I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I believe people should know what happened in my experience with Lusso Auto LLC. I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC. read more

I made an appointment for Friday at 9 o'clock. I got there before nine and they started right away. If you show up on time, it will take about an hour and a half to tint all the windows, including the windshield. It's been a few days and tint looks like it's fully cured and it looks great. Just need to clean the windshield residue. I got the ceramic pro IR on the windshield and a ceramic on all sides. We live in Las Vegas and have extreme heat. The tint is not gonna block everything but it does keep the car about 10° cooler, which is pretty good since it gets up to 110° here in Las Vegas. read more

Was totally impressed when I walked into their showroom with the massive fish tank and the exotic cars that they custom wrapped. I really love how you can view my Benz being washed and cleaned in their warehouse. Always glass smooth looking finished whenever I drive away. Just a bit annoyed last visit here though. Made my appointment for 1pm (make sure you call for appt since they're popular and in demand) Came by and the place was closed!! Peered into the door and the showroom was torn apart, everything was GONE! Both Yelp and Google still listed this address as open. When I called the contact number listed,I talked to the same guy who made my appointment for me and told him the building was empty... Oh yeah, we moved and Google did not change their address yet. Really? Got a half assed apology and directed to new address which was a block away... The new place though is stark contrast from the original place too. Other than "Yay you found us." No one seemed to bother with explaining why they moved, even after asking for a business card with the new address (which they did not have any) Being I missed my appointment time (not my fault) My car sat out in the sun this time after it was washed.. the guy assigned to my car apologized for it. It was cleaned and spotless though so no complaints there. But certainly not a five star experience, guess I was spoiled from the original location and not sure I would pay $ if I have to wait in a cramped, haphazardly put together waiting room now when I can call a mobile service that can detail my car just as good for the same amount I paid. read more

Lusso's was the best decision we could have made for our new Tahoe. They did an amazing job on the PPF, even did a final car wash and interior detail, it looks phenomenal. Zack and all of the staff are so kind, knowledgeable and informative. They make you feel welcomed and have a cozy lobby to wait or to view vehicles through the large windows. PPF was a great investment for our vehicle and with the 10yr warranty, that value really hits its bang for your buck. read more

I called on Wednesday afternoon to set up an appointment for a wash on Friday (11/7/25) 10:00AM . When I spoke with the gentleman on Wednesday he said that he had little going on Friday morning and it would be fine . I dropped my truck off at 9:55AM and spoke with the detailer telling me it would be done in 90 minutes. I noticed that there were several people sitting in the waiting area but I figured things would be fine . I had been doing business there for several years and I had an appointment . I rarely if ever had a problem . I came back to get my truck around 12:00PM and noticed all the people that were sitting there were gone . I looked in the back where they do the detailing work and saw my truck sitting about 15 feet outside the back door. Then a gentleman came over and asked what I was doing and told him I was here to pick up my truck . He told me they had already done the interior and were working on the exterior of my truck. I told him I found that hard to believe because my truck was sitting outside still looking like nobody had worked on it . I told him that I was heading home . About an hour later I got a call to come and to get my truck. I found hard to believe because I wasn't sitting there waiting for my vehicle that I was passed over for service after I had set appointment for that day at that time . It took a grand total of three hours for them before I got my truck back . On top of that they charged full price of $95 for the service. I use to go there because the service and the quality of work was excellent but after being treated this shabbily , I'm done ! read more

Dissatisfied... I came to this place because they've always had a good rep ever since I can remember and decided to take my car in for a detail. Everyone here is friendly and inviting however the work that was done was just unacceptable. There was still stains on my carpet, dirt and dust in between crevices of the car it's as if they just surface wiped the thing. I did have them look at it again and show them the places they looked over and all they did for me was wipe it down with a rag.... Didn't offer to take it back in to vacuum again just wipe down with a rag. Like I said the people here are great but the work isn't what is marketed. read more

