I tried to be fair when updating my review, I wanted to give this a 3.5 but since I can't I will round up. Two major things have changed. The value proposition isn't there anymore, I'm aware things have gone up in price everywhere because of the high inflation and fuel costs, but a 40% increase for window tint seems excessive. The responsiveness is no longer there. I waited several days for a response and feel that for the price they are asking for a service there should be better customer service. With that said I can't blindly recommend. I recommend you shop around a bit there are definitely other good alternatives. read more

I had a fleet of 9 brand new luxury cars, I was planning to found a car rental company and I wanted my cars "FULLY LEGALLY TINTED" so I don't get in trouble if people take my cars out of Nevada and I also wanted a really good discount. So I called several places and got different quotes as well as various advice about the percentage of the tint and whether I should use ceramic on sides and back. I forgot to add that I didn't do my homework researching about it, and I kept calling places trusting on businesses, and relying on honor system to get the right business - "my fault". But NOBODY told me that, Ceramic ON WINDSHIELD is ILLEGAL "FEDERALLY". I chose this place for business, because when I called them, first of all the owner of this company explained every single detail about the process and MORE IMPORTANTLY he was the only person who warned me about using ceramic on windshield-which is federally illegal, and renters can file a lawsuit against me in case of an accident - and protected me from any possible, future lawsuits. Thanks to his INTEGRITY and AUTHENTICITY! However, now I am planning to take my personal vehicle there and have the windshield ceramic, because summer will be here soon, and I don't want Las Vegas extreme heat in my car; besides I am not going to file a lawsuit against myself if anything happens . Let's talk about TINT. When it comes to the tint job, they are PROFESSIONALS. Tried scraping my own tint off, turns out it was a mistake (adhesive everywhere and defroster lines detroyed T.T). Called Matt who booked me for an appt 1 week later and even gave me a discount for trying. He communicates through text which is great. Very good communication about completion times and his work is excellent. He treats your car like its his car. I'll be honest and say that I tried calling around before the appointment, and other tinters with 4.9 star reviews wanted to charge me 2x what this place was charging! Its true that the tint shares the same place as a used car dealership (they sell BMW's and Maseratis). The car dealers were accommodating though and got Matt whenever a tint customer came. Took my 2014 to these guys & wow! They did an amazing job and the ceramic film is really making quite a difference. It obviously blocking the suns harmful rays. They also tinted my windshield. Great service. I was accommodated despite being double booked one day. Matt is really knowledgeable and fast with his service yet he provides quality work. Got the ceramic tint around my SUV and the amount of heat is significantly less compared to your standard dyed film. He's been in the business for a while and only uses the best products. Matt responded quickly with a quote via Yelp and set up an appointment to have my tail lights smoked out. Got the lightest tint so my break lights are still very visible and not compromising any safety. Took just under an hour and probably could've been quicker but my Mercedes has these vents in the corners that make it harder to wrap but he still did a great job.
