Always fast service and willing to solve problems, they have made decals and signs for us for 5 years

These guys are the absolute best! Don't make the mistake I did this year and find a cheaper vendor to save a few bucks, vendor dropped the ball and almost ruined our show. Not only was what I ordered not the right product, the in-store experience lacked any element of professionalism. I emailed for a quote for a custom vinyl graphic design (from my custom art) I intended to apply to a painted door. I expected an easily removable "cling-type" material in the form of a decal. Every email from Jean says, "Decal", and that's what we wanted. At pickup, when my order was finally located (after a call to some woman somewhere in the building) I was presented with was a sticker! When my husband and I said that this is not what we expected, the kid behind the counter told the woman on the phone and then relayed to us that what they made is what we ordered. He then told the woman he'd handle it and hung up. His handling it consisted of arguing that they did what we asked. He showed us a sample of the exact material we want but declared that it would be way more expensive. Rather than trying to sell us exactly what we wanted, he chose to argue and repeat that what he showed us is not what we asked for. At no point did the woman come out to try to keep our business. My phone hasn't rung yet I don't have any emails from Fast Sign. I guess my business is not valuable to them. read more

Excellent work, but their communication was lacking on my order. Apr. 4 I sent one thing to be printed. The guy looked at the file, said it was easy and should be done soon. I said as long as it was done in the next couple of weeks it would be fine, I had a month until my event. I emailed 10 days before the event and got no reply. 5 days before the event I called and was told it had been ready and sitting there for weeks, oh and they close at 2pm, so no going after work to pick up. Again, the work was flawless, but it is up to you to find out when it is done. read more

Was in a pinch and needed a small quantity of stickers (vinyl decals - like what you would put on a laptop etc) printed and cut FAST. Sent them the file, Travis was ON IT. Even with minutes left before the end of a business day - he was quick to respond and earn my business ... and with a small rush fee (totally reasonable given the last minute nature of my order) the order was printed the very next morning. Done and done. End product was great. Wasn't even there for all of this to take place - everything done remotely - with courier pickup and delivery to a client. Worst customer service ever. The guy refused to help me because of the past job he did for me. He told me he didn't want to work with me again. Because I took to long and kept changing the design. Got news for you im the customer and if I don't like the design im paying for then you change it until I like it. Worst service ever!!!!! read more

Our company had a trade show on Friday and on Thursday all of our items were held in Memphis due to weather conditions. Needless to say we had one day to get a whole new set up. Unethical & lousy customer service. I have been a regular customer at this particular location for several years. I order all our advertising prints, typically four times a year. This afternoon my husband picked up our usual order (four 2' x 3' posters) which we use on our storefront window displays. I opened up the posters which were rolled up & taped and the color on all the posters were faded and just looked off. The browns used looked more like an off-colored orange, the whites looked beige and the vibrant green looked more like a dull, faded green. My husband called Jean, the franchise owner to discuss the color issue and Jean did absolutely nothing to address the issue, she was more concerned about the costs of reprinting the posters and was not the least bit apologetic for the error. I was dumb founded? The posters looked horrible, nothing like the proofs that were sent to us. That is so deceptive. She then stated that she had been undercharging our orders for sometime just to maintain our business. The right thing for her to have done was to present the increased costs when we placed the order instead of deceiving us by presenting a proof that looked nothing like the final product. I contacted Jean myself and she had a terrible attitude. She gave me a choice of reprinting the posters or providing a refund. I chose the latter. I will be no longer be using this company for our advertising needs. read more
