This is the 3rd time I've taken my vehicle to Avalos for tinting. The first 2 times went off without a hitch and I was very happy. I decided I wanted to take my front windows darker to combat the Las Vegas sun. Everything went well, the windows look great but as I sat down in the driver seat, I noticed black on my passenger side window. I got out to take a look and noticed that my entire window stripping had been melted. I asked the sweet lady at the front if they use heat guns when removing/installing and she confirmed they did (they had to remove the previous tint). She went into the back and brought out another lady and I explained that my window stripping did not look like this when I got there. She since has told me that this was not because of them, it's because of the sun and heat when rolling my window up and down. Mind you, their establishment is indoors, so if it wasn't like that when I gave it to them, there is only one way it could have happened. They did not offer me any sort of discount, or even an apology. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will not be returning to this establishment. $200 and a melted window stripping later, I'll now have to pay to get this replaced. **UPDATE: they have since reached out and apologized and have offered to cover the cost of replacement.** read more

I was greeted as I arrived and the young lady showed me the types of tinting and shades of film. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I ended up upgrading my original film choice because the film I chose let to much heat in. In the long run I will save more money on gas and my cars interior will not be damaged by the suns rays. They finished in about 1hr 45mins and it came out great! They're nice, informative, and the pricing was reasonable. Update: JUNE 20, 2016 I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack and took it the to Avalos Tint the next day. It looks like an entirely different car. They did an excellent job. I got the exact same tint as before. There are smaller and fewer windows on the Challenger however it almost cost the same as the Charger which was a full size sedan. Oh well. They treat me well and did great work. NOV 2015: I came from Virginia and was in need of a better tint job than what I had. The Avalos Window Tint staff gave me several options of tint. Ranses the saleman was very knowledgeable of his services and products. I will totally recommend this place. This is the best tint I have ever had on any of my vehicles.
