We bought two new trucks for our business and called our old wrap place only to find out they aren't doing wraps anymore! Thankfully, I reached out and explained the situation to Joe. I thought we'd be out of luck since we had no files of our previous design, but he said it was no problem like a pro! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of our files and they were able to use them with only a few slight changes. They totally nailed it! Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week. We have been through the ringer all these years with a few different wrap places, but at incognito wraps with Kathy and Joe at the helm, I am sure we've found our home! read more

I am a repeat customer. Joe and Cathy are not just amazing biz owners, they are great people. Full of energy, knowledge, and desire to make your vision come true. I had an issue where someone damaged my PPF. I called Joe, he git me right in and his staff made an amazing repair and you cannot tell anything was ever damaged. We bought a Kia EV6, but it was only available in black. Vegas with a black car is like carpooling with demons. It is the inferno (and not in a cool MTV Challenge kinda way). Plus a black car blends in with every other black car in a parking lot, like cheerleaders. So, I began to ponder getting a wrap. I yelped it. And I found Incognito Wraps. I went in, looked at 100 colors and chose Tiffany Blue, cause I'm fancy like that. They are so patient there (100s of colors). They showed me some renderings. Then I dropped the car and a week later... there she was. Much cooler and much cooler. Now the only time it feels like there are demons in the car is when I'm with my kids and they are hungry. read more

Great experience at Incognito wraps. I worked mainly with AJ and he was extremely professional and informative. I learned a lot during the process. What impressed me most is the communication during the process and emailing me what's been completed and what's left. I needed the car in 8 days since it was a gift and they made sure to make that timeline. The final product was amazing!!! It looks totally like a new car! Thanks to to everyone that works there and especially AJ! read more

Thank you Joe for following up and explaining the situation. The quote was very reasonable for the work your company provides. I look forward to working with you in the future. read more

Outstanding work! Had PPF done for front bumper, headlights and mirrors. Car was parked out front of the office when I picked it up and checked it out before I went into pay. Honestly thought they had not done the work. No bubbles, creases, and the edges could hardly be seen. If you are looking to get your car PPF'd don't bother looking any place else. Price was more than competitive as well. Highly recommend. read more

I cannot rave about this place enough. Joe and his team at Incognito Wrap are so nice, helpful, and informative. I contacted them and spoke to Catherine who answered a lot of my questions and quoted me before I even came in. When I finally got to the shop to take a look at colors, Joe helped me throughout the process. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions my parents and I had regarding color, brands, durability, warranty, you name it! Joe was super transparent and I appreciate that because it shows that he cares about his customers. He even allowed us to tour the place to take a look at some of their work and they were flawless! When I finally thought I was set on a color, I found another color I was gaged by and immediately contacted Joe and he was kind enough to get me a sample of it so that I could compare the two colors. At this point, I didn't even pay yet and he went out of his way to get me a sample of a color I was interested in. This gesture alone made me realize that I picked the right place to get my car wrapped. The wrap on my new Tesla Juniper is beautiful and they did an amazing job. It took less than a week (dropped it off Monday and got it back Friday!) which I thought was really quick considering the quality of their work. It looks beautiful and I cannot be happier! At incognito wrap, they care deeply about the quality of their work and their customers. I looked and talked with well over 10 different places, but incognito wrap is by far a standout. Thank you again to Joe and his team at Incognito Wrap! I will definitely come again if I ever need services. I am extremely happy with the service and quality of work! read more