I agree with another similar review here. if you're in possession of new luxury vehicle, you're wasting time and money. This is my 2nd car wash for 2023 and both times they have missed so much area mainly the side doors and from bumper. They become so lousy with their car wash. If two people performing the wash, they mainly talks and doesn't focus on that detailed washing. Sometimes it's a guy and a girl or both guys. The quality of job has gone down. Not the same Lusso standards back in the days. Very disappointing. 2nd time I went back they just wiped the dirt with a cloth which I could have done home and saved my gas/electric, but I was hoping they will do a re-wash as what I paid for. Lusso Auto Design - The Garage is one to remember. - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

My experience with Lusso was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I bought a new car late last summer and after some research and advice I decided to have PPF applied to my car. It was very expensive but seemed like a good investment to protect the paint job. Lusso told me it'd be perfect, and they provide a 10-year warranty. Due to work and an imminent move, I emphasized I needed the car back to commute to California. Despite telling me that the work on my car was a priority and they'd have it ready, they didn't prioritize it or complete the work on time. I had to borrow a car for TWO WEEKS which was an unplanned issue, but I figured all is well that ends well. The PPF work looked good, so I figured the long delay and the cost associated with borrowing a car was water under the bridge. However, a large bubble in the PPF developed on my bumper at the beginning of March. They agreed to redo that part of the car. When I picked the car up the second time, I immediate let them know I was disappointed with the work. There were multiple new bubbles/defects that weren't there previously on the bumper. The technician said that the defects in the PPF were due to dirt or something, but I wasn't sure why they hadn't properly cleaned the area/fixed it while doing the work. In any case, I had to take the car based on my schedule. This is where my experience really went south. They told me they'd call back about the issues with the PPF the following week. They didn't. I called multiple times. They never answered. I sent messages back to the Lusso number and my contact there (every day for a week). They didn't respond to ANY messages. Finally, out of desperation I scheduled a car wash at their Summerlin location to see if that would allow me to speak to someone about the PPF issue. When i arrived there, they said they didn't have me on the schedule, their location was splitting off from the Henderson location, and they couldn't wash the car. I was completely frustrated at this point and sent another message to let Lusso and my contact there know how disappointing their service had been and that I planned to leave an appropriate review. After sending that message, I got a call back in less than two minutes. This told me that they had indeed been getting all of my messages/requests over the previous weeks but had simply not cared enough to respond until I said I'd leave a review. The owner said they'd call me back to get more details, but (unsurprisingly) that call never happened. The PPF on my bumper is still not fixed, I don't expect I'll be able to get it fixed with Lusso (despite the 10 year promise) and I'm now looking into seeing where I can get it fixed with someone else. read more

I was looking for a shop to put on a clear bra for a new BMW we recently purchased. I called a few shops including one I had used a few years ago. I was surprised how much more they were charging than when I had it done last time. I contacted our sales rep at BMW and he recommended Lusso. Zack our contact at Lusso said we should come in so he could see the car and we could discuss what we wanted to have done. Once inside we were very impressed. Zack gave us a tour of the shop and we were impressed with how many high end vehicles he had there. Most impressive was that most of the vehicles were from car dealers. In my mind, if dealers had confidence in their work on their cars, I could too. Once we settled on a date and time to bring our BMW in, it was completed the next day. I'd ask Zack how long should I wait until I wash the car since I remembered you needed to let the bra cure for a week or two. Zack said we should wait 2 week, and that we should bring the car back to them for the wash and quality inspection. I thought this was great service. And on top of that, Lusso's rate was less than any of the other quotes I received. read more

Lusso has done a few vehicles for me over the years. From tint to PPF and details as well. For a long time, we have exchanged and worked together. It's been a while but I'm still taking my tint needs and such to them. Recently had a hiccup and John didn't hesitate to make it right. Being in the industry I know mistakes can happen so I understand. But John has always made sure to rectify and take care of any issue and or concern. Many other places that we have worked with aren't as efficient and if there is an issue you are met with excuses. Even some of the so-called top tint spots in Vegas. I have tried. Another place ranked at one point as one of the best in Vegas used a marker to try and cover up a mistake and said it was normal practice. And didn't fix the issue. It was a nice relief to have a place back to work that is done. Thanks read more

