Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Update to top it off my card was charged twice ‍ Call Summerlin location hoping to hear back from management. I'll update my review after speaking with them

This spot is located on the first floor and fairly easy to find. I had an excellent experience here. My only thing is I didn't love the t-shirt selection, but you're also able to bring in your own t-shirt if you want, too. We just were running short on time so decided to just grab one there anyway. Plus, I was planning on cutting it. The girl who helped me was fantastic. I told her the kind of font I wanted and the color. She nailed it! I wanted "What's my Age again?" like the blink 182 song and then the letter "34" on the back haha. She was so helpful! And they have so many different fonts and colors to pick from. It only took a half hour to make the shirt which was awesome. I didn't realize I could pick it up day of! Loved that. And it only was about $20. Not bad! Super good value there. Definitely going to come back here again if I ever need another shirt designed. I'm not crafty enough to do it myself, so love that I can just come here.

I try not to leave negative reviews, but after multiple interactions with Digital Insight Printing,…read moreI feel compelled to share my experience. A few months ago, I reached out to Tyler to have business cards created for my company. From the very beginning, the communication felt short, unfriendly, and heavily focused on upselling at every opportunity. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline and needed a quick turnaround, so I decided to move forward despite my concerns. Recently, after rebranding my business, I contacted Tyler again to create updated business cards. We provided mock-ups and concepts for the new design, and the conversation immediately shifted toward additional charges for creating the card layout. While I completely understand and respect that businesses charge for design work, I called personally to explain that we had several future projects coming up and were hoping to build a long-term business relationship. Instead of working toward a solution or showing any interest in customer retention, I was told to "take my business elsewhere" simply because I questioned being upcharged on the mock-up process. As a business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of profitability. However, customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building are equally important -- especially in service-based industries. Unfortunately, my experiences with Tyler and Digital Insight Printing lacked those qualities entirely. Because of this interaction, not only have they lost my business moving forward, but I also cannot confidently refer other businesses or colleagues to them. There are too many printing companies that value communication, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships to settle for an experience like this.

My husband and I were about to open our Pilates studio in Henderson, and the web developer/SEO person we hired quit three days before our opening date after we paid a ridiculous amount of money upfront. I contacted Platinum in a distraught frame of mind. After explaining what happened to Tony over the phone, he said he would make time and asked if we could meet immediately. He was in our Studio the same day to meet my husband and I and learn about our product. Even though the situation was super stressful and delayed our exposure for community awareness and web visibility, Tony and his team stepped up and prevented a complete disaster. They produced a way better product with impressive results right off. Our Website was poorly designed from the backend, so Tony decided to scrap it and redo it -(NC), which was unbelievable. Now, our Website, ReformYou.com, is on track and organically ranking. Platinum is handling our social media, too. The images are sharp, and the descriptions are detailed and professionally SEO-written. I am impressed with how quickly Tony and his team understood our industry and the competition and were able to produce content to target our exact demographic. The communication is always impeccable and more than timely! Platinum shows you the results, unlike our previous experience. 'They quit' because we asked what had been done since we didn't see any progress. Tony is entirely transparent with his work's status, reporting, and results. I got a text from Miguel who told me and confirmed that I wanted it for the whole vehicle or just the removable roof. I told Miguel if price is right I'd consider doing the whole vehicle. He told me for the roof removable front and rear panels and the cap it would be $650. I asked about the whole vehicle and he said it would be $6K. I asked how does it cost 10% of the cost to do the roof compared to the whole vehicle. And he said it's a week of work to remove everything. I told him it's too much for just $5k in labor. He said it's not all profit... then same day later on starts offering me a discount cause he knows it's a lot for quote. I sit and ponder on it over the weekend. I decide to just do the roof as that is what I primarily wanted done so it doesn't get damaged removing it or while on the trail. I message him and he tells me to come in and that he could possibly knock it out today as I told him I have window tint appointment for tomorrow. I said ok sounds good and I can stop on my lunch to drop it off. I show up and the front desk kid comes out takes notes and goes back to Miguel and he comes back out and tells me price is $1500. I said how does it jump $900? He said that's what he's quoting. I said no I'm not paying that and it's not what he quoted me originally. I go out side and start texting Miguel. "Funny how he won't come out and talk to the customer he's been dealing with" I text him and say "I'm here and price jumps to $1500? I don't understand how you quote me $659 for roof only and know I'm here and it goes up to $1500" he says "yes sir I quoted you for the roof. You asked my guy for all side panels above window trims.. you asked for everything that's removable which goes beyond the roof." He then sends me a message with what he said saying for the roof we would be looking at $650. I say ok that's what I wanted the whole removable roof for $650. I ask him to come out to properly quote it and to help me understand and that I'm on lunch and running out of time... he doesn't respond and his front desk guy comes back out and I say the whole removable roof with the front and rear panels and the cap like he said in original text for quote. He him self said the removable tiles and cap. I tell the kid that he told me the whole removable top panels and cap. I say I can show you what he said and the kid said I believe you (as if this isn't the first time Miguel has made mistake quoting) I show him the message and he says yeah he is saying it's $1500 for the whole thing know. I said forget it I'll go elsewhere. Miguel then finally messages me saying "I'm sorry about the misunderstanding the message clearly says roof. And he says if it touches the roof, is not the roof... very simple and straight forward." As if I'm an idiot and I'm wrong. I tell him "no misunderstanding on my part. You don't know that the whole roof on a bronco is a removable panel? 2 front, 1 mid and the cap just like your message says" I said you never specified just the top of the panels. I asked for the whole removable roof. And also said that you should know the customer is always right.