This is a long one, but it's worth the read- trust me. If I could give more stars I would and here's why: I wanted something custom, something unique. I had looked at a few other shops here in Vegas, but after meeting with the team at Incognito Wraps- I stopped looking. I started by messaging them on Instagram and they asked all the right questions, were very informative and were willing to go over several options without even meeting me yet, without even knowing if I am a serious customer or not... Every other place I worked with was more interested in my cash than the product/service itself. Why am I pointing this out? Because this shows they actually CARE about the work itself. After walking in it was quickly apparent that everyone in that shop not only was friendly and welcoming- what stood out was their PASSION for this work. I heard them excitedly talking to each other about how "good the 911 Carrera GTS turned out!!" or discussing how they are going to tackle a difficult 'curved door panel' to make the design match up perfectly. They were sharing ideas and collaborating in a way that showed obvious care, attention to detail, and just pure passion for this work. After sitting for a few minutes a gentleman came out named Joe, he shook my hand and we started going over the plans we discussed prior. He never rushed, pressured me, or suggested things I didn't need- he was very open and honest and went over all the different options. The design I wanted was something custom and I essentially wanted two types of wraps/material put together to achieve an 'outlined' look. As we got into the details, another guy walked over and introduced himself, AJ the Designer. Both of them worked with me to determine the best and most cost effective way to achieve the look I was going for. After it was all lined out the price was actually very competitive and even a bit lower than other shops and when I made mention to that to Joe, his response was even better. He said, "Huh- I never really considered what other places charge... I just charge what's fair..." That's the type of guy you want to do your service. Same with AJ, you could tell right away he had a huge passion for this type of work. They are so meticulous, so detail oriented, its like a form of Art to them- everything has to be perfect. Overall they were very informative, communicative and the service was better than anything I could have imagined. There is an etched decal on the side of my car that I didn't even think about, didn't even mention it. Without saying anything these guys decided to go the extra mile and transfer that small logo and text to the outside of the wrap. Significantly extra work for no reason other than to surprise me and make it perfect. I can't say enough good things about Joe and his team. Lastly, if its a concern that you cherish your vehicle or its new and expensive, etc. That is all the more reason to pick these guys. They are not only trustworthy, but they have wrapped countless Rolls-Royce, Lambo, Bently, etc. They have even wrapped the one-of-a-kind Tuatara (holds the land speed record). I would trust these guys to wrap my first born child if I had one. The work speaks for itself. Take a look at their Instagram and here's some pictures of what they did for my vehicle: https://imgur.com/a/RTrwWIg All in all, they really care about what they do and have a passion for it. By the time my car was done they really treated me like family and it was probably the best customer experience I have ever had. read more

had an amazing wrap done on my favorite car I've had a plaid for 3.5 years because of power speed etc I had a ton of stone chips now I've had a silky smooth paint protection film that is virtually indestructible . the owner had me try and destroy the film with a wire brush and a sharp pen I was amazed at the strength of the material let alone the sleek sport luxurious look . this is my 4 th wrap from incognito we go back 15 years . great owner great value highly recommended thanks Joe yet again read more

Second review for the crew at Incognito Wraps after they installed my side wrap back at early 2023. This time I came back to get the company to install my hood design. Setting up my appointment was actually super simple this time around. I come in and I was greeted by Chris. Just one quick glance at me and he already knew who I was and what I came to their company for. It was awesome that he remembered me even though the time frame it took to get this second installation going from the first was a good year or so. He even threw me a discount for this installation as a returning customer, I honestly actually wasn't expecting that. Big shoutout to that my friend! Fast forward to installation day. The process went just like how it did the first time I went to them. Dropped off the car as clean as possible, was told to know that it should be done by the end of their business day and ready to be picked up, and it definitely turned out that way! The installation turned out great! I don't really see any faults so far with it... Even though it hasn't even been 24 hours of it been installed after writing this review. But I guess time will tell! Thanks again Chris, and the crew who did my first and second wrap installations! I'm hoping to return to this company again if ever I plan to do this kind of thing again in the future! Till then, keep on rocking on what you do! read more

