Highly recommend this place . They did a full wrap on my company van and I absolutely loved it .

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!* Let me start of by saying this was a *VERY* simple job I needed. My car is wrapped. I ha damage on my drivers side door. I need ONE door wrapped. I already had the wrap I bought. I just needed him to wrap the door. I reached out to Top Notch Wraps via Yelp for a quote on my job. He responded very quickly and came back with a very reasonable quote. He had good reviews on yelp so I figured I'd set up an appointment. Monday at 9. Monday rolls around and around 8:30 he reschedules to 9:30. No big deal, only 30 minutes. I head to the address on his yelp account which is about 26 minutes away. I get there right around 9:30 and I can't find his shop. I call him a few times and no answer. He finally texts back and says "Don't think I've sent you the address. Sorry." He sends me the correct address which is 25 minutes away and says "we switched shops about 2 months ago and I haven't updated the address." Ugh.. okay. I need this done so I head to his new address he gives me. He asks if I'm still coming and I say yes. I send him my ETA which is another 25 minutes. Around 5 minutes from getting there he tells me to park in the back of the shop and he will open up the garage door. I pull up and I can't find the place so I call him and no answer. He texts me saying it's a shop called "Gaby Printing"... this is where I start to get a little sketched out. I park in the back like he asks and nothing. I text him after 5 minutes "Are you here?" Nothing. I call him a few times. After 15 minutes I'm highly frustrated at this point. I tell myself at 20 minutes I'm leaving if I don't hear from him. Still haven't heard from him. I start my car and leave. I text him: Very unprofessional of you to have someone drive over 45 mins around Vegas for you to ghost them when they finally show up at your shop. He finally starts to text back and call me 5 minutes later after I've already left saying his phone died and he was working on another customers car inside the shop. I don't believe this AT ALL. If you're expecting a customer to pull up to your shop and you're IN the shop, wouldn't you already have the garage door opened? He offers me a discount to comeback but I've already had enough of the unprofessional behavior. If you're that's unprofessional than that would probably show up in your work as well. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Listen, Joseph I am a small business owner myself. This review is in no way malicious or anything like that. I hope you use this as a stepping stone and learn from it. If your phone is the ONLY communication between you and the customer, shouldn't you ALWAYS have it charged? My best guess is - you were never there to begin with. If this is the case, it would have been a world of difference to just be honest and let me know. I would have waited. Also for future reference you should probably update your address on Yelp, Google, & Apple maps. Goodluck in your future endeavors. read more

Joey did a very nice job of wrapping the top portion of my Range Rover. It took a lot of work but he took his time and was very meticulous. It saved me a lot of money instead of having it painted. I would recommend Top Notch Wraps. Go on the website to request a quote. Joey replied back to me immediately. read more

Quoted and spoke entire time with the owner Joseph(Joey) about wrapping my car. He responded very quickly, and was very informative. I appreciated his service and how thorough he was with trying to make an appointment. Unfortunately I couldn't pull through with my set appointment yet he worked with me and was still professional about me having to bail. Thank you for your time Joseph! read more

Joey and staff were great. Fast less than the competition and same day mobile to. What other places seem to miss is they forget your name or who you may know? It's pay what I charge or go somewhere else I can get you in next month? It's the older connected people who built this City.. Keep taking care of all the OG. In this City great job on the wrap. Great experience and what a great job they did on my truck which had a color change. Their prices are fair and great communication. Very detailed and super friendly. I will refer any and all to them and absolutely would use them again. Well worth the drive from Lake Havasu City. If you are looking for a place to get your vehicle wrapped this is it. The company I work for has had its vehicles wrapped for years, locally in town. The price they wanted to charge for just a color change had me looking elsewhere when I found Top Notch Wraps in Las Vegas. It saved me at least $1000 if not more. Thanks again Joey! I have some additional work to finish on the truck- chrome bumper and such. When it is done I will post before and after photos. Oh, I also had him remove the old tint on my windows and replace it so it looks great read more

The name of this company is right on point. These guys are " top notch " when it comes to wrapping a car. The attention to details is out of this world. They did a tremendous job on my car with a beautiful black satin. I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend those guys any day of the week. You won't be disappointed. read more

Joey is absolutely the man. My car turned out flawless and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Fair price, high level and professional work, plus Joey and Top Notch have insane wrapping skills. He prides himself on perfection and quality. Totally crushed this project. And if there's something wrong with the wrap, he will see it and correct it before you ever see it. I went with a Avery Satin Fresh Spring wrap paired with a 3M Satin Black chrome delete on my Tesla. Thanks Joey and Top Notch! Take your car here if you want it done RIGHT! read more

Top Notch Wraps recently did a window wrap for our store front and it turned out amazing. The bad: We were scheduled for a 9am install, so made sure that we were there to greet them. Unfortunately they didn't arrive until 11:30... I was pretty peeved when they got there but let them do their work. I'm glad I did because it turned out great. Their attention to detail and final result of the wrap made up for the 2.5 hr delay and turned my experience around. Aside from being late on our install day, they were easy to work with, easy to get in touch with, had better pricing than the other vendors I called, great install, and were very friendly. Overall, I would consider them in the future again. read more

I found the perfect company TOP NOTCH WRAPS to wrap my car and the price was really good too. Joey was the perfect guy for the job to put the wrap on my car along with his experience that he has, it took a little longer than expected but the out come was spectacular which mattered the most. I would recommend this company if anyone needs wraps done to any vehicle. The color was hard to find to match my rims but they found the perfect one and made it work!!! After purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Genesis with wood grain, I was interested in getting it wrapped to hide the wood grain. I reached out to 6 companies for quotes and included my number and Joey was the only one who texted me immediately. After some back and forth I met Joey at his shop, picked out a color "Satin Black" and then the process began. Joey was very upfront about pricing, how long the product would last, and was happy to recommend a wrap that wouldn't show any scratches. He even let me witness the entire process in the shop. He was incredibly meticulous, making sure to tape all of the non-wrapped pieces as to not damage my new ride. He used all of these small tools to tuck the wrap into the seams, then used a heat gun to help the wrap stick. The wrap looks like it was meant to be in this car! I was very impressed with his work, and am so happy I decided to get this done. If you have wood grain that you want to cover, Joey at Top Notch Wraps is your guy! read more

I received a quick reply with a standard price from Joseph when I emailed for a quote. He wrapped my Corvette's halo + roof and it came out looking clean. A little bit of a wait but I didn't have an appointment and I was accommodated the day-of versus other shops who would've made me wait. Plus, They were busy and I don't mind waiting a little longer for it to be done well so no worries there. Him and I both forgot to snag back my keys/fob before I drove away. S*** happens though. I called and he dropped what he was doing to drive them to me. Clean shop and easy going guys. Will return for business as long as pricing stays competitive with my next endeavor. Recommended. read more
