof stated it would be fixed, and it wasn't, they refused to give me any type of refund. Here is part of the email they sent me - refusing to refund me. "I really don't know how else to explain this. As you can see I will be loosing the complete amount and the effort I have put into this project for you." - Like I wasn't out the money I paid for a product they could not deliver and I couldn't use... Horrible just horrible! Right by my house and I needed one copy off my flash drive. They don't tell you there's a $3.00 charge to use the computer to print out files. I had something that needed to be printed, but I didn't have it on any sort of memory card or anything (and I'm traveling through the area, so there's no way for me to do that). I just have the document in my email. So I called the store to ask if I could email them a document to be printed. The worker said, "we can't print anything till you're here in the store." I said, "that's fine. You don't need to print it before I get there. I just want to make sure you CAN print it if I email it." He said, "well you can send it and I'll see. But I won't know till you're here." I said, "well, I'm not going to drive there if you can't even print it. That's why I'm calling... to make sure you can print it. If so, then I'll come and you can print it." He just kept repeating that I could send it and he would try but wouldn't know for sure until he got it. I was so confused. Can you or can't you print a document from an email? It's not that hard of a question. Needless to say, I skipped that store and called someplace else. read more

Took in a package we needed to over night from FEDEX. The gal filled out the mailing label and printed it, and asked us to confirm it was correct, the address was correct, but she spelled the name wrong. When I said oh the name is wrong, you would have thought I slapped her or something, she GOT NASTY! Don't use rudeness to cover up your mistakes, pretty soon people are going to realize that your service is really bad lady! First we got a nasty snear,, THEN we were threatened (if I have to redo it, you will miss the fex ex guy) I didn't see him anywhere on the premises and she just took our package over and put it in a box. We paid $50 to over night it, it better be there on time. Then we were worried because of her attitude our package wasn't going out today, thanks but from now on I'll go to the UPS store. BTW there was doctor in there trying to get a document notarized and the old man in there gave the guy the 3rd degree and was pretty nasty to him, so I guess those services are out here too. Nope. Not going back to this Postnet ever. Last week I went it since I work pretty close to this location to ask for a quote for fedex international shipping for my mother's documents and was hoping to get it shipped before October 2nd,the person who helped me gave me a quote for $141 but never offered to look for any other options or quotes like Usps or Ups so I said okay I'll shop around for prices and will just come back. I got off early decided to go to the postnet by eastern and horizon ridge and got a quote $71 and that will be delivered on thursday 9/26 I was really glad and happy with their service at that location by my house. But with this one? Idk what was I thinking in the first place when I already had a bad experience with them before. Don't waste your time. Horrible not so friendly customer service. read more

Postnet has had a variety of stores popping up across the Vegas Valley lately. They offer a wide variety of postal shipping options, graphic design services, notary services, and many others as well. In many ways they truly have become a "one-stop" shop for this stuff. My experience with this company in general tends to be hit and miss. Coming in here is definitely preferable to standing in the long lines at the post office, though you generally will end up paying a little more. No big complaint there, really - I'd gladly pay a little extra to get done faster. However, this morning I had a horrible experience that will likely guarantee my never returning there. Upon arriving, I noticed a group in front of me in the middle of a large, lengthy transaction. Rather than greeting me in an appropriate manner, the old man behind the counter just said something rude like "it's too early, I'm the only one working, you're going to have to wait." And then he had the audacity to shove my package aside like yesterday's garbage. I waited for WELL OVER TEN MINUTES. Unacceptable, considering this is a place I come to, to ship packages IN A HURRY, so I can AVOID THE RUSH. Taking a short break from the other folks' transaction and sending me on my way would have taken no longer than two minutes. Even if you're the only person working, there are ways to be efficient and take care of customers. A lesson this jerk needs to learn. If anyone at the store is reading this, you have officially lost this customer. I'll drive the few extra miles to the UPS store at Boulder/Palo Verde the next time I need to send something. read more

This is the worst postnet Ive ever used. They are great as long as you are paying them money. But every time I drop packages with pre-paid labels (manufacture gun upgrades, etc), the (male manager?) acts so put out. The first couple times, I brushed it off. Then, he turned me away because I had "too many" (6 packages). I have never said anything because I didn't feel it was prudent when his mood was already cold. ....but this last time, I had my daughter drop off a return for Amazon and she waited in the store for over 30 minutes. She told me that they helped every customer in the store, before accepting a "drop off" and that included two additional customers who arrived after my daughter walked in. .......so, I will no longer be using their services and I certainly will go out of my way to spend money in someone else's shop who appreciates my business. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My wife dropped off a package 11/28/18 that had a prepaid UPS label. As of today the package has never been scanned by UPS. My wife has called PostNet several times to find out where our package is, but they are no help what so ever. They keep telling her that they will talk to the UPS driver, but they never call back. The package contained items being returned to a merchant so now I'm stuck paying for something I never used that postnet clearly stole or lost. I will never use this place again and will definitely spend my time spreading the word about how horrific this place is. read more

Went in to print a file on colored card stock paper and left with my one resume and paid $9 and some change. I had called prior to going in to do a price check and was told it would only cost me $1 per copy so found it odd that it cost so much but I didn't have time to look until I got in my car...now that I'm looking at the receipt I see they charged me 2 times for 30 mins on the computer 3.50 ea and I never even used the computer...I wasn't even in the store for 30 minutes...never going here again except when I go back for a refund which I hope is granted... read more

WAYYY OVER PRICED with his shipping prices. I walk in the nice lady at the front helps me I told her I needed to ship these items she grabbed a box and started packing it (little did I know that would cost me 10$) weighs the package and tells me it's going to be $66 shipping through usps, $5 for box and 10 for her labor. I ended up just purchasing the box and I guess the girls "labor". I left and went straight to the usps post office and they ship the same packaged box for $26!!! This is straight robbery!
