    Walked in was greeted and helped immediately. I asked for some one to notarize and the cashier pulled out a book looked at my document and ID stamped the document signed the book charged me $15 and we were done, super easy and efficient!

    I boxed, insured & shipped my package at the UPS Store on Valentines Day. The Clerk didnt disclose if I didnt let him package the item the insurance I paid for would be void. All he stated was the price difference. He never stated my insurance would be void if I didnt let him package my item himself. Thats shady business practices. A $500 metal exhaust arrived damaged. Someone ran it over it & crushed it and UPS will not cover it. Ive went back and forth with their Manager Jazz today and she said her cameras dont record audio. So, whoever goes to this location please beware! They will not tell you this vital piece of information, "YOUR INSURANCE, YOU PAY FOR, IS VOID IF YOU DONT LET THEM PACKAGE YOUR ITEM AT THE COUNTER EVEN IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PACKAGE". This $500 Valentine's Present arrived crushed and they said, "Sorry, even if we damaged it theres nothing UPS will do." This is what the crushed exhaust looked like upon arrival. If I could give this UPS Store zero stars I would! I advise everyone to record your experience especially if you come into this location with a box ready to ship. Dont trust they will be 100% transparent because they will not. Take your time, record and ask, "What voids my Insurance?"

    Im here daily. The staff here are so helpful and super friendly. Great place to have a box and location is so convienent. Very reliable!

Robyn and Rick (the owners) are genuinely amazing, kind, patient, and they actually care. Every time I come in for business shipping, they take the time to help, explain options, and make sure everything is done right. No rushing, and always real, friendly service. They do this with every person in the store. They knew everyone who came by name and they all seemed like old friends. :) If you run a business or ship regularly, skip the post office headaches and go here instead. I didn't even have a physical mailbox but was fine paying that rate. After the new owner took over, it jumped to over $200 -- more than double -- with no explanation and no added value. It feels like pure price gouging. To make it worse, I renewed early, then realized I didn't want to continue and asked to cancel before my actual renewal date. She refused. Customers should be aware that the current management's pricing practices and policies are vastly different from Tony's and do not reflect the same integrity or customer care. I hate that I'm now stuck for another year having to come in and see her face any time I get mail.

    I am only giving it one star but really they don't deserve ANY. I dropped off a small package on a…read moreFriday. I paid almost $19 for pkg to be sent to Utah. Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was "IN TRANSIT". HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldn't even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesn't know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie "When was it picked up?" or "Don't you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make"? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldn't tell me how to reach her. He didn't even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still don't know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted. POSTSCRIPT: AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I don't know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its' done.