These guys are awesome. They were the lowest price, Zach gave truly world-class service, the work was completed on time, the job was done perfectly, and they even added a small repair that wasn't expected because it happened to be close the the rest of the repairs. However, I don't believe in perfect scores so I thought long and hard about a "CON" that I could add to all these "PROS" and I did find one: the coffee in the waiting room was a little too strong. Jk, I didn't have to wait long enough to pour a cup! I love you guys. Thanks Zach, and thanks to the guys in back. Your work is stellar. Best of luck during 2025. read more

NGL - I was a little worried about bringing in my 2015 Toyota Camry to a place that seems to be advertised for high-end cars, but I wanted to make sure I got a good cleaning out of the interior for my family coming into town. I believe it was either Josh or Joey who called me to confirm an appointment for me at 9am the next day - on my online request form and during the conversation, I did mentioning wanting both int/ext detailing. Brought the car in at 9am, took a couple of minutes for someone to greet me. I opted for an external car wash and a more thorough interior detailing. He said "that'll start at $200, depending on the condition of the car.... should be done around 4/5pm." Didn't have to sign anything or pay ahead, just left my keys and confirmed my contact information. Upon return, I paid $379 with gratuity. The car was clean, they got all the dog fur out! :) However, they didn't touch the inside of my console, oh well. And there was one red spot they couldn't get out, but they mentioned that to me and I was well aware that it'll likely not come out so that's ok. For the most part I was satisfied with my car and service. read more

Price has increased without a warning.. usually pay less then 35 dollars for a in and out washbut was sorta blind sided with the new rates 48 for mid size suv. The impression you first receive is that this shop is beautifully laid out and boasts an impressive collection of high end automobiles.. Upon entering the waiting area/showroom you are greeted by a panini sports car and a Bugatti. Both are featured vehicles of the owners not customers cars, of which they are very prideful of.. I mean rightfully so, but that doesn't mean you provide the best customer service or that you are the best Detailer in the area.. which I realized afterward 9:03 I was greeted by a gentleman, to which I replied that I was in the area and pulled up hand car washes in the Henderson vicinity and their shop came up. He looked over his computer/schedule and said he could get me in after the car they were finishing up.. so 15 min wait time. 9:31 "They have some more interior work on the car, so sorry it's taking a bit longer to get you in." I explained I'll just get an Uber and come back later to get my truck. 11:11 I entered the main entrance, walked up to the desk.. not one "welcome", "I'll be right with you", "just give me a second" not even an eye contact to acknowledge my existence in the establishment.. the female staff member behind the reception desk just sat there.. I politely waited for her to end her telephone conversation and hang up the phone.. thinking now she would engage me. NOPE.. just continued on.. picked up the phone and carried on with another conversation.. this time I realize she is scheduling interviews based on a stack of applications on the desk. At this point the gentleman I originally dropped my truck of with came into the reception area from the shop and said he would get my keys. I asked him how much the bill was for today.. he said $37, I paid the bill and collected my keys.. not once did he offer to go over the truck with me, offer to schedule a follow up appointment, nothing just here are your keys and thank you for coming.. Listen if you're that confident in your services that you don't need to ask the customer if they are satisfied or if the enjoyed the experience., then you should make sure some basics are at least completed To name a few items: -water spots on numerous areas -areas haven't even been washed (mirror, roof) -wipe/streak marks from drying (dirty towels) -door jams not wiped off -bugs/Debris left of headlights and grill -vacuuming not completed -bed not sprayed out -chrome left hazed/spotted read more

