*AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!*…read more Let me start of by saying this was a *VERY* simple job I needed. My car is wrapped. I ha damage on my drivers side door. I need ONE door wrapped. I already had the wrap I bought. I just needed him to wrap the door. I reached out to Top Notch Wraps via Yelp for a quote on my job. He responded very quickly and came back with a very reasonable quote. He had good reviews on yelp so I figured I'd set up an appointment. Monday at 9. Monday rolls around and around 8:30 he reschedules to 9:30. No big deal, only 30 minutes. I head to the address on his yelp account which is about 26 minutes away. I get there right around 9:30 and I can't find his shop. I call him a few times and no answer. He finally texts back and says "Don't think I've sent you the address. Sorry." He sends me the correct address which is 25 minutes away and says "we switched shops about 2 months ago and I haven't updated the address." Ugh.. okay. I need this done so I head to his new address he gives me. He asks if I'm still coming and I say yes. I send him my ETA which is another 25 minutes. Around 5 minutes from getting there he tells me to park in the back of the shop and he will open up the garage door. I pull up and I can't find the place so I call him and no answer. He texts me saying it's a shop called "Gaby Printing"... this is where I start to get a little sketched out. I park in the back like he asks and nothing. I text him after 5 minutes "Are you here?" Nothing. I call him a few times. After 15 minutes I'm highly frustrated at this point. I tell myself at 20 minutes I'm leaving if I don't hear from him. Still haven't heard from him. I start my car and leave. I text him: Very unprofessional of you to have someone drive over 45 mins around Vegas for you to ghost them when they finally show up at your shop. He finally starts to text back and call me 5 minutes later after I've already left saying his phone died and he was working on another customers car inside the shop. I don't believe this AT ALL. If you're expecting a customer to pull up to your shop and you're IN the shop, wouldn't you already have the garage door opened? He offers me a discount to comeback but I've already had enough of the unprofessional behavior. If you're that's unprofessional than that would probably show up in your work as well. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better customer service. Listen, Joseph I am a small business owner myself. This review is in no way malicious or anything like that. I hope you use this as a stepping stone and learn from it. If your phone is the ONLY communication between you and the customer, shouldn't you ALWAYS have it charged? My best guess is - you were never there to begin with. If this is the case, it would have been a world of difference to just be honest and let me know. I would have waited. Also for future reference you should probably update your address on Yelp, Google, & Apple maps. Goodluck in your future endeavors.

To be upfront, I used to take all my vehicles to another shop. They weren't terrible, but I…read moreconsistently noticed small issues and occasional problems that required me to come back. It wasn't frequent, but enough for me to decide it was time to find a better option. I reached out to three highly rated businesses, and this shop stood out immediately. Chris responded quickly, was straightforward with pricing, and provided quotes via text/Yelp with no hidden costs. He made himself available for any questions and gave me multiple options to choose from. When I arrived, he took the time to go over everything again and provided a quote for my wife's vehicle as well. At that point, it was just a matter of deciding which service I wanted. I ended up going with ceramic tint since that's what I'm used to. He quoted about 2.5-3 hours, which was completely reasonable. I arrived a bit early due to scheduling with my wife picking up the kids. While I waited outside, Chris came out, offered me a chair, and welcomed me inside even though they don't really have a formal waiting area. That level of consideration didn't go unnoticed. I chose not to stay inside long because I didn't want anyone to feel rushed, which can sometimes happen when customers are waiting closely. Once the truck was finished, I was extremely impressed. The tint came out flawless. Chris also gave honest advice about the windshield--I initially wanted 5%, but he recommended around 70% to maintain visibility while still getting heat rejection. I followed his recommendation, and it was absolutely the right call. The quality difference compared to my previous shop is very noticeable. I've inspected the tint closely and haven't found a single bubble. On top of that, he offers a lifetime warranty, which gives me even more confidence in their work. I also appreciated the honesty in pricing. I had other shops either not respond or quote significantly higher without justification. I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and while I'm not cheap, I expect value--and that's exactly what I got here. Chris and his team were professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results. I'll definitely be bringing my wife's vehicle in next, and I can confidently say I have zero complaints.

Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Update to top it off my card was charged twice ‍ Call Summerlin location hoping to hear back from management. I'll update my review after speaking with them

The customer service Christian provided throughout was amazing! ...and I also can't forget about the work, it was exactly everything I wanted from the exact color of paint down to the decal. Did I mention the outside of my car was a bit dirty/dusty but when I came to pick it up the entire exterior was washed and looked very shiny. I appreciate the seamless process with same day service and the brake caliper work that was done from Christian and his team. No need for any research and/or shopping different shops because this is definitely the one-stop shop for ALL your auto needs!!! 10000000% satisfaction guaranteed, no cap! "Don't get Gypped, take your vehicle to DIPPED!" Christian also sent me a video of the finished product. Upon returning to the shop, he walked me out to my vehicle and made some nice recommendations on different ideas and looks that if I wanted to they can get done in the future. He never forced or tried to upsell me/hard sell me on anything like some of these other companies/shops. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back in the near future once I decide on what to get done next. Until then, shoutout to you and everyone at Dipped Auto Works.

The vehicle had no prior electrical or battery issues. Porsche-authorized technicians later evaluated the vehicle and confirmed the damage was directly caused by the tint service. I am now proceeding with a small claims filing. Posting to document my experience.
