We did run into one small issue, but Sergio and his team handled it quickly and professionally. Just a heads-up the wait can be pretty long in the summer, so it's a good idea to have someone pick you up unless you don't mind hanging out. BMW of Las Vegas across the street recommended this shop, and they were excellent and couldn't have been more accommodating. They got me right in on my preferred date and time. They began promptly once I arrived and I was out the door a couple hours later. They offer the best pricing for ceramic tint around town and with a warranty. I've been coming here for years - 6 cars done here. All ceramic tint. Cheapest price I can find and best work and quality I've had. I'm not joking when the quotes i get are double the price here. Every one of my cars have been perfectly tinted. The one problem I had was with my Tesla Y, bubbling on the rear passenger. Texted Sergio and he said come right in and they replaced it and never had any other problem. Great customer service, great work. read more

I had my car ceramic tinted there. Bobbles and dirt under side windows, sunroof had improperly installed tint also. windshield had like dirt under everywhere and huge bobbles I took the car back 3 times to have them fixed, they reinstalled the tint improperly every single time. The employee's response was "he is a human he makes mistakes. ( avoid Angel's work at all cost..!) I took the car back one last time to have them remove their tint job from hell. Total 4 visits ..... avoid that place like hell !!! read more

terrible guest service and tint job. complete attitude from employee and awful tint job on my windshield, they do not know how to cut a straight line. to add to that, they did not clean their mess in my car. i had to pick up all scraps and wash glue off left all over dash/steering wheel and median. Had my tint replaced somewhere else and very happy with the professional tint job. sunshade window tint sucks. would give 0 stars if possible. read more

I was recommended to Sergio by my salesperson at Acura. I gave him a text yesterday to schedule an appt for tint and he gave me a quote and was very flexible with time/scheduling. I was able to come in the very next morning. Took about 2 hr 15 min for my two front windows and windshield. Sergio was extremely nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Sunshade was recommended by the dealership for my brand new car. I did not know much of anything about tint but I do know it is hot as Hell here and I'm tired of it. Lol! Was recommended by a detail shop and unexpectedly they were able to schedule me in same-day as long as I got there before 4pm. In under three hours they were done and it looks fantastic. Before they got going, they inspected and showed me tiny pre-existing window scratches I hadn't noticed before, all so I understood that when I saw them against a dark tint I knew it wasn't the tint that was marked. Got the lifetime guarantee ceramic tint and the pricing was 'out the door' and very reasonable. If needed they say to show the receipt and any wear & tear / defect damage will be fixed. I was cautious and didn't use the windows for a full four days to let it all dry out and cure. Have had no issues with the tint two weeks in now. I would recommend Sunshade to anyone looking for a great job at a great value. read more

Brought my car here not out of choice due to the dealership messing up my car sale so they promised to tint the windows as a gesture. The car came out exactly how I wanted it. Completely blacked out and the windshield slightly tinted but nothing crazy. Took about three hours to get done, luckily if you dont have a ride to leave the place theres places to eat and in my case go get my nails done while you wait. Would recommend this shop if you are looking to get your tint done. Professional, good quality of work and knowledgeable about their tint. read more

I have now had a total of 5 Cars done for myself and 2 friends cars done here, honestly Sergios pricing beats everyone in town and the work has been solid on all of the cars. I have read in a few reviews a complaint about time... Personally when it comes to having windows tinted I have always made an appointment and just made plans to leave the car at that time and pick it up at the end of the day, I understand sometimes things can take longer than projected and it is what it is especially when you want the work to be done well. I called yesterday and spoke to Sergio about getting our new Traverse tinted and as always he quoted me a killer price and I will be calling him to set up the appointment as soon as I take delivery of the car. Sunshade is truly the only place I take our cars in Vegas to have our windows done. Thanks Sergio for always taking good care of our cars. read more

I highly recommend this place!! The pricing is very reasonable. I chose the ceramic tint for my Rav 4 and their price is the best compared to places around town. Great service, a lot more economical than other places that quoted me $600 when this place only charged me 270 for my 5 windows and glare strip. This is my second car they did for me and work is phenomenal. A lot of the local dealerships use them as well. The only thing that gives them 3 stars was that employees there WERE NOT using face masks, and they allowed some people in without a face mask so it was a little uncomfortable. Also they estimated about 1.5 hours it took them almost 3 hours. read more

Called a week ahead, made an "appointment" for 2pm. Told it'll take an hour so I didn't make plans to get picked up. Get there at 145pm, told it'll be "an hour and a half." Ok, wait an hour and a half, car still hasnt even been pulled in. 2 and a half, nope. I was there for 4 hours as they took cars back from 2 pretty girl walk-ins ahead of mine. Their actual provision of tint is good, but this is a shite way to run a business and treat your customers. If it's going to be 4 hours, thats fine, say so so your customers can adjust their plans. read more

Was recommended this place to have my front two windows tinted by the dealership I got my car from. The back windows were already tinted so I wanted to make sure I was able to match the tint. Spoke to Sergio whom was very nice on the phone. He quoted the price and assured me that he could match the tint. I went ahead and made an appointment. Brought it in and just chose the color and they got started. My car was done exactly how I wanted, done in the short time frame he advised (didn't have to wait even though many walked in at the same time) and price was as promised! My entire fam's had their cars tinted here. From a Nissan to Infiniti to Lexus to Mercedes, the staff at Sun Shade are great! They help you pick out the best option for your tints. Plus they do this clear tint for your windows that helps prevent the heat from hitting ya in this Vegas heat! It's great for your front windshield and it works amazing! The prices are good and the quality is great! They're usually pretty quick with getting your car in and out at a reasonable time! I brought in my Lexus today just for a visor tint, they were pretty busy but was able to get in and out within an hour or so! It was $20 for a front visor tint and it looks amazing and helps protect me from that heat! If you're worried about getting your tint done, just stop by and talk to the staff and they'll help you find the right fit! Just be patient they are always hustling, shuffling cars in and out! It was pretty busy when I walked in but once I got to her, it was a great experience. We went outside, walked the vehicle and discussed what tint % I wanted. Since they were so busy, I ended up leaving the car with them and came back before they closed. Overall, the work by their tint workers is very well done. No issues so far with dust inside the film and I really appreciate that they didn't leave the car a mess and it was as clean as when I left it with them! Their facility has multiple chairs for a waiting area and if you need to get a bite to eat while waiting, there are places around their business you can walk to. Highly recommend Polar Tint and ask for Treisha because she will take care of you!

I walked in and was assisted by a helpful and knowledgeable young lady at the front desk regarding the shades and pricing. The wait time they initially estimated was 3 to 4 hours, but fortunately, I only had to wait an hour and a half. My seats are made of synthetic leather, which helped keep them cooler. The sun wasn't beating down on my face, and I immediately noticed the difference while driving away. The best part about this place is that they offer a lifetime warranty on their ceramic tint. After the tint was applied, the left front window had dust and debris clearly trapped between the film and the glass. This was an obvious sign of poor workmanship. When I contacted them expecting a simple correction, the owner refused to take responsibility and blamed me for using a Groupon, as if that justifies low-quality service. To make things worse, he said he would only fix the issue if I paid an additional 80 dollars to correct his own mistake. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. A paying customer, Groupon or not, deserves quality work and basic respect. If you care about your vehicle and want service backed by accountability, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