LUSSO AUTO DESIGN & AUTO SPA is the best experience I've ever had. I checked out a few places that did car wrapping and they were the only one with a CLEAN ROOM. Their prices are very reasonable . They helped take my idea and make it even better. When they were through wrapping my car, it was exactly the way I envisioned it. Of course whenever I do something, it never goes without a hiccup. LUSSO management worked with me to get everything right and the end results were beyond my satisfaction. The Professionalism they showed is awesome. They quoted my insurance company one rate and charged something 30% higher, which the insurance company only covered a certain amount, so I had to pay the difference. Speaking with the two owners, they stated they'd honor the quote and I proceeded to chase them down for four months without ever recovering the additional funds I put out a pocket. I'm sure certain clientele don't care about losing $600 but for the average Joe, it's a lot of money. The owners have no integrity, refusing my phone calls, my meetings, ignoring any of my voicemails. Sad example of an independent shop owner. read more

I would never recommend this place to anybody for a vehicle wrap. If you don't own an exotic vehicle, your vehicle is not a priority wrap to them. My vehicle sat untouched for a month without being wrapped while they constantly tried to feed my lies on why my vehicle was not being wrapped. Such as issues with the wrap not being in stock from there supplier, so I decided to contact there supplier and did find out the wrap was in stock, and that Lusso's was lying to me. I spoke to the absolutely useless owners of this company consistently to have them do nothing but lie about the progress of my vehicle. For the people who own a nice vehicle that want their vehicle wrapped, take it to place that will actually put the time and effort into your vehicle, instead of putting time and effort into excuses to lie to you. read more

We bought a new CX-5 back in November because we were expecting and would need a bigger car for the little one. My husband was looking at ways to make sure my car keeps looking as good as a brand new car. We were looking at getting the clear bra and we stumbled upon Lusso which is 5 minutes from our house. When we went there, we were a little intimidated, since they have crazy cool cars and I have a Mazda LOL but they reassured us that they'll take care of my car. John the owner was such a cool guy and so nice to us. They did the paint correction (there were paint swirls even though it was brand new) and did the clear bra. They also washed and cleaned the interior (its new it wasn't too dirty). One of the things I asked was the piano handles to get clear bra since they scratch easily, and they took care of it! We were soooo happy with how my car looked, and everything was so neatly done. We've been back since and Tim had noticed the side mirror clear bra had some dust underneath it and they replaced it, at no cost. They stand by their work so if they see something wrong, they instantly correct it or let you know that this is what's happening and this is what they'll do for you. We really love this place and they are great people that will take care of your car, whether it's fancy or a daily driver and a mommy car like mine :) read more

I came in for a signature wash service 6pm appointment time. This experience was a mix of really good and surprisingly not good. I want to start with that Justin provided great customer service. I had a couple of extra questions and requests. I asked about paint correction, wheel/rim repair and also about chrome deleted. He did a great job listening to my inquiries, reaching out to his coworkers to look for answers, and overall providing great customer service. The not good part is finish result of the car wash I received particularly with the quality of wheel cleaning. I didn't catch it immediately because the car looked good overall, l left quickly because it was past 7 and you guys were closed and I expected this to not be an issue. I caught this when I was getting gas and getting food just down the street. All 4 wheels were not cleaned well in general. I took a photo of the worst wheel of the 4. You can see in the close up photo and even in the photo of the whole car that spokes were left dirty. This is not missing a spot or nit picking. You can clearly see the wheel was not washed well. I'm surprised because I have had washes with you guys before and the quality has always been what I would expect from an "auto spa" and premium car detail company. This type of finish quality is unacceptable. You can even see the tire shine in the area was poorly applied. Id like to think your company and management would not stand for this to be the results you allow to leave your business. read more

Best auto shop in Las Vegas! No matter what the situation is LUSSO is there to assist me. I bought an 08 BMW M3 and they paint corrected my car and make it look brand new. I got a ceramic tint for my vehicle and out here in Vegas it's super HOT! What the ceramic tint does is that it doesn't allow the heat to enter my vehicle.
