I recently moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles and decided to bring my car here to get the front…read moretwo windows and windshield tinted. Unfortunately, this has been by far the worst tinting experience I've ever had. Immediately after the installation, I noticed multiple bubbles and visible scratch marks throughout the tint. I brought these issues to the employee's attention, but he assured me that a few bubbles and marks were normal and would disappear once the adhesive cured. He told me to come back in 10 days if the problems remained. I followed his instructions and returned after 10 days. The passenger-side window still had bubbles throughout, while the driver's side had fewer bubbles but one that actually had a tear in it, allowing light to pass through. The frustrating part is that I had already pointed out this exact issue during my initial visit. I also brought up the scratches on the windshield and explained that, as instructed, I hadn't cleaned any of the glass since the installation. I asked him to clean and inspect the windshield to determine whether the marks were actually scratches and, if so, to replace the tint. He agreed. When I returned after they supposedly fixed the issues, I STILL noticed bubbles in the replacement tint. At that point, I was already trying to be understanding. However, when I inspected the windshield, the original scratches were still there. The employee dismissed my concerns, saying they were minor and "no big deal." Then I sat inside my car and noticed approximately seven visible diagonal lines across the windshield tint, clearly resembling marks left by an installation tool. I asked the employee to sit inside the car and see them for himself. Instead of taking responsibility, he downplayed the issue again, claiming that imperfections were normal and that the marks were a "defect in the tint film." That response was absolutely ridiculous. If you know the material you're installing is defective, why would you install it in a customer's vehicle and consider the job complete? I didn't bring my own tint film. I paid a business that advertises professional tinting services to supply the materials and perform the installation correctly. If the film was defective, it was their responsibility to replace it, not use that as an excuse for poor workmanship. After going back and forth, we eventually agreed that the tint should be removed. The employee even told me that if I was going to "nitpick" every little issue, it would be better to remove the tint and refund me. What made the situation even worse was his explanation that they don't perform installations in a fully enclosed body shop, so imperfections like these are supposedly normal. That is not an acceptable excuse. If you're advertising yourself as a professional tint company, you should have the proper environment, equipment, and skills to deliver professional results. Wind and dust do not explain obvious diagonal tool marks, scratches, or torn tint film. I've had multiple vehicles tinted by different shops in Los Angeles and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I understand that minor imperfections can happen, but there's a huge difference between an occasional bubble during the curing process and repeated installation defects that are clearly visible even after giving the business an opportunity to correct them. What disappointed me most wasn't just the poor-quality work. It was the complete lack of accountability, the constant excuses, and the way my legitimate concerns were dismissed as "nitpicking." Customers shouldn't have to lower their expectations or accept damaged, scratched, or defective tint simply because an employee considers it good enough. I gave this business a fair opportunity to correct its mistakes, and instead of properly addressing the problems, they made excuses and minimized every concern I raised. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tint installation or professional customer service.
