Just drive to DHL for accurate shipping and better customer service…read more I called first to make sure they ship DHL, talk to the young guy (clueless guy)at desk told him 5 times it must ship DHL or they will not take my return for a very expensive item. He said $500 shipping cost in The box or I can use a bag for $300 I said yes must be DHL. Few weeks later the company refused my return because he shipped it with USPS and not DHL. I said DHL at least 10 times Called the manger and she has attitude on 10 says I can't help you and never apologized for her untrained employee and she hung up the phone. I will never use this company I'm out of $300 shipping and can not return my purchase of $2000 all because of her untrained employee

I explained what was needed. The Customer associate knew exactly what I needed. She assured me all was ok as she prepared the label. Since I had missed outbound for that day, she quickly provided me options with no hesitation. Due to the urgency of getting out she suggested dropping it off at the main hub across the street to still make it out that day. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service and professionalism I called back and just had to talk with the owner. I will be recommending this location to others who need to have business taken care of with expertise!!

He handed me a sharpie and told me I could write fragile if I wanted to. I was shipping something very fragile but he used peanuts instead of bubble wrap or something more substantial. I was in a hurry to get somewhere and didn't have time to pick another place but IMHO this store is clueless. I wouldn't come here again if the shipping was free! That isn't meant to be mean...honestly if they gave me a coupon for free service I'd throw it away. I would t even give it to someone to use. I allowed him to be clueless so really my fault but other places take way better care of their cusy

Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was "IN TRANSIT". HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldn't even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesn't know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie "When was it picked up?" or "Don't you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make"? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldn't tell me how to reach her. He didn't even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still don't know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted. POSTSCRIPT: AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I don't know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its' done.

I waited in a long line while two employees seemed to struggle to assist one customer, which made the wait even longer. When it was finally my turn, I realized the adhesive on my package wasn't sticking well. I simply asked the gentleman at the counter if he could add some tape to secure it. I was told I would have to pay for the tape. I understand that costs have gone up, but charging a customer over a dollar just to use a small amount of packing tape is honestly absurd. A roll of tape costs only a few dollars, and this felt like an unnecessary charge for something that should have been a simple courtesy. I've always understood that businesses need to cover their costs, but there's a difference between reasonable fees and nickel-and-diming customers. This experience left a really bad impression and felt more like robbery than customer service
