I chose this body shop based on a recommendation from Cadillac, but unfortunately my experience was far below expectations. My vehicle has been there since February, and throughout that time, communication was consistently lacking. I never received a single proactive update and had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information on the status of my car. What's most frustrating is that after being told the vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I arrived to find that the work was still not fully finished. The vehicle had to be taken back in to address items that should have been completed the first time. For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected. Wow, I'm blown away by Auto Restore Specialist. I bought an Lexus RX350 this year, hadn't had it 2 months when someone in a truck at Costco put a big doording in my front fender. I was so bummed out. Heard about this shop being a Lexus approved shop so went by. Kevin looked at it and recommended a PDR, paint less dent repair. Auto Restore Specialist could've done a better job. I had my bumpers and hood resprayed by them and to be fair, I am pleased with 75% of the outcome, but some areas I just can't overlook. As a car enthusiast and a weekend detailer, these areas are just unacceptable. There are unevenness (light and dark spots) in the paint around where the right fender and hood meets, and the rear bumper doesn't match with the rear quarter panel (as seen on pictures provided below). Granted, these flaws are only visible in some lighting. For the most part, it looks great. I tried bringing up my concerns to Keven (the owner's son). I brought it back and showed it to them, long story short, they were only willing to fix the fender and not the hood. It's evident the hood needs fixing as well since the hood is also affected. What is shown on the picture is what I see in person. Unfortunately, under the lighting at the time, it wasn't as evident and the owner was trying to convince me that it is just the camera. I would not be raising my concerns if I didn't see the blemishes in person first. What is on camera is exactly what I see in person, it's the reason I took the picture in the first place The owner was willing to fix the rear bumper, but when I asked him if he was going to blend into the quarter panel (was just asking a simple question as I was curious), he became impatient and didn't want to help me anymore. Metallic paint is very difficult to work with. If your car is neither silver, nor any other non-metallic color, then it'll probably be ok. Otherwise, expect blemishes to show under certain lighting. It's a gamble with these things, I rolled the dice looking to improve my car. And while it does look better, there is a trade-off that has to be considered. Ask yourself if it's worth the money. Side note: There is also some spider looking pattern with a small crack in the middle (also pictured below), they are saying it wasn't by them, you be the judge. read more

I've been hesitating to leave a review but it's important because these reviews are how I picked him. I also wanted to see if anything broke ( it didn't). (CHECK OUT MY PHOTO) great work guys CON: I got into a car accident August 1st, my car was delivered to them 3 days later after the insurance company determined that they wasn't going to total it out. I have a Cadillac XT5 so I called Cadillac for their option on who to send the car too. I picked Auto Restore Specialist. Now HONESTLY: They Have Horrible Customer Service: i was BS'ed so much and they had my car for almost 4 month for a repair build that the insurance company said would be 7 days. I got the run around from them on when the car was being broken down, parts ordered, no updates that were correct and excuses that where 50 miles long. Their not true to their word: My car wasn't broken down for a whole month after I was lied to and told it was broken down that same week. My car sat for weeks cause employees emergencies, and some employees quitting. Getting Juan on the phone was impossible at times and don't expect process pictures. I was more than pissed and the insurance company couldn't get answers from them either. I had to return my rental after 3 months and the owner of the shop paid to get me a rental for the rest of the repairs which was another 4 weeks.. (yes, almost 4 months at his shop) IMPORTANT PROS: Their Finished work is amazing: His guys worked hard and for a car that should have been totaled they did an amazing job and that is important to them, now yes, they had my car for a long time and I was mad but it was all worth it. I didn't have any problems with my car other than a transmission leak that Cadillac fix because of a broken seal. I do want to thank Juan and his team for Their work, the body work I had inspected after and it was flawless. They care alot about how it done and what parts are used: The guy who hit me, insurance company tired pricing after market parts and junk yard parts and Juan fought for all OEM parts to be put back on my car and was able to get another check cut for the original parts and new parts. I'm thankful for how they got my car looking back new and they got compliments from the auto inspector. At the beginning of February (2021) I was rear ended getting off on the Stephanie exit going N in front of RC Willey in Henderson. All of my family was in the vehicle, we were shaken up and had very noticeable damage done to our 2020 XT6. I was referred to this place by the Lexus Dealership praising them for their paint jobs. I took the car down after being hit in a parking lot. Most of the damage was pint scratches with a small dent. After taking the car down to them they had to hold off until the insurance agent in charge of the claim went down to asses the damages and pay off the bill. Once he did, he called me to give me a time frame of two weeks before the car would be done. A few days after I received a call from the shop informing that the car was ready for pick up. I went down there and was amazed at the job they did. Everything was repaired to the point it looked factory new. In total it took about 6 days; from drop off until I picked up the car again. That includes the weekend and two days waiting for the insurance agent in charge of the claim to go down there and pay for the claim. read more

I brought my 2013 Cadillac Escalade to Auto Restore Specialist after it was damaged by a shopping cart rolling through a parking lot. The bumper and chrome grill needed to be replaced. I was concerned about paint match given that the car is 9 years old and has a white diamond tri-coat paint. However, Auto Restore did a perfect job making the repair. I got hit by an Uber driver. I initially tried to get my car repaired at a different body shop. Unfortunately that body shop was so busy that their wait time was 3 weeks. So I was able to get a recommendation for Auto Restore Specialists from Findlay Cadillac. Not only were they able to take my car in the Monday after I called to setup an appointment, but they also finished the repairs by their estimated time. They fixed my headlight which was discovered after they pulled the front fender off. Just looking at my car, it wasn't obvious that the headliggt was damaged. This was a great catch. I was in LA a few weeks ago and guess what flew off the back of a flatbed trailer. One huge ass mother of a bolt. Not like something you'd use to put a bed together but an industrial sized bolt that smacked (at 80 miles an hour) right into the hood of my BMW 328i. However, they have recommended this place for some reason and I'm not sure the affiliation or how this works but I can assure you that the customer service and quality of businesses STOP when you try to make the connection. I called this company serval times, I left message multiple times. Trying to get ahold of this Juan guy... who supposedly is the owner. Customer service here is the worst I have experienced, they must be getting hand fed business from Cadillac so much that they feel they don't need to call individual customers back.. Newsflash to this business ... no one needs some arrogant person dictating how they do business ... no one even has time to hear your nonsense. Wow, I'm impressed. After a fender bender I got a couple of quotes for my 2014 Lexus. The quote was a few dollars less than the others and was for an original bumper unlike the others. This place does quality work and they were done within the time they said it would take. I was told it would take 3 to 4 days and It was ready in 4 days also there were no hidden fees and the cost was explained clearly. I took my car in to have a dent with scratch repaired on my passenger rear door also I had damage to my front bumper cover this damage was a crack in the plastic also I had another dent removed on a character line which I know is quite difficult to restore. All three were taken care of and the car is as good as new. Only one small detail that I need to have them look at my metal window trim needs I be lined up better but that is a very small thing and can be taken care of fast. read more

Absolutely the best body shop ever. These guys are super friendly, very honest, and they absolutely know their trade. They did such a beautiful job on my vehicle. I couldn't be any happier. This guy ran a red light and hit the left side of my car. The side, front (including head lights) and hood of my car were damaged. The bottom of my car scraped the street every time that I turned a corner or went through a dip in the road. They gave a a terrific price for the repairs. They said that my car would be repaired in two weeks and it was. I hope that I never get into another car accident, but this is my second one in ten years. Both of which were not my fault.
