I bought my 2021 BMW 750 here two years ago, ceramic tint on the windshield. Great! Then I took my 2022 Range Rover there last month for window tinting and PPF. The tint job was done right but the PPF on the front bumper and the side view mirrors caps were done poorly, ( see picture ) and the PPF on the doors lip came apart. I don't have a problem with paying a lot of money to get something done correctly and done professionally the first time and not a few times. Because they set the price for the best possible outcome and professionally done...right ?? Me: should it be like this? Them: your vehicle is not a new ! Me: speechless!? However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves.
