Appears to be a scam print-on-demand company in Las Vegas with a real store. They write, claiming to want to give us free stuff, but they wrote to the wrong person at the wrong comapny. Instead of sending a sticker and apologizing, they kept harassing me about getting me off their list but never did until we told them of our plans to contact law enforcement. ThEN they tried to blame it on the company that sold them my email. I talked to Diana and Bee it seems, but neither were able to give me a simple straight answer and stop trying to blame others for their failure. I would not recommend. WOW! Red Line Printing literally saved the day. I ordered from another unnamed printer to get my fliers printed overnight - no big deal right? It's in the NAME OF THE PLACE. But as I write this review, the convention I ordered fliers for is taking place and the "expedited" fliers are still not yet complete. In a panic, I spoke with Bejon at Red Line yesterday at approximately 5 pm PST and when I say Bejon and Red Line provided the best customer service I have ever experienced I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I placed the order and within 3 hours they had completed the order and delivered it to my Executive's hotel while he was eating dinner. I was in contact with the driver just before he dropped them off and the entire thing was reasonably priced. I just recently moved to Las Vegas from southern California and discovered Red Line by accident...and what a happy accident. Among other things, I'm a graphic artist & designer. I never thought I would be writing a review for a company that simply helped print some show flyers for me, but the level of service, professionalism, and care demonstrated by Red Line moved me to start typing. We needed them the next day and they did it for us for a little extra cost, but totally reasonable. They seem to have really good deals on printing and they use soy based inks.. and they are local which is fantastic. Go here instead of Costco! Horrible customer service! Went in for a quote and found the owner to be very abrasive and egotistical. She said she needed time to work up a quote. I didn't hear from her. I called. She didn't return my calls. I went in to check with her and even though she was sitting right there in front of me, she refused to speak to me or even acknowledge me.
