It feels like pure price gouging. To make it worse, I renewed early, then realized I didn't want to continue and asked to cancel before my actual renewal date. She refused. Customers should be aware that the current management's pricing practices and policies are vastly different from Tony's and do not reflect the same integrity or customer care. I hate that I'm now stuck for another year having to come in and see her face any time I get mail.

Every single visit, they're kind, respectful, and genuinely pleasant, even when the line is long or it's a busy day. On top of the great attitudes, they're efficient and always get us in and out quickly. While shipping prices keep going up everywhere, but USPS still offers the most reasonable rates around, plus reliable tracking that actually works. The space is small so if you're doing something like packing a box in the location, you'd be a bit pressed for space but there is a small counter to do these things at. There isn't a huge retail selection here, as say there would be at the location on Horizon Ridge, but they do have the "free" boxes and all the stamps you'd want to buy. I've never experienced bad service here. The people working at the counter have always been super friendly and helpful. This last time I came in, they were giving kids candy. It was super cute.

So now I have to contact Amazon and resolve this with them. It's an inconvenience and an issue that could have been avoided if she took the time to scan all of the QR codes.
