Vegas is so transient that oftentimes, quality goes out the door even weeks after a soft opening, leading to a big upset on expectations like biting into an apple only to find a worm. Not the case with A&J Postal - this family-run business knocked it out of the park again with their help in our need for passport photos. We're still debating whether we want to go to Rome on a pilgrimage to the Vatican or visit the Philippines (opting for Rome since we won't get mobbed by hordes of 'family' expecting a hand out). Anyway, the service is still great, it's convenient and not bogged down with long lines that you'll find at UPS. Great experience - highly recommend!

I asked the lady if the shadows were okay, the lady said it should be fine. The next couple days, we had our passport appointment and our photos got rejected because of the shadows. I called, asked for a refund and the lady said the owners declined and asked to do a retake but we were already at the post office processing our documents. She even added, I only take care of the packages, not pictures.... Um ok? So why even take our picture then. Overall, the customer service I received was not satisfactory at the end and I don't recommend Postal King for passport photos. If I knew, I would've just did it at the postal office, it's cheaper!

From the very beginning, the communication felt short, unfriendly, and heavily focused on upselling at every opportunity. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline and needed a quick turnaround, so I decided to move forward despite my concerns. Recently, after rebranding my business, I contacted Tyler again to create updated business cards. We provided mock-ups and concepts for the new design, and the conversation immediately shifted toward additional charges for creating the card layout. While I completely understand and respect that businesses charge for design work, I called personally to explain that we had several future projects coming up and were hoping to build a long-term business relationship. Instead of working toward a solution or showing any interest in customer retention, I was told to "take my business elsewhere" simply because I questioned being upcharged on the mock-up process. As a business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of profitability. However, customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building are equally important -- especially in service-based industries. Unfortunately, my experiences with Tyler and Digital Insight Printing lacked those qualities entirely.
