Integrity Customs - Before image - Body Shops Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Where to begin? First off before finding Integrity customs, I have gotten quotes from 6 other places, from big franchise to family business across all of Las Vegas. These quotes ranged from $2500-$3600 to fix my quarter panel. Joey from Integrity Customs quoted me at about $1850 to fix it to look brand new again. When I say Joey went above and beyond he really did... I went through my insurance. When I met Joey for the quote I also asked about a non related scratch that ran across my hood that was probably about 8-10 inches long... because I was going through my insurance, he decided to comp my hood for me. On top of that, he decided to hook it up and charge me half my deductible just because! Throughout the process he was very responsive and communicative via email and text. Keeping my updated through it all. The day I was supposed to pick up my car (on Friday), he called me and mentioned that there is a very small and fine detail that he noticed, that I wouldn't have even noticed but he did, it was bugging him and he wanted to fix it. So he kept it over the weekend to fix it and it was ready to pick up on Monday. Just shows you that he cares about the smallest of details and treats your car as if it was his own. So if you're in need and want your car looking brand new again, integrity customs is the way to go, Joey upholds and embodies the name integrity customs. read more

Joey and Mandy make it happen. After a blind and deaf senior in a giant Toyota Tundra plowed into my parked car, I needed repairs. Scandalous Progressive said the collision was mutual fault (???!!!) so I let my insurance company fight the battle. The adjuster ruled in my favor immediately but there was a financial gap between coverage and estimate, but Joey handled it and it cost me nothing out of pocket. And he had my ride detailed for free. This is how you do business. The word is out on how awesome Joey, Mandy, and their crew are at Integrity Customs. They are swamped with business because they do it to perfection. Estimate, repair, and/or detail, give IC a call. read more

MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!!! 10/10 This shop has been nothing short of AMAZING. I've had plenty of repairs done this year (more than I'd like lol) but they've done an amazing job each and everytime. I LOVE Mandy she has been amazing!!! My first two incidents they fixed each of those within ONE week! The communication was great and they were extremely fast. I paid out of pocket for those and by far the best pricing out there. My most recent accident was pretty bad. This time i went through insurance. Insurance was a pain in my ass but Mandy did an excellent job at ensuring me that she will handle all parts of this process. She made it extremely easy and dealt with insurance for me throughout the entire process. Insurance is the one that took a while.... They were able to finish the work within a week & a half!!! They finished by detailing my car and had it looking brand new. Mandy has been truly amazing , she has been great with communicating! She's extremely sweet, welcoming, trust worthy, & professional! Thank you again for everything you guys have done! read more

Integrity Customs - 69 corvette done by Integrity - Body Shops Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I was recommended to Joey by a very trustworthy friend and I'm grateful I came here to Integrity Customs. My insurance had me first get a quote from Precision Auto (who said it would take 3-4 weeks to repair). I then took that quote to Joey and had him look at the damages to my truck, and he said he could fix it no problem within 3-4 days. 2 days later Joey messaged me and said it was done! When I went to pick up my truck it was perfectly fixed and they even detailed the truck. The price was also kept under the quote from Precision Auto so I saved money. Professional, quick, friendly, honest, and easy. This was the best experience I have had with a mechanic in many years. read more

Came here a total of three different times for the SAME PROJECT. They will "fix" one part and FUCK UP 3 other SURROUNDING ones. They scratched my headlight and taillight. Bubbles everywhere. After the third visit, I still have RUNNY paint. Scratches on my HOOD that WEREN'T there before. They doubled their prices for my insurance. Quoted replacement parts when nothing was replaced. This man loves to argue. Don't fucking get mad at me or catch an attitude cause you tried to be slick with me cause I'm a woman. DO YOUR SHIT RIGHT. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. Yall don't know what the FUCK you're doing and you should close down your shitty business. You said you needed 4 days. I gave you five. You'd say Monday Tuesday the next week and then took two whole ass weeks to give me my car back. It's a fucking 2025, you're devastated as it is to deal with these dumbass drivers now. And on top of that, dealing with people who can't leave your shit looking right/ or new again. idgaf about ubers payed, gas money given cause you took two weeks, there's only one thing I care about and it's for you to do what you're literally getting payed for. It's like having an ice-cream shop and selling melted ice-cream. I wanted my shit done as soon as possible that doesn't mean fuck up everything else and do a half ass job. It means don't leave it sitting at your shop without it being worked on if possible and try your best to get it back to me as soon as possible cause I'm an adult who needs to get to work everyday! read more

Go no further! I requested my highly reliable auto mechanic, Jaime from Rocha Automotive, who would he recommend to do some cosmetic body work on my 2012 Toyota RAV4. "Go with Joey at Integrity Customs", replied Jaime. I did check Integrity Customs fabulous reviews, to be sure, but I was very confident that Joey and his crew could fix this separated section of the front passenger side's fender because of Integrity Customs' sterling reputation for high quality body work! Joey was great from the word go! You can tell that he loves this business, which is family owned! Joey promised to have the work done in a few days. The cost to fix it was actually quite reasonable too! More awesome, the work was completed in two days! Who does that?! Hopefully, I won't have anymore auto body issues, but Integrity Customs is all that I need! read more

Joey and his staff at Integrity Customs are the best! After we had an accident in our truck this shop was recommended by the Chevrolet dealership. Because of numerous delays, none of which were the shops fault, mainly it was the non availability of parts, we had a rental vehicle and after 50 days USAA stopped paying for it, Joey covered the cost and also upgraded us when we needed a bigger vehicle to go on vacation. Joey's team went over and above to accommodate us! Not only is the customer service outstanding but the quality of the repairs were impeccable, our truck looked just as good as it did before we got hit! Joey was quick to respond to our calls or text, and kept us posted of the progress. I would totally recommend Integrity Customs for any and all of your body shop needs! Thank you Joey your the best! read more

Awesome service from Joey! Came in here being referred by a friend from Honda and Joey did not disappoint. I wasn't involved in any accident, but I noticed the front bumper of my car had a gap between the headlight and bumper connection after I drove my car slow down a sharp curb after an appointment I had that morning. Since my car was is low, the sharp curb still messed up the bracket of my bumper. I was so upset and when I took it in to Joey after getting it over to Honda to look at, he was able to give me a reliable fix in less than half an hour! I was so relieved for his awesome customer service and my car is back to pristine! Thank you Joey! I will definitely come to you for any auto body needs in the future! read more