These guys are awesome!!! I have always wanted to get a car of mine wrapped, but never did. I finally pulled the trigger and had my newly, off the show room floor... 2023 Kia Stinger wrapped (and tinted, of course). First; Chris was great to deal with. I wanted a color ppf wrap, so he steered me towards their wraps that fit the bill (lots of options). I picked a blue/green ppf color wrap that I liked and he gave me a written quote so I could give it a day or two to think about. Not much to think about, I came back and setup my appointment. Second; I showed up on the appointment day, dropped the keys off and away I went. They said it would be done in a few days, but I was out of town...so I picked it up about a week later. Simple. Third; I wasn't sure what the color would look like on the car for sure. Amazing! And the quality of the work was great. I took a look all around and it looked solid for sure. I said it when I picked my car up and I'll continue to say it, the patience involved in doing something like this is mind boggling to me. I mean, those protective phone screen things get me all out of sorts. Fourth; Chris told me that they have everyone bring their newly wrapped cars back within two weeks for a double check. Really? Typically with most service places it's, "here's your keys... good luck." After a week or so I did notice a few spots that needed some touch up. I made an appointment, showed up and hung out for a bit while they did their thing. All is well. Again, it's not..."here's your keys, good luck". It's, "if you have any issues let us know and we'll get it sorted out." Lastly; I truly appreciate the customer service, the commitment to quality and the friendliness of the staff. Getting this type of work done is not an everyday thing for me and probably not for many others. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first walked into the shop or when I picked my car up or the aftercare. Everything was spot on and I can't recommend Incognito enough. Thank you and great job...very much appreciated. read more

I'd like to start this review off by saying that Chris was great and his positive attitude was one of the main reasons why I went forward with the work. With that being said, the execution was abysmal. They said they use ppf from a company called "black market films" but when you look up the color codes it's comes back to a Chinese brand sold on alibaba named carlas. (Pictures for reference attached) When they did the install they broke my ambient temp sensor on a brand new car, neglected to tell me, and fixed it themselves. They did the back bumper on a Volkswagen Golf in two pieces with seams and i had to bring the car back 3 times to get it fixed. There's a four fender flare guards and instead of removing them and installing the wrap, they neglected to take them off and left all four panels exposed with my original paint . The entire experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and I sadly can't recommend them. I went back three times, not only to fix the seams on the back bumper, but because the entire wrap was bubbling. A lot of the issues felt like they could have been resolved if they had just taken more time to get it right the first time. read more

Got PPF for a reasonable price and a good result. I'm planning to have more work done soon.

First I'd like to say that my experience with Incognito Wraps was excellent overall. We had some issues in the beginning with the wrapping of the antenna, but Joe the owner was stead-fast and more than willing to do whatever it took to make things right despite our differences. He even wrapped the antenna himself and reimbursed me for my uBer expenses. I would highly recommend Incognito Wraps if you are looking for quality wraps and more importantly the best customer service in Las Vegas. Lastly, Chris at the front desk gets an honorable mention for his professionalism and dedication towards customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. read more

As a loyal customer since 2018 I'm sad to say this company gets one star and I will not be doing business with them again. Chris is gone and the new Chris is NOT an improvement. He comes off immature, defensive and not a very good problem solver which prevents him from providing the exceptional customer service that Incognito used to provide. The owner has let this company fall short on the quality with it's decision to put this person in a manager spot. There are better options out there. Update to Joe's remarks. I don't use Yelp as a weapon I use it to provide a review of customer service and services that were received (or not received due to poor customer service) from the company. What you're stating is untrue. I spoke with your employee Art in April to discuss rewrapping areas that were involved in a car accident. Your employee Art stated that if I wrapped the side that was damaged on my car due to a car accident that I could potentially have noticeable fading on the areas that weren't re-wrapped since the original wrap was done in 2018. It took one month and 2 phone calls to have your employee Chris call me back. I simply asked Chris if he could have the wrap redone due to the accident and fading. Basically, I wanted my car to look exactly the way it did before the accident. Meaning, if there is the possibility of noticeable fading then that would be an issue. He stated that I was trying to commit insurance fraud. I being understandably offended, asked to speak with you. You assured me that you would take care of this. I spoke to Chris one more time and asked him to write up an estimate and I would pay cash for the repairs and then ask my insurance company to reimburse me. Money is not an issue for me. Chris gave me an estimate as I have attached. He stated that he would need to look for brushed metal black and call me back for an appointment. That was in May. It is now a month later and I have not received a phone call from anybody from Incognito to schedule the appointment. This is by far the poorest customer service I have received from a company in a very long time. The fact that you're even attacking me on Yelp by leaving this message shows how poorly you treat your customers. Completely unprofessional. Bottom line is that you said you would take care this. You gave it back to Chris, the ball was dropped by him. Where's your follow up Joe? Maybe to see how things were going, if I was satisfied, etc.? Maybe, just maybe...you could admit that this could have been handled better? read more
